体育活动内容英语作文(汇编19篇)

根据省、市体育局相关要求，经研究，决定于2015年8月8日举办2015年全民健身日活动大会，为确保本次活动安全有序，隆重热烈，特制订如下方案：

一、指导思想

认真贯彻落实党的十八大、十八届三中全会和习近平总书记系列讲话精神，创新形式，整合资源，广泛宣传，动员和吸引广大人民群众积极参加体育活动，不断增强全民健身意识，提高全民身体素质，为奋力实现“中国梦”的中原崛起作出积极的贡献。

2015年8月8日8:00至18：00

七、活动项目及规则

(一)定点篮球投篮赛

1、比赛规则：

(1)在标准罚球线投篮，篮球出手前踏及或超过罚球线者，投中无效。

(2)闯关，共设6关：

第一关：每人有5次投篮机会。投中1球的闯关成功闯第二关;

第二关：每人有7次投篮机会。投中2球的闯关成功闯第三关;第三关：每人有9次投篮机会。投中3球的闯关成功闯第四关;第四关：每人有11次投篮机会。投中4球的闯关成功闯第五关;第五关：每人有13次投篮机会。投中5球的闯关成功闯第六关;第六关：每人有15次投篮机会。投中6球的闯关成功进决赛;

(3)决赛。闯过6关者方可参加决赛。每人有10次投篮机会，按投中次数排出名次，数量相同时，加投2球，直至排出名次。

2、奖励：

取前八名，给予物质奖励。闯过第六关的选手均有纪念奖。

(二)乒乓球趣味赛

1、比赛规则：

(1)发球入盆闯关，每人发10球，5球入盆者闯关成功，未闯关成功者可继续排队闯关。

(2)挂钩闯关。发球入盆闯关成功者方可进入本关闯关阶段。赢1球即挂钩闯关成功，闯关成功后可直接进入7分赛，也可和守关者打三球(谁先得3分谁为胜)争夺守关权，连守5关者可获得一定的物质奖励。

(3)7分赛。挂钩闯关成功的选手和守关者现场抽签淘汰，7分制，1局定胜负，胜者再抽签淘汰，直至排出前八名。

2、奖励

取前八名，给予物质奖励。进入7分赛的选手均有纪念奖。

(三)健身舞(操)比赛

1、比赛规则：

(1)不限舞种。

(2)评分细则

为保证比赛的公平、公正性，评委将现场打分，比赛结果现场公布，评分采取10分制计分，各参赛队伍的最后得分为去掉最高分和最低分后的综合平均分。10分制的具体评分要素为：

A、技术分(2分)：评价动作的正确、到位、力度。要求动作优美、整齐、衔接自然，符合音乐节拍。

B、形象分(2分)：评价表演的服装造型和表演者的精神风貌;要求服装造型符合舞蹈表演形式，表演者精神饱满、台风端正，现场反映良好。

C、编排分(2分)：评价舞蹈整体编排效果。要求具有合理性、连贯性、创新性、完整性。

D、欣赏分(3分)：评价动作的韵律感和节奏感。要求体现动感美，表演者对舞曲音乐的理解准确，动作吻合音乐旋律，富有节奏感。

E、纪律分(1分)：评价场内外组织秩序、队伍列队和进场、退场的队伍秩序。

(3)参赛动作艺术性要求：

A、充满活力，积极向上，有创造性，具有流畅的过渡动作，丰富的队形变化。

B、必须显示身体全面的协调能力，成套动作中的舞蹈、技巧、造型和队形变化应始终保持完整性。

C、广场舞蹈的动作设计要遵循健康和安全的原则，并体现项目特点。不提倡做高难度、危险性动作(如出现选手不遵循健康、安全原则，出现意外伤害情况，组委会不承担责任)。

D、表现力丰富，富有激情、感染力强，有良好的团队配合与交流，并能充分体现团队精神。

2、录取名次与奖励

本次比赛按积分排名，如积分相等由评委确认相等积分的名次。本次比赛设一等奖1名;二等奖2名;三等奖3名;比赛结束后进行颁奖仪式。

(四)跳绳比赛

1、比赛规则：

(1)按年龄分两组，即：35岁及以上年龄组;35岁及以下年龄组。

(2)比赛时间为一分钟;一分钟时间内，单人跳绳次数;跳绳过程中可以停顿，以一分钟结束时的总次数为个人最后成绩;每人只能参加1次比赛。

2、奖励

每个年龄组各取前八名，给予物质奖励。

(五)踢毽比赛

1、比赛规则：

(1)比赛时间为3分钟。比赛开始，裁判员鸣哨后，开始计数，再次鸣哨后，比赛停止，计数完毕，结束瞬间的那一次计为有效。

(2)在规定时间内，以次数多少记成绩，中途停顿可继续进行。 一只脚踢毽子，毽子触及地面为失败，失败后可在规定时间内接着再踢，次数累加。

2、 奖励办法：

取前八名：按照名次给与不同的物质奖励

十、活动要求

(一)加强领导，明确分工。要充分认识举办本次活动的重要意义，切实加强领导，落实责任分工。要认真做好活动的筹备工作，积极组织人员参加。

(二)认真策划，周密组织。创新活动形式和活动内容，本着从实际出发，因地制宜、讲究实效、安全第一的原则，确保全民健身日活动既安全又隆重，充分展示当地全民健身成果及传统特色体育魅力。

Today, I participated in the Arbor Day activity organized by my class. It was fun.

On the one hand, promoting enthusiasm for sports among teenagers helps them

keep a healthy lifestyle. In the school, students are forced to take exercise in

the PE class, they need to join certain activities. In this way, students live

in a healthy lifestyle, they won’t get sick easily. But after they leaving

school, no one forces them to do so, so they are lazy to take exercise, their

bodies gets weaker.

On the other hand, the enthusiasm for sports can help students enhance

defeat others, if they just keep an eye on themselves, they game can’t be

Today is a happy day. Why is it a happy day today? This afternoon, our whole school will go to the cinema to see the movie. Our class is delighted after hearing the news, and, of course, Im very happy. I really want to arrive in the afternoon. Unfortunately, it cant be.

最后一场是拔河比赛，也是最有趣的一场。黄老师挑了几个力气比较大的同学去参加。可是没有选到我，他们排好队后，体育老师吹了一声口哨，所有同学把全身力气都用在手上，黄老师在旁边喊：“152班必胜”。可是，偏偏我们又输了，在结束后，参加了拔河比赛的同学脸和手上都是红彤彤的，头发都湿透，就像是被淋了一场大雨，回到教室后还不停地喝着水。

虽然这次运动会我们班的成绩不是很理想，但是，我还是很喜欢体育运动，更喜欢和大家一起参加体育活动。

一.上学路上的安全

(一)行走安全

1.读材料：

日前我国道路交通安全形势十分严峻：事故持续上升，伤亡惨重，损失巨大，事故总量已由1986年的29万起上升到2002年77万起，年均增长6.3%。死亡人数由1986年5万人升到2002年的10.9%万人，年均增长5%。

2.学习行走的安全常识

每位同学必须牢记如下行走安全常识:

人行横道信号灯绿灯亮时,准许行人通过人行横道;绿灯闪烁时,不准行人进入人行横道,但已进入人行横道的可以继续通行;红灯亮时,不准行人进入人行横道。 行人必须遵守的规定 行人须在人行道内行走,没有人行道靠右边行走;穿越马路须走人行横道;通过有交通信号控制的人行横道,须遵守信号的规定;通过没有交通信号控制的人行道,要左顾右盼,注意车辆来往,不准追逐,奔跑;没有人行横道的,须直行通过,不准在车辆临近时突然横穿;不准爬马路边和路中的护栏,隔离栏,不准在道路上推扒车,追车,强行拦车或抛物击车。

(二).乘车安全

学习乘车安全知识：

(1)上车前先看清公共汽车是哪一路,因为公共汽车停靠站,往往是几路公共汽车同一个站台,慌忙上车,容易乘错车。.

(2)待车子停稳后再上车或下车,上车时将书包置于胸前,以免书包被挤掉,或被车门轧住。

(3)上车后不要挤在车门边,往里边走,见空处站稳,并抓住扶手,头,手,身体不能伸向窗外,否则容易发生伤害事故。

(4)乘车要尊老爱幼讲礼貌,见老弱病残及孕妇要主动让座。

(5)乘车时不要看书,否则会损害眼睛。

二、校园安全

(一)学习课间安全知识

课间上下楼梯时靠右行，在楼道内不得拥挤，嬉戏、打闹。禁止滑楼梯栏杆，在教室内不能乱跑乱跳防止桌凳撞伤。课间不得做危险的游戏，如用棒相互殴打，带刀到校相互比拼等。

(二)学习上下楼梯要安全知识

提问学生上下楼梯要注意什么?生答后师总结：

1、不要因为赶时间而奔跑。

2、在人多的地方一定要扶好栏杆。

3、整队下楼时要与同学保持一定距离。

4、上下楼时不要将手放在兜里。

5、不要在楼道内弯腰拾东西、系鞋带。

6、上下楼靠右行。

(三)师强调如何加强教室安全

要求学生离开本班教室一定要关好门窗，要将钱和贵重物品带在身上;不要把球带到教学楼，在教室楼的走廓上踢，这种行为既违反了校规，又存在着很大的安全隐患，试想一想，若把玻璃窗踢碎，玻璃片飞入哪一位同学的眼中，哪后果是不堪设想的。

(四)师解释为什么不能提前到校?

校门没开，一些学生在校门发生矛盾，无人调解会造成不必要的伤害。

在校门外拥挤，会造成意外伤害。

Here is an introduction of my schools part time activity.It is my honor to show you .and today I would like to tell you something about the part time activities in my school. The story of Thanksgiving is basically the story of the Pilgrims and their thankful community feast at Plymouth, Massachusetts.

The Pilgrims, who set sail from Plymouth, England on a ship called the Mayflower on September 6, 1620, were fortune hunters, bound for the resourceful New World. The Mayflower was a small ship crowded with men, women and children, besides the sailors on board. Aboard were passengers comprising the separatists, who called themselves the "Saints", and others, whom the separatists called the "Strangers".

After land was sighted in November following 66 days of a lethal voyage, a meeting was held and an agreement of truce was worked out. It was called the Mayflower Compact. The agreement guaranteed equality among the members of the two groups. They merged together to be recognized as the "Pilgrims." They elected John Carver as their first governor.
