一个王朝，是历史的缩影。法、道、儒三家相生相克，相辅相成。法家，乃强国之道。昔管仲以法治国，使齐国成为大国，齐恒公一跃霸主之位。诸葛亮严刑厉法，使蜀汉生生不息。法家之治，可以使一个小国迅速爆发成超级大国，所向无敌，一统江山。但等到国家一定，多年的战争侵蚀社会底层，民不聊生。反之，黄老学说亦应运而生。道家，乃养国之道。西汉初年，萧规曹随，百姓安居乐业。道家之治，在于不扰民，任由社会自然恢复发展，韬光养晦。可当财富积累过多，也会引起一系列问题。于是，又该儒家上手了。儒家，乃固国之道。历代君王，终要以孔孟学说来教化百姓，规范礼乐制度。经过一代代传承发扬，儒学已形成一个庞大体系，是取之无尽的宝库。它与时俱进，永远都有自己独到的一套治国方法，贯穿着“天人合一”的基本思想，对巩固封建统治起了稳定作用。儒家之治，归于升华凝聚国民思想，营建和谐的环境，促进国家繁荣。

《易经》云：“穷则变，变则通，通则久。”治国之法，如同治水，既不可拘泥于掌故，亦不可妄意轻信人言。百王之变法，日日为信，身为一国之君，应动善时，根据不同情况施以不同政策。调整国法，主心在天子一人之手。上行下效，正所谓君子贤其贤而亲其亲，小人乐其乐而利其利。回顾历史，中国也曾有书呆子君主，一味托古改制，没有因时做事。其中，最着名的要数新朝皇帝王莽了。他率领一帮儒生，按《周礼》将国法改得一塌糊涂，使社稷毁于一旦。

中国封建王朝君主之用道可谓变化无穷。然万变不离其宗，治国之道皆为巩固王权，稳定江山社稷。其用道之精髓，留给后人丰富宝贵的纸质、精神财富，引领我们不断探索思考，发寻更好的治国学术。
