王振冰河勇救五人获评“中国好人”

2015年5月29日，中央文明办在山东省日照市举办“中国好人榜”5月入选名单发布仪式，我市的王振被评为“见义勇为”中国好人。

王振家住濉溪县刘桥镇陈集村，是一位90后小伙。2015年2月23日，农历正月初五，他从亲戚家拜年归来，途经刘桥镇丁楼村丁楼沟东岸的恒源路，看到有辆电动车从对面驶来。正当他专心驾驶时，爱人突然大呼一声，“电动车掉沟里了。”王振一个急刹拉开车门，一边让妻子报警求救，一边快速跑向事发地点。

事发时，5名落水人员正在4米多深的水沟里奋力挣扎。危急关头，王振立即将厚厚的衣服甩掉，穿着短裤跳入冰冷的水中。刺骨的冰水冻得王振浑身发抖，但他依然咬紧牙关，不顾一切向落水人员游去。

先将离岸边最近的拉上来，再继续游到水里救援其他人。就这样，王振使出全身力气，将身着衣物被水浸泡后异常沉重的5名落水人员全部安全救出。不多时，辖区派出所民警赶到现场，将获救人员送回家中。精疲力竭的王振休息了片刻，没有留下姓名和联系方式，就和妻子一起悄悄离开了现场。

第一关：每人有5次投篮机会。投中1球的闯关成功闯第二关;

第二关：每人有7次投篮机会。投中2球的闯关成功闯第三关;第三关：每人有9次投篮机会。投中3球的闯关成功闯第四关;第四关：每人有11次投篮机会。投中4球的闯关成功闯第五关;第五关：每人有13次投篮机会。投中5球的闯关成功闯第六关;第六关：每人有15次投篮机会。投中6球的闯关成功进决赛;

(3)决赛。闯过6关者方可参加决赛。每人有10次投篮机会，按投中次数排出名次，数量相同时，加投2球，直至排出名次。

2、奖励：

取前八名，给予物质奖励。闯过第六关的选手均有纪念奖。

(二)乒乓球趣味赛

1、比赛规则：

(1)发球入盆闯关，每人发10球，5球入盆者闯关成功，未闯关成功者可继续排队闯关。

(2)挂钩闯关。发球入盆闯关成功者方可进入本关闯关阶段。赢1球即挂钩闯关成功，闯关成功后可直接进入7分赛，也可和守关者打三球(谁先得3分谁为胜)争夺守关权，连守5关者可获得一定的物质奖励。

(3)7分赛。挂钩闯关成功的选手和守关者现场抽签淘汰，7分制，1局定胜负，胜者再抽签淘汰，直至排出前八名。

2、奖励

取前八名，给予物质奖励。进入7分赛的选手均有纪念奖。

(三)健身舞(操)比赛

1、比赛规则：

(1)不限舞种。

(2)评分细则

为保证比赛的公平、公正性，评委将现场打分，比赛结果现场公布，评分采取10分制计分，各参赛队伍的最后得分为去掉最高分和最低分后的综合平均分。10分制的具体评分要素为：

A、技术分(2分)：评价动作的正确、到位、力度。要求动作优美、整齐、衔接自然，符合音乐节拍。

B、形象分(2分)：评价表演的服装造型和表演者的精神风貌;要求服装造型符合舞蹈表演形式，表演者精神饱满、台风端正，现场反映良好。

C、编排分(2分)：评价舞蹈整体编排效果。要求具有合理性、连贯性、创新性、完整性。

D、欣赏分(3分)：评价动作的韵律感和节奏感。要求体现动感美，表演者对舞曲音乐的理解准确，动作吻合音乐旋律，富有节奏感。

E、纪律分(1分)：评价场内外组织秩序、队伍列队和进场、退场的队伍秩序。

(3)参赛动作艺术性要求：

A、充满活力，积极向上，有创造性，具有流畅的过渡动作，丰富的队形变化。

B、必须显示身体全面的协调能力，成套动作中的舞蹈、技巧、造型和队形变化应始终保持完整性。

C、广场舞蹈的动作设计要遵循健康和安全的原则，并体现项目特点。不提倡做高难度、危险性动作(如出现选手不遵循健康、安全原则，出现意外伤害情况，组委会不承担责任)。

D、表现力丰富，富有激情、感染力强，有良好的团队配合与交流，并能充分体现团队精神。

2、录取名次与奖励

本次比赛按积分排名，如积分相等由评委确认相等积分的名次。本次比赛设一等奖1名;二等奖2名;三等奖3名;比赛结束后进行颁奖仪式。

(四)跳绳比赛

1、比赛规则：

(1)按年龄分两组，即：35岁及以上年龄组;35岁及以下年龄组。

(2)比赛时间为一分钟;一分钟时间内，单人跳绳次数;跳绳过程中可以停顿，以一分钟结束时的总次数为个人最后成绩;每人只能参加1次比赛。

2、奖励

每个年龄组各取前八名，给予物质奖励。

(五)踢毽比赛

1、比赛规则：

(1)比赛时间为3分钟。比赛开始，裁判员鸣哨后，开始计数，再次鸣哨后，比赛停止，计数完毕，结束瞬间的那一次计为有效。

(2)在规定时间内，以次数多少记成绩，中途停顿可继续进行。 一只脚踢毽子，毽子触及地面为失败，失败后可在规定时间内接着再踢，次数累加。

中午之前我们结束了劳动。我们每个人都感觉有点累,但我们很快乐,因为我们做了一件好事。

在现代紧张忙碌的社会中，人们经常需要适时的休闲活动来纾解自己紧绷的压力及情绪。人们借由休闲活动除了可以提升工作效率之外，医学也证明适度的休闲活动可以提高身体的免疫能力，可见休闲活动对身处在现代的我们是多么的重要!

我最喜欢的休闲活动是去河滨公园骑脚踏车。每当假日来临时，爸爸经常会带我到永福桥下的河滨公园骑脚踏车。骑脚踏车不但让我享受到驾驭的快感，而且优游在奼紫嫣红的花朵和绿意盎然的树林间，如画的风景不断映入眼帘!骑累时，还可以坐在路旁的造景公园中，欣赏着由蓝天、绿地、小溪组成的自然美景，享受着妈妈准备的饮料和零嘴，不但使平时累积的学习压力顿时消除，而且也让我感受到满满的幸福呢!

然而自从智慧型手机发明之后，“低头族”的情况变得非常普遍，我们经常可以看到不管是在搭车或走路时，总是人手一台平板电脑或是手机在上网或玩游戏， 这样不但会让视力变差，还可能因为不看路而导致交通事故的发生，这种休闲活动不但对身心发展没有帮助，反而还可能有不良的影响。所以我们在从事休闲活动时，应该多接触大自然，让身心灵都能够向上提升，这才能达到从事休闲活动的目的。

骑脚踏车不但可以消除疲劳、锻练体能、强健体魄、舒展身心，还能欣赏美景，更可以节能减碳、保护地球，真是个好的休闲活动呢!

在这个学期里，为了让同学们“德、智、体”都全面发展，我们叶老师不但教导大家要学好课本里的知识，还要求大家要积极参加体育活动。

瞧，同学们都已经被动员起来了！有的同学喜欢上了打篮球，有的同学喜欢上了跳绳，有的同学喜欢上了跑步……我呢，恰喜欢上了踢毽子！

毽子是用鸡羽毛做成的，羽毛被染成了五颜六色，看上去像一朵花。它的玩法是拿起来用脚踢，毽子不能落地，落地后要重新开始，看一次能连续踢多少个。

我刚开始学踢毽子，连一个都踢不到。我看到别的同学踢得都比我好，我心里暗暗下决心：我一定要把踢毽子学好。

于是我抓紧时间练习，在学校里，课间休息的时候；在家里，做完作业之余，我都不停地练呀……练呀，渐渐地，我能踢一个了。又渐渐地，我可以踢2至4个了。但是，我还是达不到老师的要求。

为什么我进步不了呢？我带着这样的问题请教体育老师，老师回答我说：“你踢的时候，要掌握好毽子的高度，身体要直，控制好节奏，才能踢好毽子。”我按照老师的说法一试，果然行，成绩大有进步。

班级组织踢毽子比赛了，当我兴冲冲地和同学比试时，尽管自己尽力了，却还是输了，想到自己练了那么久都赢不过别的同学，急得跑到没人的地方哭了好一回。老师知道后，语重心长地对我说：“体育活动是重在参与，输赢是次要的。我们参加体育活动，是为了通过锻炼身体而有好的体魄，保证每天都有充足的精神投入到紧张的学习中去。而且，还应该通过体育活动增进同学们之间的友谊，正所谓”友谊第一，比赛第二“。只要你懂了这些道理，你就能体会到体育运动给我们带来的乐趣了！”

啊，我知道了！原来参加体育运动的意义是让我们更健康、更精神、更团结、更快乐！

从今以后，我踢毽子踢得更开心了。你们看，毽子在脚下飞舞，别提有多快乐了！怎么样，同学们，都跟我一起来参加体育活动吧！
