In my opinion, the schoolwork now being assigned to high school students is too heavy. while it is true that students need to study, they need other things as well if they are to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults. high should be allowed more time for play. plying is not wasting time, as some think. it gives them physical exercise, and also exercise their imagination. which tends to be stifled by too much study.

Finally, the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. i do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. i do think, however, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.

What’s the purpose of life ? What are we seeking for in our short lives ? For privilege,for money ,or just for enjoyment ? It’s the problem that everyone wants to explore. As a matter of fact , everybody needs a proper purpose in order to struggle against life . A clear purpose not only guides us but also gives us hope and energy . When people really love their families ,they will surely find the purpose of life.In other words , our emotions can be surely content when we stay with our families and friends. One’s life without love is like the sky without sunshine. Work and Love play the most important two roles in the purpose for which we seek throughout our life . But other aspects such as devotion and learning knowledge also have an deep influence on our life . These things affect our behaviour and values more or less ,even though most of us can’t realize it clearly . As the saying goes :“When we do good , we feel good , and we are good.” Set the correct purpose of your life now , And you will make a difference to your life.

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV.

My New Years Resolution

2014 will be end ,and 2015 will be come. In the new year ,we must be have much wishes, because new year means that things end and another things start. So we need to make a new years resolution in order to the second year will be better. I want to share my new years resolution with you. Firstly, I decide to try my best to learn english. because my english so poor that it affects my other subject. I will face many differences, such as broadening my vocabulary, training my listening, improving my write and so on. I must work hard because I dont want to behind the times. Secondly, I will give up watching football games because every time it takes me two hours, which makes me not finish my homework. “没关系，还有下一次。”我时时挂在嘴边。“没关系，还有下一次。”这种看似一种十分积极乐观的心态，却让我过分迷信下一次，对下一次充满了期待。下一次，下一次，一种十人生到底能有几个下一次?自己无数次的下一次，历史不是依旧重演?一种积极乐观的心态竟成了我致命的弱点。

还有其他原因吗?我想应该是自信的原因。我够自信，但过度自信已变成了自负。过分的自信让我做事情的时候会太高估自己的能力。没有看到本质的东西，无法用客观的角度去审视问题!失败的可能性也就会增高!失败多了，我的自信心会受挫、以致变得越来越没自信，最后变成自卑。

夜风依旧吹着，将我的思绪吹回现实，在夜风中我终于看清了自己。我是这么的不完美。但这已是过去。从明天，不!从现在开始我就要努力做一个全新的自我。

圣诞节一过，复活节巧克力蛋便在糖果店里摆出来了。那些最小和花样最简单的很便宜，孩子们用自己的零花钱就可以买下来。这段时期上市的彩蛋有两种。小的一种叫方旦糖，长一英寸多一点，外面是一层薄薄的巧克力，里面是又甜又软的面团，然后再用彩色的锡箔纸包装成各种形状。另外一种是空蛋，稍为大一点，一般比鸭蛋还大一点。里面什么也没有，只是包着一个巧克力外壳。只需打碎外壳，吃巧克力片。 复活节临近时，糖果店的橱窗里会摆满比这些更精美的彩蛋。同时还有各种各样的用来吸引孩子们的小礼物出售。上面装饰有毛绒绒的羊毛做的小鸡，小鸡的嘴和脚都粘在卡片上。幸运的孩子可能从亲友那儿得到好几种这样的礼物。

display. some sellers were shouting at the top of their voice to attract the

attention of the people. housewives were picking out vegetables and bargaining

with the sellers. a man was selling fresh fish, which were swimming in a big

basin, and a lot of buyers crowded around it and chose what they wanted. one

fruit seller, standing behind piles of fresh fruit, greeted me warmly, trying to

persuade me to buy some. he felt a little disappointed when i shook my head.

As is shown in the picture, two men had a big dinner in a restaurant, but much of the food was left and some was even untouched at all. When the waitress asked them to pack the remaining food, they felt very surprised, thinking that it was unbelievable for them to do things like that with too much money in their pocket.

It is a pity that many people act like the two men in the picture. In my view, we should pack the leftovers when we have meals outside. As we all know, saving is a fine tradition for our Chinese people and therefore we shouldn’t waste a bit food. Also, there is not enough food in the world and there are many people starving. In addition, we students should form the habit of saving food and give away some to the people in need. Finally, we have the responsibility to help people around us realize the importance of saving.

Only in this way can we build up an economized society and live a happy and healthy life.

如图片所示,两个男人在一家餐馆吃了丰盛的晚饭,但是剩下的食物和一些甚至没有。当服务员问他们打包剩下的食物,他们感到很惊讶,以为他们是不可思议的事情,用太多的钱在他们的口袋里。

遗憾的是,很多人就像照片中的两人。在我看来,我们应该把剩饭剩菜,当我们在外面吃饭。我们都知道,节约是我们中国人的优良传统,因此我们不应该浪费食物。同样,世界上没有足够的食物,有很多人挨饿。此外,我们学生应养成节约粮食的习惯和放弃一些有需要的人。最后,我们有责任帮助我们周围的人们意识到节约的重要性。

只有用这种方法我们才能建立一个节约型社会,过幸福健康的生活。

有时候，一件事情、一个人就能令我们长时间烦恼。对于这种情况，我们是一味地抱怨，还是努力地去改变呢?抱怨是没用的，解决问题的唯一方法就是去改变。

海伦凯勒身患残疾，失明、失聪，种.种病魔缠绕着她。命运总是如此的不公，可是她没有抱怨过命运的不公，而是以顽强的毅力，积极乐观的态度面对困难，最后成为了十九世纪最伟大的女性。每次读完她的故事后，我都会被海伦·凯勒的这种精神所深深地打动。

有时，我抱怨饭菜不好吃，抱怨校服不好看;练书法时明明自己字没写好，却也要抱怨说妈妈说话影响了自己;练琴时，自己不专心，却抱怨外面噪音太大;回家后，发现作业没有记下来，却抱怨教室里太吵;考试没考好，抱怨时间不够，抱怨考试题太难，抱怨老师没讲，但却从来没有做出过改变。

当所有人都在进步的时候，只有你一个人在抱怨，为什么?如果我们停止抱怨，将自己所有用来抱怨的力量都转化为动力，努力实现自己的梦想，实现自己的人生价值，改变自己的心态，宽容这个世上所有的黑暗，又会如何呢?拿破仑说：“人与人之间只有很小的差异，但这种很小的差异却往往造成巨大的差异;很小的差异就是你的心态是积极的还是消极的，巨大的差异就是成功与失败。”

我们每天唉声叹气，抱怨上天的种.种不公。我们太过于向往那些遥不可及的良辰美景，而对身边那些触手可得的东西却视而不见，也正因为如此，我们才会对身边的生活生出种.种的不满。如果我们都做出一些改变，也许这个世界就不会有那么多的不满。

前几天妈妈给我报了数学班，要连续上四个小时，而我从来没上过那么长时间的课，下课的时候差点晕过去。当妈妈来接我的时候，我朝她大声地嚷嚷，表达自己的不满。回到家，妈妈跟我讲了很多道理，我突然觉得刚刚自己的行为特别没有礼貌。

在困难面前，与其抱怨，还不如去做出改变，改变自己对生活的看法，因为抱怨是不能解决问题的，它只会让自己的情绪越来越糟糕。只有一天天的变化，才会让自己的生活更精彩，让自己的收货更多。
