100米径赛，我们班的陈鑫钰出场了。只见她站在跑道上，伸伸腰，扭扭腿，尽量放松自己。号令一下，她就像箭一样飞快地向前跑，结果她取得了100米径赛的第一名。

这次我虽然不是运动员，但我很羡慕能当上运动员。明年我一定会好好锻炼身体，当上运动员，为班级争光!

在一个阳光明媚、微风阵阵的日子里，我们背着书包，挂着笑脸，迈着轻快的步伐，来到了杭州市西湖区绿城育华学校，举行了第38届运动会。

灯罩可真脏啊!我拿着抹布对着灯罩刮来刮去，将原来一摸一手泥的灯罩，擦得崭新透亮。我自认餐厅的灯擦得最好了。原来，这盏土耳其语上面全是污泥，每次开灯，都觉得很暗。但是，在我用了‘威猛先生’擦过之后，原来脏兮兮的灯罩立马变了一个样，开开灯马上就觉得亮了几分。

在擦灯的过程中，我还见缝插针地顺便清洁了一下洗手池，白白的，干净地能映出我的笑脸了。

最后我还帮妈妈擦了踢脚线，因为妈妈这几天腰疼，不能弯腰了。妈妈告诉我擦踢脚的立面和上面的楞儿。在擦阳台踢脚线时，我擦下来一堆渣子，有墙皮，有石粒，还有灰尘毛毛，平时不起眼儿的小地方，想不到会这么的脏。干活儿也不容易。

虽然今天很累，但是面对亮亮的灯照得明亮的家，洁净的洗手池和干净的踢脚线，我很高兴，很有成就感!爸爸妈妈也夸我真是很能干!

今天，让我们期盼已久的运动会终于开幕了!

我们迫不及待的来到学校，我是花束队的队员，我一来到山师大附中操场，就和其他花束队队员一起拿着花束跑花束的方队里去了，花束队是由三年级每个班挑选5名、由60名女同学组成的，代表三年级参加学校的入场仪式。

入场仪式结束回到座位上，妈妈们给我们每人都发了一把彩带和一个啪啪掌，还有两个同学拿着两面旗帜，上面写着“3.1必胜”的标语，还有一条长长的横幅，上面写着“3.1加油!我运动我快乐”的标语，我们都兴高采烈的等待着比赛的到来。

这时，秦老师把我们参加比赛的选手都叫到旁边，让我们做做赛前活动，我们活动手腕和脚腕，再小跑一会。60米跑步就开始了。当运动员一跑过来，我们就把拍拍掌打起来、把彩带摇起来，并且高呼：加油!!!加油!!!接下来就是100米了，我就是参加100米女子跑步的。我是在第6组，还没轮到我时，我就非常紧张，我一紧张就爱抓衣服，所以我的衣服都快被我抓破了。枪声响了，我拼命地向前跑，终于进了决赛。在决赛中，我获得了女子100米第八名。

通过这次比赛，我明白了人外有人、天外有天的道理，我准备好好练习跑步，争取在明年的运动会上取得更加优异的成绩，为我们的班级争光!
