也许，在我说出这番"豪言壮语"后，有些人会暗自发笑：一个新生怎么这么自负!可是我想说，这不是自负，这是自信!一个人如果连自己都不相信，那么他就没有资格做任何事，即使做了，也很难成功!我之所以能够站在这里，大部分是由于我的自信!当然，能力也很重要，因为一个人的信心和能力永远是成正比的。

在管理班级的过程中，难免会遇到各种各样的困难，面对这些困难时，我也曾哭过，也产生过放弃的念头，但我一次又一次的说服自己不要放弃，因为放弃，就意味着以前的努力都白费了，我不甘心。所以，到了今天，我已能坦然面对各种困难，尽自己最大的力量去解决它们。
