王振冰河勇救五人获评“中国好人”

2015年5月29日，中央文明办在山东省日照市举办“中国好人榜”5月入选名单发布仪式，我市的王振被评为“见义勇为”中国好人。

王振家住濉溪县刘桥镇陈集村，是一位90后小伙。2015年2月23日，农历正月初五，他从亲戚家拜年归来，途经刘桥镇丁楼村丁楼沟东岸的恒源路，看到有辆电动车从对面驶来。正当他专心驾驶时，爱人突然大呼一声，“电动车掉沟里了。”王振一个急刹拉开车门，一边让妻子报警求救，一边快速跑向事发地点。

事发时，5名落水人员正在4米多深的水沟里奋力挣扎。危急关头，王振立即将厚厚的衣服甩掉，穿着短裤跳入冰冷的水中。刺骨的冰水冻得王振浑身发抖，但他依然咬紧牙关，不顾一切向落水人员游去。

先将离岸边最近的拉上来，再继续游到水里救援其他人。就这样，王振使出全身力气，将身着衣物被水浸泡后异常沉重的5名落水人员全部安全救出。不多时，辖区派出所民警赶到现场，将获救人员送回家中。精疲力竭的王振休息了片刻，没有留下姓名和联系方式，就和妻子一起悄悄离开了现场。

可注意点也似乎没起到什么作用，情况反而比刚才更糟了。这回，球被扔上去后，竟然不偏不倚，正好“跳”到了我头上，不过更惨的还在后头呢，球攻击了我后，连蹦带跳地逃走了，开始“游操场”。它“游”的地方正是我不敢随意靠近的地方，太危险了，因为那些玩“撕名牌”的男生横冲直撞，目中无人，闯入十有八九被撞个半死，但它已经进入了“危险区域”，离那些玩得正疯的男生近在咫尺，此时，已经到了他们的脚下，他们见状，随便来了个“一脚头”，“飞球1号”被推进器推到了空中，划了一道优美的弧线，又开始蹦跳旅行。它这次又没长眼儿，只听“砰”的一声，撞到了一个男生。他敏捷地转过身来，抓住了我的手，我束手无策，只好连声说对不起，这才获得了自由。

我捡回球来，继续练习：做好姿势，把球“砰”往上一垫，两眼死死地盯着球，瞄准，“砰”，一下，“砰”两下……三下……六下！正要破记录，但这球偏偏飞到了一边。唉，记录是破了，不过破的是“最可惜”的记录。天啊！这球是故意和我作对吗？净给我添乱，我上辈子得罪你什么了？但功夫不负有心人，在我的“降服”下，它又开始变听话了许多，经过几节课的努力，终于最高记录达到了8下。“台上一分钟，台下十年功”，那些著名人物都付出了多少努力啊，只要我不断练习，排球一定会变简单的。

一个烈日炎炎的夏天，我们在库布齐大沙漠举行了一次拔河比赛。

比赛项目把选手们十个分为一组，展开了对决。我们一个个都站在预定的位置上，紧盯着了那根白绳，摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。裁判说完准备后，选手们就赶紧拿起了粗实的绳子，身子后倾，腿向下蹲，像一个紧绷着的弹簧，只要用手轻轻触碰一下，就会立马弹出。

比赛开始了。我们队的人都把脚插到沙土里，以便稳固身体。大家都使出了吃奶的力气使劲拉扯，不一会就都大汗淋漓，感到精疲力竭！只见排头的王某某同学，蹬着双眼，两腿微屈，咬紧牙关，似乎像一把就把绳子中间的红布扯过来似的。突然，我们班大喊一声，一起拼命地用力，红绳已然向我们这边倾斜，我们赢得了第一局的胜利。

紧接着，又开始了第二局。火热的太阳，像火盆一样烤着拔河的选手们，使他们更加坚定了胜利的信念。“一——二，一——二……”选手们随着口号声有节奏地用力拉扯，一会儿停下歇息坚守阵地，一会儿拼命往后拉……

渐渐地，红布向我们靠拢了过来，马上就能看到胜利的希望了，让我们感到精力倍增，几乎用尽的力量也暴涨了起来。时间一分一秒地过去，绳子一会儿向前，一会儿后退，摇摆不定。

终于，在又一次努力下，我们胜利了。队员筋疲力尽地躺在沙地上，大口呼吸着空气，享受着这一份来之不易的成功喜悦。

经过这次活动，我体会到了团结的重要性。不论做什么事，都要团结。团结就是力量。团结才能大大地增加成功率，团结，才会我们快乐。

Some students like to participate actively in after class activities. They think after class activities are an integral part of school life.

By going in for such activities, they can learn what they cant learn from books, which will be beneficial to them in the future.

Others, however, dont like after class activities at all. They think that a students work at school is learning theoretical knowledge and nothing else. Taking part in after class activities is a waste of the valuable time at school.

In my opinion, every student should engage in some after class activities because from these activities we can learn many valuable things that we wont learn in classrooms.

School is not just a place for learning the difference between "lie" or "lay", or what caused the hours of the daily schedule.

Finally, after class activities broaden our circle of acquaintances. No amount of ordinary school work can take the place of friends acquired in the informal familiarities of activities.
