王振冰河勇救五人获评“中国好人”

2015年5月29日，中央文明办在山东省日照市举办“中国好人榜”5月入选名单发布仪式，我市的王振被评为“见义勇为”中国好人。

王振家住濉溪县刘桥镇陈集村，是一位90后小伙。2015年2月23日，农历正月初五，他从亲戚家拜年归来，途经刘桥镇丁楼村丁楼沟东岸的恒源路，看到有辆电动车从对面驶来。正当他专心驾驶时，爱人突然大呼一声，“电动车掉沟里了。”王振一个急刹拉开车门，一边让妻子报警求救，一边快速跑向事发地点。

事发时，5名落水人员正在4米多深的水沟里奋力挣扎。危急关头，王振立即将厚厚的衣服甩掉，穿着短裤跳入冰冷的水中。刺骨的冰水冻得王振浑身发抖，但他依然咬紧牙关，不顾一切向落水人员游去。

先将离岸边最近的拉上来，再继续游到水里救援其他人。就这样，王振使出全身力气，将身着衣物被水浸泡后异常沉重的5名落水人员全部安全救出。不多时，辖区派出所民警赶到现场，将获救人员送回家中。精疲力竭的王振休息了片刻，没有留下姓名和联系方式，就和妻子一起悄悄离开了现场。

获救人员为一家5口，家住刘桥镇丁楼村。事后，他们经过多方打听，终于得知靠着惊人的体力和毅力，徒手创造生命奇迹的小伙子是王振。为了表示感谢，他们专程跑到濉溪县城定制了锦旗，第一时间送到王振家中。

Last Saturday--April 28th, my classmates and I went to the park near my school. Can you guess what we did there?Not for amusement but to take part in a volunteer labour.

紧接着，是最激动人心、最备受我们关注的跳长绳比赛了。大家苦苦练了整整两个星期就是为了今天的跳长绳比赛的到来，因为只有今天才能让大家两个星期的努力得到证实，得到最终的成绩。可是比赛还没开始，大家就已经紧张个半死了，特别是我身旁的金弓力和尹亚妮，生怕自己跳不好，在这个时候我只能说尽力而为吧！

比赛终于开始了，刚一开始就状况百出，不是谁谁谁停顿了，就是谁谁谁被勾到了，可是要知道现在已经不是在训练了，比赛已经开始了，更何况机会只有一次，我也只能在心里默念：尽力而为。过了一会儿，一分钟结束了，我跑过去看成绩，我顿时石化了，我们班只跳了57个，没错，白纸黑字，清清楚楚的写着六（6）班57，事实摆在眼前，我也只能期盼有比我们更差的的成绩出现了。

全部比赛终于都结束了，我们班做操和跳绳都是最后一名，我总结出了我们班为什么是最后一名的一点：天时、地利、人和。天时：今天寒风呼啸还下着雨。地利：还可以。人和：大家都有些紧张。不过，不管怎么说，重在参与。

Table tennis is one of the most popular sports in China. It’s my favorite,

too. It’s a good way of exercise, and it’s easy to play. You don’t need many

skills. I often play table tennis after class. Most of my classmates like it. So
