三、重视评价，关注学生的情感。英语课并不是简单地知识的累加，而是一个综合体。每一单元的内容都是有思想的，都是很好的教育材料，应该把情感教育应用到每一节英语课上。简单地让学生只学一些词和句子没有什么实际意义，有些学生态度冷淡，情感脆弱，关注学生的情感态度培养是必需的。一句鼓励的话，让学生兴奋，促使他们集中精力，积极完成课堂上的各种教学活动。

希望能多参加这样的教研活动，学习别人的长处，弥补自己的不足，不断提高自己的业务水平。

In our English Class, we often have group activities. There are usually three or four students in one group. In my opinion, the group activities help us study English better. First of all, we should know what the task is all about and how we will do it. Second, we have to make ourselves understood that what we try to conevy.

上周，是我们学校的第二届英语活动周。在这一周里，英语活动内容可谓是丰富多彩：手抄报比赛、指手画脚猜单词、书写比赛等大大激发了我们学英语、用英语的兴趣。可令我最难忘的要数周五下午的游园活动了。

中午吃完饭，老师们把精心准备的各种道具准备好后，游园活动就开始了。同学们个个兴奋不已，笑嘻嘻地穿梭于各个教室。刹那间，整幢教学楼变成了欢乐的海洋。

听说“希腊”（403班）的“点蜡烛”好玩又简单，我便和好朋友金宇虹手拉手一起去碰碰运气。一到那儿，一条“长龙”即映入眼帘，看来这个项目很受同学们的欢迎。我们随着人流走进了龙尾行列。慢慢地，我们进入了龙头的行列。我伸头前望，只见一个瘦小的女孩一下子就点燃了三根蜡烛而顺利通关了。“这个游戏的确挺简单的嘛！通关对于我来说应该不成问题。”于是，我信心十足地站在队中，不时向前移动着脚步。就在快轮到我时，一种莫名的担忧涌上心头：万一我动作慢了烧到手怎么办？同学们会不会笑话我呀？“快，轮到你了。”金宇虹对我说。我猛地回过神来，接过火柴，闪亮登场。“哧——”火柴擦着了，我急忙将火柴移向蜡烛。可是这火苗像故意跟我作对似的，东躲西藏，就是不和烛芯亲热。无奈，最后以失败而告终。我定了定神，又擦燃了第二根。这次我吸取教训，放慢了速度。谁知，这“熊熊大火”还没等到我移向蜡烛已经亲吻了我的手指，我只好大叫着将它扔到了地上。此刻，我狼狈极了，但为了尊严故作镇定。我又擦燃了第三根、第四根……时间到了，最终我只点燃了一支蜡烛！看来，不论何时都不能轻信别人的话，只有亲身下河才能知深浅，只有亲口尝梨才能之酸甜呐！

离开那伤心地，我来到了“西班牙斗牛场”（自己班教室），争取在这里找回点自信。瞧，赛场上那些瘦骨嶙峋的“牛”一下子就被那些膘肥体壮的“牛”撞出圈外，直接淘汰出局。此时，我暗下决心：只能成功，不许失败！

因为这里排队的人不多，所以很快就轮到我了。看到对手，我不由得松了一口气，因为跟我斗的是503班的一头瘦弱的“小牛”。我们的决斗一开始他就向我发起猛攻。他的腿真硬啊，撞在我的腿上犹如硬石砸落下来。我不甘示弱，双手牢牢地抱着脚，谨慎地周旋着，一旦抓住时机就凶猛地进行反击，非要和他拼个你死我活不可！慢慢地，他支持不住了，只好向我投降。“呜呼，我赢了！”我开心地大叫起来。同时，我也悟出了一个道理：在“战场”上，要智取，不可蛮斗。

后来，我又去玩了“跳麻袋”、“金字塔”、“踢足球”……每项活动都很好玩，都带给了我不同的体验。

这次的游园活动令我终生难忘，因为我们在玩游戏的同时学到了不少知识，也懂得了不少道理！

叮叮叮，叮叮叮，上课铃响了我们像小豹子一样跑进了教室，坐在座位上等待老师的到来，过了一会儿，黄老师进来了，他站在门口，脸上露出的微笑看着我们，好像有趣的事情即将要发生。不久以后，广播声音响起了：“请三，四，五年级的全体同学到大操场上面集合。”有四年级？我们听了高兴极了，排好队，就直奔操场。

第二场比赛是踢毽子，我们班的李思张参加了，可是，她踢得不是很好，我们的比赛输掉了。

第三场是接力赛。是三个班一起比，我们班在中间，我们班的班长拿着班牌喊：“152班”，后面的同学就喊：“加油”。可是我们班却是倒数第二名，我们班第一个跑的金万祥就跑慢了。

最后一场是拔河比赛，也是最有趣的一场。黄老师挑了几个力气比较大的同学去参加。可是没有选到我，他们排好队后，体育老师吹了一声口哨，所有同学把全身力气都用在手上，黄老师在旁边喊：“152班必胜”。可是，偏偏我们又输了，在结束后，参加了拔河比赛的同学脸和手上都是红彤彤的，头发都湿透，就像是被淋了一场大雨，回到教室后还不停地喝着水。

虽然这次运动会我们班的成绩不是很理想，但是，我还是很喜欢体育运动，更喜欢和大家一起参加体育活动。

一年一度的体育节又来临了。为了这一天的到来，我们全校同学都在这两个星期前进行着紧张的训练。全体学生都做操的做操，跳绳的跳绳，滚铁环的滚铁环，拍皮球的拍皮球，进行着紧张的训练。大家都在为了自己班级的荣誉而在努力地奋斗着。

运动会很快就开始了。刚开始是做广播体操。我们做好了跑步姿势跟随着余滟蔓进了场。在做操的过程中虽然只是下着小雨，但是配合着当时的温度和风还是会让人感到很冷，冷到手脚都已开始僵硬、麻木。但是我们还是在寒风刺骨的环境下坚持了下来。

紧接着，是最激动人心、最备受我们关注的跳长绳比赛了。大家苦苦练了整整两个星期就是为了今天的跳长绳比赛的到来，因为只有今天才能让大家两个星期的努力得到证实，得到最终的成绩。可是比赛还没开始，大家就已经紧张个半死了，特别是我身旁的金弓力和尹亚妮，生怕自己跳不好，在这个时候我只能说尽力而为吧！

比赛终于开始了，刚一开始就状况百出，不是谁谁谁停顿了，就是谁谁谁被勾到了，可是要知道现在已经不是在训练了，比赛已经开始了，更何况机会只有一次，我也只能在心里默念：尽力而为。过了一会儿，一分钟结束了，我跑过去看成绩，我顿时石化了，我们班只跳了57个，没错，白纸黑字，清清楚楚的写着六（6）班57，事实摆在眼前，我也只能期盼有比我们更差的的成绩出现了。

全部比赛终于都结束了，我们班做操和跳绳都是最后一名，我总结出了我们班为什么是最后一名的一点：天时、地利、人和。天时：今天寒风呼啸还下着雨。地利：还可以。人和：大家都有些紧张。不过，不管怎么说，重在参与。

张海迪：活着就要做个对社会有益的人

张海迪，1955年秋天在济南出生。5岁患脊髓病，胸以下全部瘫痪。从那时起，张海迪开始了她独到的人生。她无法上学，便在在家自学完中学课程。15岁时，海迪跟随父母，下放(山东)聊城农村，给孩子当起教书先生。她还自学针灸医术，为乡亲们无偿治疗。后来，张海迪自学多门外语，还当过无线电修理工。

在残酷的命运挑战面前，张海迪没有沮丧和沉沦，她以顽强的毅力和恒心与疾病做斗争，经受了严峻的考验，对人生充满了信心。她虽然没有机会走进校门，却发愤学习，学完了小学、中学全部课程，自学了大学英语、日语、德语和世界语，并攻读了大学和硕士研究生的课程。1983年张海迪开始从事文学创作，先后翻译了《海边诊所》等数十万字的英语小说，编著了《向天空敞开的窗口》、《生命的追问》、《轮椅上的梦》等书籍。其中《轮椅上的梦》在日本和韩国出版，而《生命的追问》出版不到半年，已重印3次，获得了全国“五个一工程”图书奖。在《生命的追问》之前，这个奖项还从没颁发给散文作品。最近，一部长达30万字的长篇小说《绝顶》，即将问世。从1983年开始，张海迪创作和翻译的作品超过100万字。

为了对社会作出更大的贡献，她先后自学了十几种医学专著，同时向有经验的医生请教，学会了针灸等医术，为群众无偿治疗达1万多人次。

1983年，《中国青年报》发表《是颗流星，就要把光留给人间》，张海迪名噪中华，获得两个美誉，一个是“八十年代新雷锋”，一个是"“当代保尔”。

张海迪怀着“活着就要做个对社会有益的人”的信念，以保尔为榜样，勇于把自己的光和热献给人民。她以自己的言行，回答了亿万青年非常关心的人生观、价值观问题。邓小平亲笔题词：“学习张海迪，做有理想、有道德、有文化、守纪律的共产主义新人!”

随后，使张海迪成为道德力量。

张海迪现为全国政协委员，供职在山东作家协会，从事创作和翻译。

1、谈话：生活中有些人因为自己不努力，闹出了不少的笑话，值得我们同学们深思，请看表演。大概内容如下：

考场中，大家都都在聚精会神地考试，只有小路东看看，西瞧瞧，嘴里不停地念叨着：“这太难了，怎么做啊?”“老师也专和我过不去，就出一些判断、选择的，让我一个字也写不出，这可怎么办呢?”

“哈，终于做完了!”小路得意地向同学们做着鬼脸，走上讲台，把试卷交给了老师。

四、比赛

1、谈话：事实上只要我们努力，有方法，我们就一定能成功，下面我们进行一个“记电话号码”比赛。

比赛规则：老师给每一小组的同学出示一组电话号码(10个)，1分钟之后，看哪一小组能准确地把电话号码背出来，逐组进行，哪一组背得最多，哪一组胜利。

比赛可进行两次，第一次不给任何提示，让学生背。第二次提示学生可以先分好任务，想出好主意(如谐音记忆)再进行比赛。

昨天，青岛大学自动化工程学院青年志愿者协会携手青岛微尘发起了一场名为“做微尘，献爱心”的公益活动，我作为一名青协义工有幸参与了这场募捐活动。此次募捐活动主要是以义卖物品的方式来募集善款，活动在青岛大学中心校区进行。我们青协义工共分为6个小组，每组一般10人，青大校园内随处可见义工们募集善款的身影。说实话，当我穿上市南义工工作服的时候，我感到无比的骄傲和自豪，那时的我突然觉得自己多了一份使命，觉得自己也可以为社会，为他人贡献自己的一份力量了。

我认为其实并不是一定压迫成为义工群里的成员才是义工，而不是成员就不义工了。在我看来，义工只是一个称谓，我们每个人日常生活中随时随地都可以去做义工。比如：帮助老人过马路，为别人捡起掉下的东西，再比如在公交车上为老人让座，等等等等，只要你在做这些东西了，你就是一名义工了。

做义工最重要的是一份心，一份愿意为别人服务，帮助别人解决困难的心。做义工没有大事小事之分，古人云：勿以善小而不为。而我们做义工就是要向小事看齐，做到小事时时为，大事集体为。

I went to an English Summer Camp this summer vacation. Its really a good chance to improve my English. I ate lived learnt and played with my foreign teachers and my classmates for about three weeks. In the morning we had a four-hour-class. In the afternoon sometimes we saw an English movie otherwise we learned some English songs. In the evening we had our free time. We all had a lot of fun.

There is no doubt that football is No. 1 sport in the world. People from

all around the world are so crazy about this match. In China, a lot of people

stay up all the night just to watch the football match from TV. The fans from

different areas make up the group just to support their teams. These fans sit

together and cheer for their idols. It is such a great moment for them. Though

the football level in China is below the international, more and more teenagers

work on this field and they fight for the country’s future. This year, the

football team has won some important matches and win respect from the world.

When the bell rang, the students stepped out of the classroom and went to the playground to take part in their favorite activities. The campus is boiling up immediately.

On the west side of the campus, there are four basketball frames. The basket sitting next to some of the students, from time to time came the cheers and laughter. Look, how hard the basketball players are! A decision win, but often play a long time end neither in victory nor defeat.

Table tennis is one of the most popular sports in China. It’s my favorite,

too. It’s a good way of exercise, and it’s easy to play. You don’t need many

skills. I often play table tennis after class. Most of my classmates like it. So

we always have partners. But if you want to play well, it’s not so easy. You

must focus on your gesture, your hands and your steps. I want to be better, so I

practice it very often. I have my own teacher to teach me. I work hard on

it.

though pe class is a part of children’s education, many teenagers didn’t form the habit of doing exercise, they don’t have interest in sports. enthusiasm for sports is of great importance, young people should treat it as their integral part of education.

虽然体育课是孩子教育的一部分，很多青少年没有形成体育锻炼的习惯，他们对体育没有兴趣。体育热情很重要，年轻人应该把它当成他们教育的一部分。

on the one hand, promoting enthusiasm for sports among teenagers helps them keep a healthy lifestyle. in the school, students are forced to take exercise in the pe class, they need to join certain activities. in this way, students live in a healthy lifestyle, they won’t get sick easily. but after they leaving school, no one forces them to do so, so they are lazy to take exercise, their bodies gets weaker.

on the other hand, the enthusiasm for sports can help students enhance their sense of teamwork. as we known, most sports need more than one person to do, like badminton and table tennis, these sports needs more than two people. when students are playing badminton, they need to cooperate, so that they can defeat others, if they just keep an eye on themselves, they game can’t be played. doing these sports will bring students the sense of teamwork, which is important for their career.
