I imagine a lot about lives in the future。I think two words can summarize my imagination。The first word is fast。In the future，we will have more quickly transportation means。

Now matter how far we go，it takes only a short time。With the development of science and technology，we can travel to the moon，Mars or somewhere outer space。People may can live in other planets。The second word is convenient。

Because of the fast development of our society，many work can be done by computers or even robots。

Lots of things are fully automated。Humans just need to give some simple instructions to complete complecated tasks。

Now I am in a middle school, and I wish I could grow up soon. I always imagine what would I do in ten years. At that time, I would have already finished my college and come to the job market. I will work in the office as everybody else. When the work is done, I would come to dinner with my parents. I don’t want to work far away from them, so I will choose to job near home. When I earn money, I can travel around the world, so on the holiday, I will make some plans to enrich my knowledge and broaden my vision by seeing different scenery. It’s clear that I have to teach as a volunteer in the country for two years after my graduation. Maybe I will get on with the children in the JingGangshan, the poorest area in Jiangxi for the years. Being knowledgeable and full of energy, surely I will make a difference there. Knowledge is strength, especially in the competitive society today. Therefore during those two years I decide to proceed my study as a postgraduate. Some years later, I may quit teaching unless I find I’m real interesting in teaching.

Our increasing population witt tremendously increase urban waters, primarily sewage. Rapidly expanding industries which involve more and more complex chemical processes will produce large volumes of liquid wastes. Many of thesewitt contain chemicals that are poisonous. To feed our rapidly expanding population, agriculture will have to be intensified. This will involve ever increasing quantities of agriculture chemicals. From this, it is apparent that drastic steps must be taken immediately to develop corrective measures for the pollution problems.

There are two ways by which these pollution problems can be lessened. The first relates to the treatment of wastes to decrease their pollution hazard. This involves the processing of solid wastes "prior to" disposal and the treatment of liquid wastes to permit the reuse to the water or best reduce pollution upon final disposal. The second approach is to develop an economic use for all or part of the wastes. Farm manure is spread in fields as a nutrient. Wastes from sewage disposal plants are used in some areas both for irrigation and for the nutrients contained. Liquid wastes from other processing plants may also be used as a supplemental source of water. Only by doing these promptly now can we expect to solve the serious water problems in the future.
