在这个假期里，我仍旧保持了和上学时候一样的早睡早起的好习惯，并且每天按时、定量的完成老师布置的作业，在不写作业的时候，我去市图书馆借阅了老师给我们推荐的一些优秀的书籍，我看了有四本，并且收获了很多。除此之外，我跟着妈妈学会了包饺子和煮面条，我自己还亲手下厨做了一顿饭，我吃着自己做的饭菜，心里很是骄傲与自豪。总而言之，我的假期生活十分的充实，这是个多姿多彩的寒假。

接下来就要开学了，我好好好调整自己，赶紧投入新的阶段的学习中去。

learning is a daily experience and a lifetime mission. this is a proverb full of logic. in other words, learning is significant in our whole life. indeed, we can learn many things from it. if you understand it and apply it to your study or work, you’ll necessarily benefit a lot from it.

there are many reasons which can explain this phenomenon and the following are the typical ones. the first reason is that learning can light our road in the coming future. there is no denying the fact that the society is developing increasingly fast and we are often easily surpassed by the people around. the only way to avoid this is to learn to improve ourselves. as an illustration, i’d like to take myself as an example. after graduation from college, my life has been full of working pressure, which contributes to my decision of pursuing further education. that’s why i can make my own way in such a competitive society.

the effect of learning can be boiled down to two major ones. first, with the spirit of learning, we are more capable of overcoming the difficulties in the future. more importantly, we can enrich our spare time life by learning. no matter who you are, you must remember that learning is the basic skill in our life.

本学期，我将结合学校工作计划和学校教学工作计划的要求，规范常规教学，提高教学质量，努力形成自己的教学特色。

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

尤其对学困生进行专门辅导，布置一些作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体会学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

7、作业布置要做到数量适中，批阅及时，对出现的问题要跟踪矫正，认真讲评，尽量面批面改。提高练习质量，要精选资料。

六、教研课题

《浅谈英语阅读能力的培养》

措施：用新的教学理念指导英语阅读教学，进一步改变教法和学法，培养学生对英语阅读的兴趣，提高学生的英语阅读能力，提高英语教学效果。

1、尝试通过各种形式的学习，例如复述课文、把课文改编成情景剧、阅读竞赛等活动，提高学生学习英语的兴趣，从而达到自主积累、综合运用英语的目的，并指导学生运用科学的方法记忆单词、阅读课文，取得事半功倍的效果。

2、通过信息技术与学科整合的手段，以课内为基础，增加课外阅读的量，指导学生借助信息手段和工具书理解文章基本内容的方法，提高学生的英语自学能力。

3、以复述课文、回答问题、判断正误、通过上下文线索猜词义为载体，培养学生的综合阅读技能，提高学生的英语阅读理解能力。

放寒假前的最后一天，老师发下来许多我们用过的作业本，布置了一个特殊的寒假作业，要求我们用旧本子上没有用过的纸自己装订新本子，并且声明开学要进行评选。为了鼓励我们完成这项作业，老师给我们讲了她们小时候节约的故事，讲我们国家正在创建节约型社会，讲节约的好处，我听后深有感触。

自己装订本子对我来说可是一个挑战，我先把没有用过的纸撕下来，弄整齐。接下来该用订书机装订了，这可是个力气活，好几次钉子都没有完全钉进本子里去，我费了九牛二虎之力终于钉好一本。本子的芯做好了，下面给它做个封面吧。我找到了一张被我丢弃的绿色卡纸，用卡纸做封面比较牢不容易破损，我为我的想法而得意。按照本子的大小剪裁好后再用胶水粘上，我左看右看上看下看，还真不错。封面做好后，我发挥我画画的特长给它美化一下，画上我最喜爱的“淘气包”马小跳，写上学校，班级，姓名，大功告成了，看着自己制作的本子，心里别提有多高兴了，这可是商店里买不到的独一无二的本子，没准开学还能得到一等奖呢。我找出以前的旧本子一口气做了四本，厉害吧?

老师说节约是一种美德，是啊!节约不仅仅给我们带来了快乐，还保护了环境，让我们为了美好的家园节约吧!

《狂人日记》是中国现代文学史上第一篇真正的现代白话小说。

鲁迅他运用了日记和精神病人内心的独白方式把他想所表达的资料发挥地淋漓尽致。那时候的人们生活在水生火热之中，而鲁迅为了我们中华民族的存亡，在这生死悠关的时刻，他抛弃了学医的梦想，抛弃了封建社会的思想主义，踏上了革命的道路，朝着文学殿堂为他展开的大门前进，用手中的笔跟敌人做战斗，用手中的笔挽救中华民族的灵魂，让人们明白祖国的荣辱兴衰。鲁迅他是一个作家，也同时是一个伟大的革命家。他用他手中的笔描绘着属于他自我的蓝天，他就在这片蓝天中尽情地展翅高飞，写作则是最适合他的“翅膀”。

鲁迅先生抨击了当时吃人的社会现实。他巧妙借助"我"这一主角，描绘了人性的丑恶与世界的残缺。说实话，这篇文章的色彩过于晦暗，但这晦暗中分明灼射着亮光，透露着激荡与高昂！"吃人！"真的是吃人吗？这显然不是先生的直接目的，先生眼中的吃人只可是是在社会现实的无情压迫和吞噬下，人性一点点地泯灭。或许在茫茫夜幕下，先生一人独立于窗前，望着窗外被流水般月光笼罩的夜独自叹息。"吃人的人的兄弟"，天下谁不为兄弟？所以先生揭露的显然不只一人，而是整个民族。"食人"的民族，何时能清醒？先生以灰冷的一面，向尘世发泄着愤懑。然而，黑暗是如此的深广，吞噬了一切，仅有先生那炽热和焦灼的心在跳动着，熠熠发光！

读《狂人日记》，我深切体会到先生内心的痛苦。一方面他无力杯葛政府带来的压力，另一方面又为中华民族的衰亡而哀叹！所以全文结尾时，他发出了"救救孩子……"的呼唤。先生宁可燃烧自我，把光亮留给孩子们，因为那不仅仅是孩子，不仅仅是生命，更是期望！

Such a movie called “Growing Pains” seems full of knowledge and experience.

So it does because all of us have growing pains and also growing gains in our

lives.

Growing up is not a very enjoyable time. It means I have to work hard in

studying and in family. There’s always so much homework given by teachers and so

many arguments between the parents and me. The time is fair, but it seems it

gives pains three quarters and only one quarter to gains.

But gains give me power and confidence. Successes and friendship make me

happy and enjoyable. We played with snow in the winter that seldom snows, we

flew kites in the night that usually belongs to homework, we ate several ice

creams that almost made us cold. We picked up leaven that no longer high up!

Although pains are always more than gains, I believe both of them make my

life more colorful.

过年啦，过年啦，在吃货们眼里这可是难得的好机会。而我就是一个当之不愧的吃货。

“哇，这个我要，这个我也要。”和妈妈一起去选年货，作为吃货的我当然不会把吃的买少，看着这些琳琅满目的好吃的，我忍不住什么都要，虽说我是吃货，但是我却没有暴饮暴食。每当家人提给我买吃的我就会蹦蹦跳跳的。妈妈不禁抱怨：“我怎么养了你这个小贪吃鬼呢?”我就会笑嘻嘻的对妈妈说：“没办法，我就是这么个小贪吃鬼。”于是妈妈没办法，就把我要的吃的都买下了。别看我是个吃货，可是我一点都不胖，这可是值得庆幸的事情呢!

过小年了，妈妈要包饺子，这可是我喜欢吃的，平时我们一家人都很懒，所以更是懒得包饺子，这下终于有饺子吃了。“姗姗，快点过来帮我包饺子。”遭了，又听到这句我最讨厌的话了，没办法，不愿意也得去帮妈妈包饺子。不要看我不愿意包饺子，但是包起饺子来还是很漂亮的，只不过就是馅大了点而已!

其实我还是更喜欢吃猪脚一点，所以嘛，我这个当之不愧的吃货是一定要吃到嘴里的，实在不行就用我的必杀技，撒娇，飞眼，一起上，妈妈没办法，每次我用必杀技的时候都会如愿以偿，所以嘛，吃货还是得有必杀技，否则是一定不会有好吃的呢!

饺子和猪脚好像有点不搭，嘿嘿，反正我这个吃货今天是吃定了，管它搭不搭呢，能吃到好吃的就好。妈妈经常说我这个样子，就像是好久没吃到好吃的了似的，其实不然，只是天性爱吃而已，再加上我是怎么吃都不会胖，所以我吃东西就更大胆了，没必要在意身材走样，这才是我最骄傲的事。

我这个吃货的春节就一直沉浸在吃上面，有吃的就快乐，嘿嘿，吃货们的春节一定都很快乐!

今天下午，写完作业后，妈妈说：“我们约陈泽浩一起去工大滑冰吧”。我高兴地跳了起来。

当我和陈泽浩到了工大，准备去租冰鞋的时候，发现今天冰场的人并不是很多，对于我这个还不太会滑冰的人来说，人少一些可以让我更快地学会滑冰，我心里很高兴。我和陈泽浩换好了鞋，开始滑冰，这时我才发现我有些不会滑冰了。虽然我以前滑过几次，也都是一年前的事了，现在一滑，跟刚开始学差不多。

我先看其他人怎么滑，然后就自己滑了。我先像其他人一样弯下腰，一步一步向前移动，虽然我滑的很僵硬，但也逐渐找到了滑冰的感觉。可是有时候我滑的太快，在冰上停不住或是停的太急，就会直接坐在冰上。这时妈妈说：“不能那样滑，要身体前倾，摔倒的时候朝前，尽量减少对身体的伤害。”我这才知道，原来摔跤也有讲究。

正当我们玩的高兴的时候，妈妈说：“已经玩了一个半小时了，该回家了”。我只好换下冰鞋，当我换鞋的时候，忽然发现自己的右脚很疼，回家一看，原来脚内侧麽破了皮。

今天虽然我的脚麽破了皮，但是我学会了滑冰，我真高兴。从这次滑冰我也明白了一个道理：琴不离手，曲不离口。以前会的东西，由于长时间不练习，也会变得很生疏，所以不管学习什么，都要多加练习。
