浩沙晚上的人特别多，摩肩接踵，但是大部分都在晾着或者看电视聊天。我挤着走进器械区，却发现平板卧推和上斜卧推的架子居然都是空着的。我以迅雷不及掩耳盗铃儿响叮当当当Only You之势蹿上了平板卧推架，看看重量50kg，刚好够热身的，就呼哧呼哧做了起来。

说到这里，我应该列一下我的健身计划，基本上是4天一循环：

第一天：胸肌，肱三头肌(小强度)，腹肌;

第二天：背部，肱二头肌(小强度)，小腿;

第三天：肩部，肱三头肌(中强度)，腹肌;

第四天：腿部，肱二头肌(中强度)，前臂。

另外，我还希望能够在其中添加一些有氧运动，主要以中慢速长跑为主，辅以游泳和篮球。虽然发达的肌肉看起来很牛，但是身体健康毕竟还是靠心肺功能，不能忽视啊。

话说我热了身就改做上斜卧推了，因为我觉得上斜卧推比平板卧推更能全面地刺激到整个胸肌，尤其是胸肌的上部。4组上斜卧推后，我又做了3组平板哑铃飞鸟，3组双杠屈臂伸，胸肌的锻炼就结束了。接着，我用V字型的把手做拉力器重锤下拉锻炼肱三头肌，做了4组以后，肱三头肌的充血感觉就很明显了。然后我一边做仰卧起坐，一边看跳操房是否有下课的趋势，因为我要赶在众多MM们下课前占一台跑步机做一些辅助性的有氧运动。两组仰卧起坐以后，我在跑步机上跑了1千米，就去洗澡了。由于是恢复性训练，今天的强度并不大，一共只有17组动作。尽管如此，我还是已经开始想象明天我的肌肉将有多么酸痛了。

还是早点睡觉吧，让肌肉快快生长，让丢失的肌肉快快回来，让多余的脂肪快快跑掉。

看着眼前的一切，我真替这样的大树感到委屈。暴风雨来 临时，它毫不退缩地屹立在山头，为我们遮风挡雨;烈日当头 时，它沐浴在阳光下，变成一把大伞，带来清凉;空气受到污 染时，它总是毫不犹豫地吸走废气，吐出氧气，为我们创造舒 适的环境。一棵大树，一张大网，罩住烈日，罩住泥土，罩住 水份，它为我们感慨地贡献着一切。而我们却一再地破坏它。

接下来的几天里我们还去了钟楼，鼓楼，西安城墙，最最最著名的兵马俑，兵马俑是世界八大考古奇迹之一，位于西安市东临潼区骊山脚下，兵马俑坑是秦始皇陵的陪葬坑，在凌东1500米处，三个坑成品字型，一号坑总面积14260平方米，左右为二号，三号坑。兵马成队排列，十分壮观国内外影响巨大，你们还想不想知道为什么兵马俑有些在微笑，而有些很严肃，那是因为工匠在制作兵马俑的时候是按照自己的脸型一对一的做出来的，所以每个兵马俑的表情都不一样。

今年暑假，我们七个大人、六个小孩一起来到了宝鸡凤县游玩。

今天，我回外婆家了。路很远，我两个小时才到。外婆热情地出来迎接我，我很开心。外婆家院子里的花很多，有玫瑰、牡丹、兰花等，很漂亮。我进了屋，坐在软软的沙发上看电视，和外婆聊天。外婆有些老了，眼角上露出几条皱纹。但是在我心里外婆是最美丽的。晚上，我入睡了。我梦见了外婆在向我招手，我睡得甜甜的......

My School Life

How time flies! It has been three years since I came to the school. My school is beautiful and there are many beautiful flowers and trees. The teachers are so kind though there is always too much homework. My classmates are all very friendly to each other. We always help each other. I have learned a lot from them and made a lot of friends. I enjoy my school life. However, I dont do well in math. I’ll try my best to study math during the summer holidays. Now Im going to say goodbye to my teachers and classmates. Ill miss my school life.

时间过得真快!我来到这个学校已经三年了。我的学校很美，有很多美丽的花和树。虽然老师总是布置很多的作业，但他们还是很好的。我的同学也都很友好。我们总是互相帮助。我从中学到了很多东西，交了很多朋友。我喜欢我的学校生活。但是，我数学学得不好。我会努力在暑假期间好好学数学的。现在我要跟我的老师和同学们说再见了。我会想念我的学校生活的。

今天，妈妈带我去南大门买东西，在那里我看到了我以前没看到过的东西，有用珠子串成的门帘，可以充气的救生圈，还有各种各样闪闪发光的首饰……。真美丽呀!现在科技更发达了，世界更美好了，象可视电话，掌上电脑等高科技产品也层出不穷。人的智慧真伟大呀!我们要更加努力的学习，将来生产出更先进的东西。(妈妈注:看了这篇日记，我才发现自己平时没带她看过这些东西，基本上都是看学习用品或玩的地方。如果不是那个市场搞改造把商品区挤在一起了，可能她还不知道这些在我们眼中很平常的东西。我可真是个不称职的妈妈。

昨天，妈妈带我去买菜，妈妈买了8两茄子。茄子一斤8角钱，妈妈问我1两茄子要多少钱?我算了很久没算出来。于是，妈妈就教了我很久斤和两的关系，又做了好些这类的题目，我才弄明白。原来一斤等于十两，求一两的钱数，只要把一斤的钱数除以十两就行了。这就是我们学过的除法里平均分的概念。

今天，我跟妈妈去超市买东西，我一边看一边算，结果交钱时才发现我多算了一元钱。经过核对，我发现八宝粥2。70元，牛奶3。50元，鸡17。20元，三样加起来才23。40元，我算成了24。40元。我觉得我很粗心，应该加强自己的心算能力，多做心算练习。

今天，孙悟空从花果山打来电话，请我陪他游株洲。我们乘上了热气球，他说:“这几条。。。”，我打断了他的话说:“一条是通向北京的轨道，一条是通向上海的轨道”。他说:“这比俺老孙的力气还要大呀”。我说:“再过几年，株洲就会变得你不认识了”。他说:“再过三年，你再陪我游一趟哦。”说完一个筋斗云翻回了花果山。(五)今天，妈妈找到一个可以学习正确握笔姿势的视频。方法是:先把笔和食指平指尖量一下，在食指根处用橡皮筋箍好，再把除大拇指外的四个手指套进去，笔就握好了。从视频里，我知道了，笔没握好会导致近视眼。你们也要注意哦!(妈妈注:雨萱的握笔姿势一直是我头疼的问题，我想了很多办法也没纠正过来。这次看父母加油群的点爸传的这个视频，真的很不错。一个橡皮筋就解决了我的难题——我教了萱好多遍握笔姿势，她写一会就变了。当然，刚开始大人还是要在旁督促一下好。
