12月17日是我们学校的体育节，虽然这一天寒风瑟瑟，但仍不能吹去我们心中的快乐。

上午8点左右，体育节开始了。随着比赛活动的不断进行，很快就轮到我们三人四足的项目了。老师让我和参赛的其他同学赶快去做准备。于是我们三个人高高兴兴地跑了过去。我心中不时地想：“我这一次一定要加油啊。”“嘟……”哨声响了起来。我们班第一组三人四足的几个同学飞快地跑了出去，脚步一致，配合默契，真可谓“心有灵犀”，他们很快将对手远远地甩在了后面。

现在该轮到我们这一组了。哨声一响，我们迈开步子跑了出去，可是没跑几步远就出了问题：我旁边的张鑫尧和钱磊不知怎么摔倒了。我心里一紧，想：“完了，这次的第一名肯定不是我们了。”于是，我们迅速爬起，立即向别的小组奋力追赶而去。可是，就是因为刚才那一个失误，使我们的努力前功尽弃，从而成了三人四足的最后一名。但我还是很开心，因为我已经尽了自己的全力了，而且这一次的失败并不意味着次次都会失败，只要下一次再努力，我一定会成功的。

回到座位上后，我们认真地站在自己的位置上看其他同学的比赛。这时障碍跑开始了。只见我们班上跑步非常快的郁宗望健步如飞，轻轻松松地跨过了第一个障碍。坐在位子上的同学都挥舞着彩带为他加油。金黄的彩带迎风飘动，太阳照射在上面闪闪发光。郁宗望仿佛听到了同学们在为他加油，又从跨栏跑的架子下面利索地弯下腰窜了过去，迅速地绕过前方的标志桶后调转方向往终点跑去。看来，不管我们遇到了什么困难，都要勇敢地面对，要像郁宗望一样。之后，我们又进行了推小车、双人夹球、赶猪进圈等精彩的比赛。

一个烈日炎炎的夏天，我们在库布齐大沙漠举行了一次拔河比赛。

比赛项目把选手们十个分为一组，展开了对决。我们一个个都站在预定的位置上，紧盯着了那根白绳，摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。裁判说完准备后，选手们就赶紧拿起了粗实的绳子，身子后倾，腿向下蹲，像一个紧绷着的弹簧，只要用手轻轻触碰一下，就会立马弹出。

比赛开始了。我们队的人都把脚插到沙土里，以便稳固身体。大家都使出了吃奶的力气使劲拉扯，不一会就都大汗淋漓，感到精疲力竭！只见排头的王某某同学，蹬着双眼，两腿微屈，咬紧牙关，似乎像一把就把绳子中间的红布扯过来似的。突然，我们班大喊一声，一起拼命地用力，红绳已然向我们这边倾斜，我们赢得了第一局的胜利。

紧接着，又开始了第二局。火热的太阳，像火盆一样烤着拔河的选手们，使他们更加坚定了胜利的信念。“一——二，一——二……”选手们随着口号声有节奏地用力拉扯，一会儿停下歇息坚守阵地，一会儿拼命往后拉……

渐渐地，红布向我们靠拢了过来，马上就能看到胜利的希望了，让我们感到精力倍增，几乎用尽的力量也暴涨了起来。时间一分一秒地过去，绳子一会儿向前，一会儿后退，摇摆不定。

终于，在又一次努力下，我们胜利了。队员筋疲力尽地躺在沙地上，大口呼吸着空气，享受着这一份来之不易的成功喜悦。

经过这次活动，我体会到了团结的重要性。不论做什么事，都要团结。团结就是力量。团结才能大大地增加成功率，团结，才会我们快乐。

老师开始选人了，同学们都把手举得高高的，生怕老师看不到自己。老师先是选男生，首先当选的是我们班里的重量级嘉宾—孙培喆同学，接着是杜莹峰、王新宇、卫科等人。接下来该选女生了，老师仔细的打量着我们，“向博雅、邵芝萍、张婉娜。”此时此刻，我的心里就像十五个吊桶——七上八下。老师接连又叫了几位女生的名字，我以为我没戏了。就在我失望的时候，老师看了我一眼说：“袁子怡你去当啦啦队员吧”有了这个机会，我兴致勃勃地跑出了教室，奔向操场。只见同学们个个摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。

比赛的道具是一条又粗又长的绳子，绳子的正中系着一条红领巾。参赛双方各拉一端，，哪对将对方拉向自己就为赢者。随着一声“预备！”双方队员都抓起了绳子，哨声刚一响，两对就拉起来了。只见杜莹峰的脸一下子红了起来，紧接着红领巾向我们班这边移了一点儿，我们啦啦队员也在高声的喊着“加油！加油！”就这样，红领巾一会儿往我们班移来，一会儿又向他们班移去，僵持了一会儿，我们班男生就没劲了，任凭我们叫破嗓门，最终还是输了。第一局，以失败而告终。休息了几分钟后，比赛又开始了，这一次是女生上阵了，我们班里的向博雅和邵芝萍同学是主力。所以比赛时，我始终就关注着她俩，并不时地为她们加油助威。谁说女子不如男，你看邵芝萍双手紧握绳子，右脚在后，左脚在前，使出了吃奶的力气。就这样我们班女生赢回了一局。呵呵呵，不是我说我们班男生真没劲，还是女生最给力。

这次拔河比赛真有趣啊！虽然我没能亲自参加比赛，有点遗憾，但是我作为一名啦啦队员能在旁边为他（她）们呐喊助威，也体会了比赛的艰辛，分享了胜利的喜悦。就这点，我还是感到欣慰。我一定要加强锻炼身体，希望在下一个赛季我也能参加比赛。

伴着秋风秋雨我们又迎来了一年一度的秋季运动会。运动会每年的项目都不一样有时跳绳，有时是长跑，有时是短跑。常常让人捉摸不透。

今年我被抽到参加比赛了。我可不喜欢运动，所以我都没怎么运动，我的体能自然就比别人差了。

上场时我还在想我肯定是倒数第一，干脆直接输掉好了，反正也赢不了。

裁判一声令下别人都像一根根离弦的箭冲了出去，而我则慢悠悠的走。不知过了多久突然有人喊“快点跑啊！”“相信你自己可以的！”我向右边一望看见了我们班一个个同学的面孔，“不要做一只缩头乌龟！”我看见了我的死党喊着。在那一瞬间我看到了我们班同学以前努力在比赛中争第一的场景，与我们班里运动会的奖状。他们就算没有第一也要努力而我却放弃了。我不能玷污班里的奖状与同学的努力。我突然跑了出去就像一阵风一样，“就是这样，继续跑！”又有人喊。才跑了一会我就满头大汗，但是我还是咬牙坚持下去了。

运动会结束了，我们班是倒数第一。我为此感到遗憾，可是同学们过来对我说：“你努力了就好，一起去运动吧。”“好。”我一边说一边跟他们走出去。这次运动会令我十分难忘，难忘的不是名次而是同学们对我说的话。

毽子是用鸡羽毛做成的，羽毛被染成了五颜六色，看上去像一朵花。它的玩法是拿起来用脚踢，毽子不能落地，落地后要重新开始，看一次能连续踢多少个。

我刚开始学踢毽子，连一个都踢不到。我看到别的同学踢得都比我好，我心里暗暗下决心：我一定要把踢毽子学好。

于是我抓紧时间练习，在学校里，课间休息的时候；在家里，做完作业之余，我都不停地练呀……练呀，渐渐地，我能踢一个了。又渐渐地，我可以踢2至4个了。但是，我还是达不到老师的要求。

为什么我进步不了呢？我带着这样的问题请教体育老师，老师回答我说：“你踢的时候，要掌握好毽子的高度，身体要直，控制好节奏，才能踢好毽子。”我按照老师的说法一试，果然行，成绩大有进步。

班级组织踢毽子比赛了，当我兴冲冲地和同学比试时，尽管自己尽力了，却还是输了，想到自己练了那么久都赢不过别的同学，急得跑到没人的地方哭了好一回。老师知道后，语重心长地对我说：“体育活动是重在参与，输赢是次要的。我们参加体育活动，是为了通过锻炼身体而有好的体魄，保证每天都有充足的精神投入到紧张的学习中去。而且，还应该通过体育活动增进同学们之间的友谊，正所谓”友谊第一，比赛第二“。只要你懂了这些道理，你就能体会到体育运动给我们带来的乐趣了！”

啊，我知道了！原来参加体育运动的意义是让我们更健康、更精神、更团结、更快乐！
