教练员和运动员仔细总结了经验。场外观众也屏住了呼吸看谁败谁胜。最后一局在热闹的气氛中开始了，只见五（1）班同学手背上青筋暴出，拼命拉，他们有的一腿蹬开一腿弓起，有的两腿半弯曲，身子直往后压，看，站在五（2）班队前的同学，只见他屏住气，脸憋得红彤彤的，两只脚像钉在地上似的，身子倾斜得几乎躺在地上。手像一个大钳子牢牢地抓住绳子。五（2）班的队员也不灰心，不气馁。啊呀！标记离五（1）班界线不远了！我恨不得跑上去助五（2）班一臂之力。五（2）班同学大声呐喊：“五（2）班加油！”五（2）班队员在呐喊声的鼓舞下，勇气培增，精神抖擞，竭力奋战，脚抵脚，身依身。终于五（2）班胜利了！

人群立刻沸腾起来，喝彩声，鼓掌声响成一片，多么热闹的场面啊！这次比赛使我认识到团结就是力量，坚持到底就是胜利的道理，同时我也明白了体育的精神就是：正义、勇气、乐趣、和平、美丽、更是加强世界人民友谊的纽带。同时我们也要多多锻炼身体，增强体魄哦！

体育是什么？大到世界瞩目的奥运会，小到我们身边的方方面面。可是如果你问我阳光体育是什么？说实话，我还真答不出来。直到学校开展了一次阳光体育活动，我才明白了它的真正含义……

春姑娘迈着轻盈的脚步悄悄的来到我们身边，万物苏醒了。渐暖的空气，破冰的流水，渐绿的柳枝，吐芽的苞蕾，这些春的使者，驱散了料峭的寒风，送来了温暖的气息！被风簇拥着的春天，阳光和煦，万物生机勃勃。

早已脱去冬装的我们，不管是上一二年级的小弟弟小妹妹，还是上五六年级的大哥哥大姐姐都一身轻松。当然，他们也迎来了一年一度的阳光体育活动……

阳光体育活动开始了！操场上人流如潮。时不时撞上一两个人，匆匆忙忙说声对不起便跑远了……

体育项目各式各样，有跳远、长跑、篮球……其中最热烈的就是拔河了。

站在一旁的运动员胸有成竹，耐心的等待着比赛开始；有的运动员则是摩拳擦掌，迫不及待的想大显身手。

比赛开始了！场面由低潮转向高潮，同学们的欢呼声，跺脚声融成一片，好不容易挨到了我们班，男同学们马上上阵，站好了，摆好了姿势，成“工”部式，用脚顶着脚，勾住脚；身子住后倾，双手像只铁钳似的，用力抓住大绳。等待哨声一响，同学们便使出吃奶的劲，像一只只猛虎似的。我们班的运动员手上的筋脉突兀。肌肉紧绷，身上的汗毛发直，头发竖起，额头上缩成一圈，手心被绳子勒得发红，有的甚至起泡了，汗珠滚滚。尽管这样，我们还是使劲地拔着，越拔手上就越“狠”，他们咬紧牙关，忍着疼痛。我心想：一定要坚持下去，不能放松，要赢，一定要赢。他们的腿不断地往后移，越挪越远，红领巾从中点慢慢地向我们这边移近。眼看我们就要胜利了，六乙班也不甘示弱，个个使出九牛二虎之力，腮帮子鼓起，面红发肿，像一个个钢铁战士。我们原本以为我们赢定了，所以不注意对方了，可六乙班的同学们趁我们不甚留意，来了个突然“袭击”。这下，可把我们班的运动员搞得晕头转向，摇摇晃晃，像是喝了x似的。红领巾离对方愈来愈近，怎么办呢？这时，我方拉拉队队员急的像热锅上的蚂蚁团团转，队长带头喊：“六班，加油；六班，必胜！”

听了啦啦队的助威声，我方运动员顿时浑身充满了力量，用力把绳子往后拉，对方拉拉队见了，也使劲地喊，与其说是喊，不如说是吼。鲜艳的红领巾还是慢慢地向我们靠来，“赢了！”我们欢呼道。

团结合作力量大，让我们互相合作，互相配合，共同把事情做好，共同创建和谐社会，共同为社会服务，共同迎来祖国的美好明天。

I have a lot of extracurricular activities: reading, playing computer, playing chess and so on. But my favorite thing is to play ping-pong. As long as I play a few games with my dad, my brain will be several times more awake. Sometimes I cant think of the title as long as the cudgel thinking and playing table tennis will be a dad.

Once, I had no mind to write my homework, so I had been playing with my father for about half an hour. We compete with each other very badly, you dont let me, I dont let you. 这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

一个烈日炎炎的夏天，我们在库布齐大沙漠举行了一次拔河比赛。

比赛项目把选手们十个分为一组，展开了对决。我们一个个都站在预定的位置上，紧盯着了那根白绳，摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。裁判说完准备后，选手们就赶紧拿起了粗实的绳子，身子后倾，腿向下蹲，像一个紧绷着的弹簧，只要用手轻轻触碰一下，就会立马弹出。

比赛开始了。我们队的人都把脚插到沙土里，以便稳固身体。大家都使出了吃奶的力气使劲拉扯，不一会就都大汗淋漓，感到精疲力竭！只见排头的王某某同学，蹬着双眼，两腿微屈，咬紧牙关，似乎像一把就把绳子中间的红布扯过来似的。突然，我们班大喊一声，一起拼命地用力，红绳已然向我们这边倾斜，我们赢得了第一局的胜利。

紧接着，又开始了第二局。火热的太阳，像火盆一样烤着拔河的选手们，使他们更加坚定了胜利的信念。“一——二，一——二……”选手们随着口号声有节奏地用力拉扯，一会儿停下歇息坚守阵地，一会儿拼命往后拉……

渐渐地，红布向我们靠拢了过来，马上就能看到胜利的希望了，让我们感到精力倍增，几乎用尽的力量也暴涨了起来。时间一分一秒地过去，绳子一会儿向前，一会儿后退，摇摆不定。

终于，在又一次努力下，我们胜利了。队员筋疲力尽地躺在沙地上，大口呼吸着空气，享受着这一份来之不易的成功喜悦。

经过这次活动，我体会到了团结的重要性。不论做什么事，都要团结。团结就是力量。团结才能大大地增加成功率，团结，才会我们快乐。
