This August I went to a two-week long English camp which was held by English Beacon in Yantai city Shandong Province. There were over a hundred middle school students from all over the country and thirty experts in English teaching participating in this exciting camp.

While we were there it was required that we speak only English to our teachers and with each other. There were many activities which were funny and helped us to strengthen our oral English skills such as the Second Annual National Debate for Middle School Studentsthe Third National English Speech Competition for Middle School Students and English parties. 这个星期四，是阳光体育活动中打乒乓球的日子，其中有一件事令我难忘。

这是一个晴朗的下午，太阳在天上笑，小鸟在枝头上歌唱，蜜蜂在采蜜，我的心情也特别的好。

我们排好队来到乒乓球桌前，我好兴奋，因为我是第一个打乒乓球，拿起球拍，我狠狠得亲了一下它，并说了一声：“好好打啊，我的乖乖！”

球拍还真是争气，来去几个回合，球飞来飞去，听话极了。我非常谨慎，生怕有一点闪失。这时，旁边的同学在小声议论着什么。“无非我打得时间长了点呗，又没违反规则”。（谁输了球谁下去，这是老师规定的）我不以为然，继续打着球。忽然，后面有个人使劲推了我一下，我的球象箭一样飞了出去，打了个“死”球，结果输了。这时，我的心如同一把刀绞了一下，我恨不得狠狠地揍他一顿......

王振冰河勇救五人获评“中国好人”

2015年5月29日，中央文明办在山东省日照市举办“中国好人榜”5月入选名单发布仪式，我市的王振被评为“见义勇为”中国好人。

王振家住濉溪县刘桥镇陈集村，是一位90后小伙。2015年2月23日，农历正月初五，他从亲戚家拜年归来，途经刘桥镇丁楼村丁楼沟东岸的恒源路，看到有辆电动车从对面驶来。正当他专心驾驶时，爱人突然大呼一声，“电动车掉沟里了。”王振一个急刹拉开车门，一边让妻子报警求救，一边快速跑向事发地点。

事发时，5名落水人员正在4米多深的水沟里奋力挣扎。危急关头，王振立即将厚厚的衣服甩掉，穿着短裤跳入冰冷的水中。刺骨的冰水冻得王振浑身发抖，但他依然咬紧牙关，不顾一切向落水人员游去。

先将离岸边最近的拉上来，再继续游到水里救援其他人。就这样，王振使出全身力气，将身着衣物被水浸泡后异常沉重的5名落水人员全部安全救出。不多时，辖区派出所民警赶到现场，将获救人员送回家中。精疲力竭的王振休息了片刻，没有留下姓名和联系方式，就和妻子一起悄悄离开了现场。
