It was already late when we set out for the next town, fifteen miles away on the other side of the hills. It got dark soon; we drove fast along the narrow winding road that led to the hills. Our meal finished very soon. I went to sleep at once. But my companion Bill who was a poor sleeper went for a walk up the hills. From the top of the hill he saw the lights of the town we were looking for. We unloaded all our luggage and pushed the car to the top of the hill at once. Then we went back to the luggage, loaded the car again and set off down the hill. We reached the town less than a quarter, and found a hotel quite easily.

How an exhausting day!

多么疲惫的一天啊!

我去过很多地方游玩，每个地方的风景都很不错，但今天我在网上看到了湖南凤凰城的一些图片，我的心里感到热别惊讶，啊!世界上居然还有这么美的地方。

据说凤凰城是国家历史文化名城，被称为“中国最美的小城。”吸引了八方的游客到这里来游玩。

凤凰城无论是白天还是黑夜，它都是那么漂亮迷人。白天有许多游客在那里玩，有的在划船、有的在茶馆里喝茶、聊天、还有的游客们在踩水，大家玩得很开心。到了晚上，五颜六色的灯光亮了起来照在水面上美丽极了。

看到了这些图片，爸爸妈妈都很心动说：“在假期的时候带你去玩一玩。”我听了以后高兴地跳了起来。

Today I`m not doing homework. I`m making dumplings. After that, we`re

playing computer. Today is a happy day.

On Sunday morning, my parents took me to the zoo. We dint go there for a

Most of them were parents and children. We first went to see the animal. I like

After that, we went to experienced the entertainment facilities. My mum was too

scared to be with us. So, only my dad and I played. It was so exciting, but I

Today ,my mother and I cleaned the house. I cleaned the windows hard because

it is so dirty. Then I cleaded it again. After that, I cleaned the floor and

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

In our country, there are plenty of delicious foods. They are popular among

Chinese people. I like eating very much. There are many food I like, such as

chicken, fish, beef, tofu, noodle and so on. Among them, fish and tofu are the

food I like most. Fish is delicious as well asrich in nutrition. Its good to

our health. There are various cooking methods and I think the simplest way is

the best one. Tofu is my favorite as well. It can be cooked with many other

dishes. Different tastes combine with each other to make the food more

delicious.

周考已经结束了所有的科目，可是，我发现了以前的知识有许多我都忘了，所以，有时上课我都感觉有些吃力，还有，数学，数学老师讲课速度太快，有时候，这道题还没懂下一道题就给讲完了，最重要的是，数学课速度太快，参考书总没时间看完，只能一到晚自习就拼命看数学，例如：今天老师出的三道题就有一道，我们班还没有多少人能写出。

还有英语课，每当上英语课，我希望老师上课时少讲一些语法，毕竟我们语法没有什么好的底子，初中没有接触过多少语法，现在讲那么多，我们根本就接受不了很多，语法本就是只可意会，不可言传的一门知识。

不过，值的欣慰的是，我在一点点进步。
