然而，造成这个现象的原因是什么呢？我们人类为了自己的生存、为了自己生活的更好，不顾地球母亲的身体。工厂里乱排放污水，烟囱冒着浓浓黑烟，乱砍伐森林树木，浪费资源……使清澈的河水变得浑浊，茂密的森林变得狼狈不堪，蔚蓝的天空变得灰暗，碧绿的青山变得光秃秃。所以，使江河附近的水土流失，造成了洪水这个现象。泥石流、森林火灾、动物绝迹、水源严重缺乏等一连串的灾害接二连三，使我们的地球母亲难以承受。这都是人们自作自受的后果，损失了这么多，我们能怪谁呢？还不是怪我们自己，我们每一个人都有一份责任，毕竟，地球是我们大家共同的。

工作已快4年，如今已少了刚毕业时候的稚气与畏惧，多了几份成熟与冷静。

还记得第一次打头皮静脉时的恐惧，第一次单独值夜班时的紧张，第一次抢救危重病人时的手忙脚乱，第一次看到病人在于病魔抗争的筋疲力尽后生命被无助带走所感受到的人类的渺小生命的不可预知，太多太多的第一次使我感觉我们的职业肩负着神圣的使命。

且如今，病人和家属对护理有着更高的要求。面对烦重，严谨且平凡的护理工作，面对频繁的夜班，面对一次又一次的检查，想必作为护士的你我的体会都是一样的，有着太多的压力 ，此时的我们往往会抱怨，，郁闷，迷茫，刚走上工作岗位是的那种满腔热情似乎已经濒于淡漠，心灵也变得越来越脆弱，越来越浮躁，但当我们面对一天的工作时又会注入满腔的热情 ，这不仅仅只是为了自身生存的需要，更多的是在倡导和发扬南丁格尔的精神吧。

未来，我们还有漫长的路要走，虽然辛苦，但是仍要坚守，因为苦中也有乐。我们只有树立了正确的护理职业价值观，才会以平衡的心态去应对临床的变幻莫测。有句话说的好：人生就像一场旅行，不必在乎目的地，重要的是沿途的风景以及看风景时的心情。每次听到这句话，总会引起我内心的共鸣!
