Today ,my mother and I cleaned the house. I cleaned the windows hard because it is so dirty. Then I cleaded it again. After that, I cleaned the floor and swept it. I thought it is dirtier than windows. Then I cleaned the tables and lots of chairs. We washed all of the clothes and quilts. Until four o`clock, we tidied all of the rooms up. Today is my shopping day. I wanted to buy some delicious food.there were many kinds of food. I wanted to eat more and more fruits. I wanted to eat apples in order to lose weight. I liked eating bananas, straw berries, pears and watermelons, I wanted to buy some books, I thought they can help me study not long after my holidays, I wanted to buy a pair of golves for myself because my golves were lost. I got up early this morning and had breakfast quickly. Then my mother and I took the bus to my grandmother`s home. My grandmother was glad to see me again. She gave me candies and a cup of milk. She was really kind to me. At noon, we had lunch, There were lofts of people. After that, I talked with my grandmother. She laughed again and again. I went to my new house to my room. It is very big and beatiful. I will use a blue wardrobe and a blue bookcase. And there were many pet dogs and pet bears. They were cute, really eute. I loved them very much.

So I called to my classmates to ask, then I listened to the music, I enjoyed it. In the afternoon, I drew some bananas, I believed I can draw it well. In the evening ,I played computer games. After that , I read a famous book on the bed. It was a happy day today.

My father is a manager. He likes singing and playing cards. He liakes drinking tea in his office. He likes watching TV and smoking. He likes making friends very much. My grandma came to visit us today

Today, my grandma came to visit us, because she missed me so much. She

This summer vacation, I took part in the English summer camp. I found many

interesting things here.

First, the children in the camp are very young and lovely. They taught me a

lot. We always paly together and study together. Everydaywe are very happy. It’s

a vew life to me. Because it is a good chance to know many good friends. It

brings me a colourful life.

Second, the teachers in the English summer camp are very kind, and some are

beautiful. For example, our headteacher Miss Zhu, and many foreign teachers.

They teach us English and help us improve English. I think attending their

In the class, we can play games, and learn more English words. They always

come up with many good ideas which let us feel happy. I get a new feeling and my

April 10th Sunday

It‘s spring now. It‘s not cold or hot. It‘s quite warm. Everything begins to grow. I go to the Zhongshan Park with my friend Liu Xin this moring.

When we enter the park， we see a lot of beautiful flowers. Some bees and butterflies are flying around the flowers. In the pool， the fishes are swimming freely. The willow trees are bud. Today,I suddenly wanted to eat cake,so I decided to make one. Firstly,I

prepared ingredent: eggs,flour,butter,orange juice,baking soda, sugar and milk.

Then started work. First step, beat the eggs.Second step,mixed the flour, butter

and sugar.Third step, put fruit,milk, orange juice and baking soda into them and

mixed.Fourth step, kneaded into a small dough.Fifth step,put the dough in the

oven and baked for one hour. Finally the cake was done!I ate the cake that I

3.3星期五小雨

今天下午，黄校长聚集了我们和南通师范的实习生开了一个小型会议。虽说主题只是围绕如何制作好一份儿简报，但我真的很受益匪浅，至少说我以前在这方面的知识是空白的。

黄校长围绕我们的见实习，提出了他自己的建议。如樟园印迹、校园观察行等版块，并一一为我们阐述了他的设计理念。这让我意识到，简报的设计原来是如此的有学问。

另外，黄校长还用七句话给我们总结了出简报的准则。我在此特作摘抄，留作学习。刊头设计形成系列，统筹组稿适时装满，拟定标题变换字体，控制字数及时增减，统一版式疏密有致，图文并茂以文为主，书面校对复制有方等。

总之，出好一份简报是一门学问，而且还是门大学问。

更重要的是，从出简报这种说小不小、说大不大的事情看出。要做好教育这项事业，要修的学问有很多很多，而且还要修好他们。就说简报，需要你的设计观、你的统筹观、你的组织观，你的文学造诣等等。更直接一点儿，你对现代信息技术基本能力的掌握，都起着举足轻重的作用。

我明白了，当好一名教师，不需要你是一名专才，而需要你成为一名全才。以后，要努力的方向多了。

这是以前看完《考拉小巫的英语学习日记》的一篇读后感，真心觉得书中的每一句话都是那么平实而有感染力，她为了实现自己的梦想，大学和研究生都是翻越了一座一座的高山，而我的学生年代已经一去不复返，但是这本书给我的执行力加分，让我越来越能明白未来的路是要靠规划，并一步步的走出来的。

现在想想，我已经工作了将近十年，而这十年中，因为专业不精，所以我进步不大，但是我似乎总想呈现给别人“我在努力”的样子，但是最后没有一件事情坚持下来，因为我总喜欢找别人给我指导，可是不同的人有不同的想法。

我是笨鸟型，喜欢从最简单的事情由浅入深，比如我的专业，师傅说“每个人心里都应该有一台发动机”，这样，以后再碰到任何别的型号，都可以用对比的方法做到了然于胸，我就想着从画发动机模型开始，这时候有人又说了，不用这么麻烦，多去工厂看拆装就可以了，所以我放弃了当初的想法，去工厂看了一次次的拆装，可是看的过程用虽然很认真，并且有记录、有拍照、有注解，但是回来以后没有总结和复习，照片也丢了，这件事就这么搁浅了，我还会暗示自己，“瞧，我努力了，只是老天爷都不帮我”，然后，就木有然后了…

在接触时间管理理论后，我就觉得应该把每件事都尽力做到最好，虽然我几乎没有做到过，比如，每次出差回来的工作报告，最终都流于表面;比如每次开完会的会议记录，一共也没写几篇;比如每年要写一篇论文都没有实现…其实说白了，还是我的态度不够坚决，执行力不够，就像笑来老师说的：如果你在原则上不够执拗，不够决绝，你的大脑就会走捷径，因为走捷径是大脑会的、擅长的唯一的东西，你争不过它。这么多年你就是因为不够执拗、不够决绝而被它一路牵着走到这里的。是啊如果当初我坚持了自己的想法，我的模型应该都画好几个型号了，每个之间的差异肯定也了解的很清楚了，可惜，我啥也没做。

看完这本书，我就在想，别人为了梦想，可以付出到这种地步，为什么我不行呢?说一千道一万，我是因为不喜欢现在从事的这个专业，可是又有几个人是真心喜欢自己的工作呢?我又知道自己的梦想是什么吗?难道真的只是吃喝玩乐?说出来连自己都没底气吧!再过去的几年，我也出去玩了好多次，我总是享受旅行前的乐趣，享受一切尽在掌握的踏实，可在玩的过程用，我似乎也没有真正的放松，就像放假了还带一堆书回来想读，不能浪费时间云云，可到假期结束还是一本都没有看…

所以我想，在我心里，也许早就把这份工作当成了我的梦想，我梦想着有一天像师傅那样运筹帷幄，梦想着像大师兄一样有自己的见解，梦想着像二师兄一样进步成长的那么快…虽然我现在没有喜欢上我的工作，但我可以把她变成我的爱好，至于吃喝玩乐，这并不妨碍我把工作做好啊!我可以在向师傅学习的路上，将旅行当奖励，可以在每一次有进步时，奖励自己一顿大餐，我要充分享受以后的工作和生活!

看到这篇文章一堆的感叹号，说名当时鸡血被打的挺足的，还好现在走的方向与当初依然一致，只是“吃喝玩乐”已经不是我的追求了，我现在只盼着能多些时间、快些成长。

The winter morning is very cold. I dont want to get up at all. The bed is so

warm and comfortable, but the outside is too cold. Every morning, my mother

pulls me up from my bed. It takes much longer to get up. But I like the

breakfast in winter morning, because mother often cooks hot food for me. It
