Summer holiday is coming. How excited! I havemade a plan for my summer holiday. First of all, I will go to Hong Kong tovisit my aunt. And then I will stay with her for a while. seemed to be so dark and hard. My parents felt disappointed to me, and they

always told me to study during my free time. I couldnt watch TV for more than

She knew I was not happy. She encouaged me that nothing is impossible. If I

灯罩可真脏啊!我拿着抹布对着灯罩刮来刮去，将原来一摸一手泥的灯罩，擦得崭新透亮。我自认餐厅的灯擦得最好了。原来，这盏土耳其语上面全是污泥，每次开灯，都觉得很暗。但是，在我用了‘威猛先生’擦过之后，原来脏兮兮的灯罩立马变了一个样，开开灯马上就觉得亮了几分。

在擦灯的过程中，我还见缝插针地顺便清洁了一下洗手池，白白的，干净地能映出我的笑脸了。

最后我还帮妈妈擦了踢脚线，因为妈妈这几天腰疼，不能弯腰了。妈妈告诉我擦踢脚的立面和上面的楞儿。在擦阳台踢脚线时，我擦下来一堆渣子，有墙皮，有石粒，还有灰尘毛毛，平时不起眼儿的小地方，想不到会这么的脏。干活儿也不容易。

虽然今天很累，但是面对亮亮的灯照得明亮的家，洁净的洗手池和干净的踢脚线，我很高兴，很有成就感!爸爸妈妈也夸我真是很能干!

寒假到了，你们的生活怎样安排呢?我一放假就要回老家，很惨吧!可是，我就觉得很好玩呢!

星期五，爸爸接我回老家，当时我死活不愿意，因为，我老家是一个偏僻的小山村，话说“山清水秀，蚊子又大”，我怕死老家的蚊子了。可后来，我还是回了老家。

“呼呼~”汽车在马路上开，风从我耳边闪过，路周边到处是花花草草，一阵清香在飘荡……在看周边的风景不过一会儿就到家了。

到了家，我惊呆了：以前的瓦屋变成了小洋楼;以前的泥巴路变成了水泥路;以前的脏脏兮兮的小溪，变成了清澈见底的小溪了，许多小鱼跳出水面，一层一层涟漪在水面上回旋;以前的垃圾河不见了……老家的翻天覆地的变化让我不由得赞叹。我跟爸爸进房间，放好东西我就去玩了。我看见妈妈在菜地上，我就跑过去。我与小侄子又跑又跳的，快活极了!一天，就这样过去了。

第二天，我早早的起了床，看见爸爸放鸡出来，我对这些鸡又追又赶，开心极了!到了喂鸡的时候，妈妈把鸡食倒在鸡吃的那个碗里，所有鸡都跑过来，挤在一起来吃。鸡吃食的那可爱样，让我不禁笑来起来。

到了中午，无聊极了，开电视又没有什么好看。忽然，我看见了一只鸡在地上寻食，就想到了一个点子。我用手抓了一把米，一点一点撒在地上，鸡看见了，跑过来，一点一点吃干净，我就得好玩，又抓了一把来喂鸡。妈妈见了，狠狠地说了我一顿，说我不珍惜粮食。虽然被骂了一顿，可我还是很开心，不过，下次我再也不敢了。

The Laba Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday celebrated on the eighth day of the twelfth month of the lunar Chinese calendar. "La" is the name given to the 12th lunar month and 8 is pronounced as "ba" in Chinese, which translated is "Laba." There are several legends about the origin of this festivity and we could not tell which one is true. But what we know today is that this festival started as a sacrificial offering to ancestors. It was also a time for the ancient Chinese to pray to heaven and earth that there would be a bountiful harvest. Many people hoped for good luck as well for the coming year.

Traditionally, the Laba rice porridge is the most important element of the festival. Generally, the porridge contains eight ingredients which can include glutinous rice, red beans, millet, Chinese sorghum, peas, dried lotus seeds and some other ingredients, such as dried dates, chestnut meat, walnut meat, almond, peanut, etc. The porridge must be boiled for many hours and then offered as a sacrifice to the ancestors. 今年寒假，我到老家安徽去过年。我们老家有一种特殊的习俗，叫“放野火”。

“放野火”就是把田野里田埂上的荒草烧掉，等来年再长出新的草，“野火烧不尽，春风吹又生”说的就是这个道理。“放野火”既好玩，又能为去田野里干农活的人清除障碍。不过“放野火”要用到打火机，所以一定要谨慎。

大年初三的上午，我和三个最好的伙伴在爷爷的带领下去田野里“放野火”。但是，我们觉得用打火机点火太麻烦了，操纵不好还会烫到手。于是，我们便开动脑筋，想更好的办法。我想到：古代人用一根长长的木棒，木棒上包着塑料或草，做个火把，点燃后可以烧个几十分钟。于是，我就寻找材料做了起来。

我先把找到的木棒丢到正在燃烧的草堆旁烘干，然后把塑料包上去，再裹上一层草，最后用火点燃草，就大功告成了。我举着自制的“火把”开始“干活”，结果这个“火把”整整烧了二十多分钟才灭，我们一共烧了三条田埂，天空中冒着浓浓的黑烟，我们望着自己的“战绩”，兴高采烈地回家吃饭。

I watched television late last night so I woke up late. My mother asked me to go to the market to buy some eggs for her. 过年我兴，不用担心迟到，不用做作业，每天睡到自然醒，就算偶尔调皮，大人也都会一笑了之，不会责备。

爸爸把街上买来十二个红彤彤的灯笼，串成了两串，挂在门楼两旁，爸爸笑着说：“十二个红灯笼预示我们全家，在新的一年里，十二个月都红红火火，你也不用担心小鬼的侵扰。”我和爸爸一起贴春联和福字。妈妈忙着准备丰盛的年夜饭，有海鲜、蔬菜、牛肉，当然少不了意味着“年年有余”的鱼，吃年夜饭之前要先行祭祖。我还要到超市里买橙汁、啤酒，准备吃年夜饭用。

我仔细观察了一颗绿油油的麦苗，两片大的叶子中间还有一个嫩芽，爸爸告诉我：“这就是麦芽，长大会开花，结成我们要吃的麦子。”

墙角下蜷缩了一个冬季的蔷薇花，早就乘着春风爬上了墙头，用它那最娇嫩的新芽迎接着春天的祝福。现在我知道了生机勃勃，芝麻开花节节高的生活。

春节的喜庆欢乐令我难忘!

放寒假了，爸爸带我去泉山公园滑雪。到了滑雪场，我看到一片白茫茫的雪地，既兴奋又激动。已经有很多人开始滑了，他们都滑得很好，我好羡慕啊!

我迫不及待地穿上滑雪鞋和滑雪板。爸爸让我先在低处练习一下，我感觉滑雪没什么难的，跟溜冰差不多嘛。我满怀信心地上了山顶。哇!雪道又长又陡，在阳光的照射下，发出耀眼的亮光，令人头晕目眩。顿时，我的手脚开始轻微地颤抖了。果然不出所料，我刚迈出一步，就摔了个四脚朝天，挣扎了半天才站了起来。这时，爸爸告诉我滑雪的秘诀，我认真听着，全都牢牢记在心里。我深吸一口气，双膝稍微弯曲下蹲，重心下沉一点儿，双脚稳稳地踩住滑板，双腿找到平衡感，顺着山坡缓缓的滑下去。我小心翼翼地控制住身体的平衡，心里默念着爸爸教的要领，这次，我竟然成功啦!我一口气滑到山下，紧张的出了一身冷汗啊!

有了经验，我的胆子越来越大，动作越来越熟练。我灵活自如地在雪地里穿梭，好像长了翅膀，变成一只小鸟在天地间自由地翱翔，又像一只小鹿在大森林里快乐地奔跑，像一阵风吹过辽阔的草原!
