人群立刻沸腾起来，喝彩声，鼓掌声响成一片，多么热闹的场面啊！这次比赛使我认识到团结就是力量，坚持到底就是胜利的道理，同时我也明白了体育的精神就是：正义、勇气、乐趣、和平、美丽、更是加强世界人民友谊的纽带。同时我们也要多多锻炼身体，增强体魄哦！

上体育课了，同学们都有自己喜爱的项目，踢毽子的、跳皮筋的、还有丢沙包的…… ……大家兴高采烈地玩起来。我喜欢的游戏是“老鹰捉小鸡。”

老师当老鹰，我们把老师的眼睛，用手绢严严实实地蒙上，我方选择一个身体强壮，行动机灵的男同学做我们的鸡妈妈。其他同学，一个扯着一个的衣服排好队。

游戏开就始了。老鹰一点策略都不讲，张牙舞爪的到处乱扑乱抓，都被鸡妈妈灵活地躲开了。即使鸡妈妈偷偷躲在他眼皮子底下，也没察觉到，累的他气喘吁吁，也没捉到一只。一声哨响，第一局结束。小鸡们旗开得胜，信心十足。第二局开始，没想到的是，狡猾的老鹰冷静了很多，站在原地用耳朵听，目标索定之后，就突然扑过去。可我们的鸡妈妈，也不是白给的，他好像是身经百战的将军，小声地告诉我们说：“不要呼喊，鞋底尽量不要摩擦地面，见到危险来临，都紧紧跟随前面人的运动迅速躲开，老鹰就捉不到了。”大家都咬紧牙关，紧密的配合，老鹰使尽了招数，仍然没有得逞，最后，无奈的认输了。

Enjoy Yourself While Fulfilling Responsibility

In my 18 years of life， there have been many things. University days are the best part of them. I can never forget the days when I stepped into my university. I was impressed by its garden-like campus， its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere. I at once fell in love with it.

After the arduous military training， I get absolutely absorbed in my studies. The classes given by the teachers are excellent. They provide us with information not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as well. They easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as I can.

Frankly speaking， at first I had some difficulty following the teachers. However， through my own efforts and thanks to my teachers guidance， I made remarkable progress. Now Ive benefited a lot from lectures and many other academic reports.

Learning is a long process; Ill keep exploring in the treasure house of knowledge to enrich myself. This summer I got out of the ivory tower and entered the real world. A publishing house offered me a part-time job in compilation and revision.

At the beginning I was belittled by my colleagues. But they were really surprised when I translated seven English articles over 5，000 words on only one day. Gradually， they began to look at me with respectful eyes. In their opinion I turned out to be a useful and trustworthy colleague.

I also realize that only those who bring happinefor others can be truly happy. So I often take part in activities concerning public welfare. I once went to a barren mountain village with my classmates. We taught the kids there who could not afford school. While showing them how broad and how civilized the outer world is， I was deeply touched by their eagerneto learn， their honesty and their purity. I couldnt control my tears on the day when we left. The precious experience with the poor kids made me aware of the responsibility on the shoulders of us， future teachers.

Besides study and social practice， there are entertainments as well. I do body building every day， hoping to keep healthy and energetic. We also write a play and put it on in our spare time.

Campus life is the most splendid time. But different people have different choices. The majority of students cherish their beautiful season and cherish the hope that one day theyll become outstanding. But there are indeed some students still under ignorance. They gather together for eating， drinking or playing cards. Theyre busy in searching for a girlfriend or a boyfriend. People can do sports, singing karaoke, go dancing, go to the movies, play video games or online games, or surf the Internet.

站在一旁的运动员胸有成竹，耐心的等待着比赛开始；有的运动员则是摩拳擦掌，迫不及待的想大显身手。

比赛开始了！场面由低潮转向高潮，同学们的欢呼声，跺脚声融成一片，好不容易挨到了我们班，男同学们马上上阵，站好了，摆好了姿势，成“工”部式，用脚顶着脚，勾住脚；身子住后倾，双手像只铁钳似的，用力抓住大绳。等待哨声一响，同学们便使出吃奶的劲，像一只只猛虎似的。我们班的运动员手上的筋脉突兀。肌肉紧绷，身上的汗毛发直，头发竖起，额头上缩成一圈，手心被绳子勒得发红，有的甚至起泡了，汗珠滚滚。尽管这样，我们还是使劲地拔着，越拔手上就越“狠”，他们咬紧牙关，忍着疼痛。我心想：一定要坚持下去，不能放松，要赢，一定要赢。他们的腿不断地往后移，越挪越远，红领巾从中点慢慢地向我们这边移近。眼看我们就要胜利了，六乙班也不甘示弱，个个使出九牛二虎之力，腮帮子鼓起，面红发肿，像一个个钢铁战士。我们原本以为我们赢定了，所以不注意对方了，可六乙班的同学们趁我们不甚留意，来了个突然“袭击”。这下，可把我们班的运动员搞得晕头转向，摇摇晃晃，像是喝了x似的。红领巾离对方愈来愈近，怎么办呢？这时，我方拉拉队队员急的像热锅上的蚂蚁团团转，队长带头喊：“六班，加油；六班，必胜！”

听了啦啦队的助威声，我方运动员顿时浑身充满了力量，用力把绳子往后拉，对方拉拉队见了，也使劲地喊，与其说是喊，不如说是吼。鲜艳的红领巾还是慢慢地向我们靠来，“赢了！”我们欢呼道。

stress. There is no denying that sleep could bring the body sufficient rest,

life. They are always there when you need them. Family provides support when you

important of all, their love for you gives you confidence in yourself, and makes

your life easier and a lot more beautiful. Friends also have an important role,

because you can evade from concerns by going out with them, talking about things

今天下午，万老师告诉了我们一个好消息，第二节的科学课不上了，我们班要和五（一）班进行一场拔河比赛。

听到这个消息，同学们都议论起来了。这时，裁判员老师走进我们班，对万老师说：“万老师，你们班挑选10位男生和10位女生参加比赛吧！”听了老师的一番话，同学们的心情都紧张了，不知道自己能不能入选。我也一样，论身高和体重我都不占优势。

老师开始选人了，同学们都把手举得高高的，生怕老师看不到自己。老师先是选男生，首先当选的是我们班里的重量级嘉宾—孙培喆同学，接着是杜莹峰、王新宇、卫科等人。接下来该选女生了，老师仔细的打量着我们，“向博雅、邵芝萍、张婉娜。”此时此刻，我的心里就像十五个吊桶——七上八下。老师接连又叫了几位女生的名字，我以为我没戏了。就在我失望的时候，老师看了我一眼说：“袁子怡你去当啦啦队员吧”有了这个机会，我兴致勃勃地跑出了教室，奔向操场。只见同学们个个摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。

比赛的道具是一条又粗又长的绳子，绳子的正中系着一条红领巾。参赛双方各拉一端，，哪对将对方拉向自己就为赢者。随着一声“预备！”双方队员都抓起了绳子，哨声刚一响，两对就拉起来了。只见杜莹峰的脸一下子红了起来，紧接着红领巾向我们班这边移了一点儿，我们啦啦队员也在高声的喊着“加油！加油！”就这样，红领巾一会儿往我们班移来，一会儿又向他们班移去，僵持了一会儿，我们班男生就没劲了，任凭我们叫破嗓门，最终还是输了。第一局，以失败而告终。休息了几分钟后，比赛又开始了，这一次是女生上阵了，我们班里的向博雅和邵芝萍同学是主力。所以比赛时，我始终就关注着她俩，并不时地为她们加油助威。谁说女子不如男，你看邵芝萍双手紧握绳子，右脚在后，左脚在前，使出了吃奶的力气。就这样我们班女生赢回了一局。呵呵呵，不是我说我们班男生真没劲，还是女生最给力。

这次拔河比赛真有趣啊！虽然我没能亲自参加比赛，有点遗憾，但是我作为一名啦啦队员能在旁边为他（她）们呐喊助威，也体会了比赛的艰辛，分享了胜利的喜悦。就这点，我还是感到欣慰。我一定要加强锻炼身体，希望在下一个赛季我也能参加比赛。

I like to do all kinds of sports, in the morning, I will do some jogging

and in the evening, sometime I will go to the gym with my friends. My favorite

sport is playing tennis, tennis brings my life so much happiness, I can watch

When I was small, one day, when I went home after school, I felt bored and

opened the TV, then I saw the tennis match. Two beautiful girls were playing

紧接着，是最激动人心、最备受我们关注的跳长绳比赛了。大家苦苦练了整整两个星期就是为了今天的跳长绳比赛的到来，因为只有今天才能让大家两个星期的努力得到证实，得到最终的成绩。可是比赛还没开始，大家就已经紧张个半死了，特别是我身旁的金弓力和尹亚妮，生怕自己跳不好，在这个时候我只能说尽力而为吧！

比赛终于开始了，刚一开始就状况百出，不是谁谁谁停顿了，就是谁谁谁被勾到了，可是要知道现在已经不是在训练了，比赛已经开始了，更何况机会只有一次，我也只能在心里默念：尽力而为。过了一会儿，一分钟结束了，我跑过去看成绩，我顿时石化了，我们班只跳了57个，没错，白纸黑字，清清楚楚的写着六（6）班57，事实摆在眼前，我也只能期盼有比我们更差的的成绩出现了。

全部比赛终于都结束了，我们班做操和跳绳都是最后一名，我总结出了我们班为什么是最后一名的一点：天时、地利、人和。天时：今天寒风呼啸还下着雨。地利：还可以。人和：大家都有些紧张。不过，不管怎么说，重在参与。

I went to an English Summer Camp this summer vacation. Its really a good chance to improve my English. I ate lived learnt and played with my foreign teachers and my classmates for about three weeks. In the morning we had a four-hour-class. In the afternoon sometimes we saw an English movie otherwise we learned some English songs. In the evening we had our free time. We all had a lot of fun.
