我和哥哥看见一个浪花就走到那个地方，故意让浪打到自己的脚上，哈哈，真舒服!就像小孩的手轻抚我们的小脚丫。

我们还拿海上漂着的海藻包成“粽子”，趁别人不注意，悄悄的往别人身上扔过去。被攻击的人决不会生气，一定会马上转身，泼你一脸水。于是，水花和笑容在欢笑声中四溅开去。如果玩累了，就可以到沙滩上做着休息一会儿，顺便把被海水打湿的衣服裤子晒晒干。

沙滩上有各种各样的小石头，小石头绚丽多彩，白的像珍珠，红的像玛瑙，绿的像翡翠，在阳光的照射下闪闪发光，那些小贝壳更是形状不一，颜色各异，竟找不出两个一模一样的。这些漂亮的贝壳有许多孩子在捡，我也捡了一些，加入了他们的队伍。

时间很快过去了，但我还舍不得离开这无论是沙滩还是海面都景色宜人的地方。这儿人们的欢笑声和海浪的声音汇成一部交响乐，虽然我恋恋不舍，但是天下没有不散的宴席。

i first read this book when i was in my fifteens. and now i remember it just as well as if i had read it yesterday.

my first impression of this story was from screen.

its long long ago, maybe before i can read english books. i dont remember which movie edition i had seen. but i was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume. i was very favor of a section of music in its balls. its pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. regarding to the characters, i liked elizabeth, the heroine,though i didnt think shes beautiful. but shes smart. however, i didnt pay much attention to the plot. i thought its so long that it made me impatient and bored. by now, i havent read the whole story in english or its chinese version, either. i owe it to my prejudice.

啊!我引颈企盼，漫长的暑假终于来报到了，我的心中有掩不住的欢乐，我再三的提醒自己，切勿蹉跎这两个月漫漫的韶光，一定要让炽热的暑假不留白。

但我只想逃离暑假作业的桎梏，我振笔疾书，一刻也不敢马虎。阅读心得，跑去图书馆埋头苦写;作文，绞尽脑汁的想来想去，“挤”出一篇好文章。经过了两个星期的奋战，我终于把暑假作业搞定了。

再来就是玩乐的时光，父母带我到老家的海洋博物馆。早上四点，全家浩浩荡荡的出发搭火车，到达老家才早上十点，现在的交通真是方便。一进去海洋博物馆，许多人热情的招呼我们，我们依着接待人员的指示到达广场，等大家坐定后，开始表演所有的活动，每一项都是精心设计，每一幕都精彩绝伦，赢得许多热烈的掌声!看完后，到了美食街，我们找个位子坐下来，大啖美食，今天可说是玩得不亦乐乎!

玩回来，我的大梦也该醒了，我还是一如往常的到每一个补习班上课，希望我能样样精通，习得十八般武艺，成为文武双全的小学生，那就太好了!但我还是每天听到妈妈的唠叨声、叮咛声：“要全力以赴!要努力不懈!……”我都可以倒背如流、滚瓜烂熟了。

一趟老家回来，我的生活也和之前一样，像白开水平淡无奇，但白开水可是炎炎盛夏最解渴的。所以，我也不要再做我的白日梦了，好好计划我的暑假读书生活吧!“欲穷千里目，更上一层楼。”开学以后，我一定要叫大家对我刮目相看!

暑假在悄然之间已然到来，快乐的暑假生活也来到了

我在暑假里去了很多地方，其中最使我记忆深刻的是去山海关和长城的起点——老龙头。

我们全家来到了山海关景区。刚一进景区，就看见了一座大城门，城门上有两个大字——迎旭进去之后，看见了一个牌楼，名叫“进士坊”。再往前走，就又能看见一个牌楼，写着“维藩首善”四个字。就在这牌楼的后面就是我们期盼已久的“天下第一关”——山海关。我仰望着山海关，眼前是雄伟壮观的城楼。宽大的城门，足有七八米高;再往上是高大而结实的城墙，给人一种磅礴的气势;城墙的上面则是一个两层的阁楼，上面是红色的，下面是灰色的，再衬托着蓝色的天空，更显现出山海关雄伟的气势。我看着这些，心中不禁赞叹道：我国古代人民是多么伟大呀!

之后，我们又驱车来到了老龙头——长城的起点。沿着海边的沙滩小路，我们先来到了一个叫“海神庙”的水上建筑，门前是一条石路。我怀着好奇的心情走进海神庙。进去正对着有两只神兽，两边是攀着石雕的栏柱，后面是一座很高的宫殿，名叫“天后宫”，让人觉得这里很有灵气。

出了海神庙，我又怀着激动的心情，爬上了老龙头的城墙。刚一上去，就看见了一个阁楼，阁楼的牌匾上写着“澄海楼”三个字。出了澄海楼，就看见了一尊大炮。它伫立在那里，跑口对准了防御的地方，让我不由得想象出当年那些守卫边疆的战士门，舍弃自己的生命，用他们自己的血肉，保卫祖国的情景。

后来，我望着老龙头的龙头那一座塔楼，虽然他不大，但在我的心中却十分高大。我走到塔楼的里面，望着大海，心情是无比的兴奋，我看到了历史，也看到了未来。
