在炎炎夏日的七月，我参加了重庆时报第__届暑假成长动力特训营，短短的六天让我难忘。

六天里，我们进行过很多艰苦的训练，参加过很多有趣的游戏，最让我难忘的要算第一天的百里夜行军了。

暑假，是每个学生都盼望的。而过暑假期间，很多学生都会说：“还不如上学呢”是妈妈的唠叨升级了，是我们能得到自由，但因为某些原因却把自由谋杀了。

早晨，太我阳公公早已升空，温暖的阳光照着大地。听，是小鸟在唱歌;是人在锻炼;是我醒来的时刻。早早起床的我，穿好衣服就去外面锻炼身体。回家，妈妈把早餐摆在我面前，幸福笼罩着我全身。我们一家吃了一顿温馨的早餐。

上午，妈妈做家务，我在玩电脑，爸爸上班了，

中午，欢声笑语充满了整个屋子。一边吃饭一边闲聊。吃完了饭就到了我们一家的睡觉时间。瞧，爸爸在打着呼噜，应该睡得很熟;妈妈什么表情也没有，但我知道他睡觉本来就这样。晚上，又是一家在吃饭，又是欢声笑语…

暑假一天天的再重复，可我却一点也不腻。这就是我的暑假，一个温馨又快乐的暑假。我真高兴!

I had a joyful summer vacation. During the holidays, I traveled with my families.

我度过了一个愉快的暑假。假期期间，我和家人去旅游了。

We went to Beijing and stayed there for four days. We lived in the hotel. It is very beautiful. We visited to the Tiananmen Square, the Imperial Palace, the Summer Palace and the Old Summer Palace.

我们去了北京并在那里待了四天。我们住在酒店里。北京很美，我们参观了天安门广场，故宫，颐和园和圆明园。

We also went to the Great Wall. The weather was very hot, but we were exciting. I like Beijing very much. I hope I can go there again.

我们还去了长城。北京的天气很热，但是我们很兴奋。我很喜欢北京，我希望还能再去那里。

暑假里，爸爸妈妈带着我和两个妹妹去五老峰玩。

那时，离五老峰还有五里地，我们加快了速度，开始跑向五老峰了。终于到了五老峰的天空索道。

到那里，我们正等待五老峰接送车的到来。过了一会儿，终于来了，我们上了车，向五老峰的出发口开去，在这里，我们开始了大冒险。

上了不到200米地，就发现有各种各样、千奇百怪的生物，有毛毛虫，有蝴蝶，还有蛇，还有许多不知名的东西，看上去好可怕哦!刚上到一半，就有许多商店，大大小小的商品看得我眼花缭乱，我想：他们是怎么把这些东西送上去的呢?我感到迷惑不解，暑假最开心的事。马上就到天桥了，在通往天桥的路上，我发现有许多歪歪扭扭的巨石。那些石头长像奇特，有的像狗，有的像猪，有的像小猫。五老峰的台阶有斜有歪，尤其是那个上天桥的陡坡。

那天桥真可怕，在下面看着那么短，原来是这么长呀。刚下去，妹妹就冲了过去，我也跟了上去，走了许多次，就不怕了。走在天桥中间，觉得有种在半空的感觉，仿佛飘在空中。然后我们又坐上了滑道，真爽，真刺激，感觉实在太棒了!

我们走到了宾馆，再从宾馆到了棋盘峰，然后，又去了石人谷和雷公洞。我们坐上了索道，索道可真慢，它一坐就要十几分钟啊!最后，我依依不舍地离开了五老峰。
