在不知不觉中，自己也热爱上了篮球，特别是进球时穿过网发出的声音，真是百听不厌呀。我们持续地打了两三个小时，天也快黑了，但自己还舍不得回家，觉得打球是发泄情绪的好方法，但有些人只是单纯地运动运动。

在回家的路上，天很黑，路旁的灯光不显得很明亮，炭黄炎黄的。我们骑到一条小路上，那里没有路灯，到处都是泰黑嘿的一片，只借着月光的明亮!小心地骑上去。听到后面有车声，我们骑得更快了，上了坡，那段路也特别照亮我们前方的路。

虽然没有看到他的正晦，但看背影就可以知道，他是善良的人，开着摩托车，蓬松的头发，蓝色的衣服，在灯光的照耀下，他越走远，在黑暗的时候，也显得格外明亮。

With the improvement of living level, the goods package have become more

and more complicated and exaggerated. Thus, the phenomenon of the excessive

四月，是春回大地，万物复苏的季节，四月，是阳光明媚，鸟语花香的季节。

家乡的四月，正是草长莺飞，百花盛放的季节。

在我们每天忙忙碌碌的学习中，春天的脚步已悄然而至，立春已过，空气明显清新了许多，天空好似褪去一层薄雾，湛蓝如同明镜一般，阳光明媚而温暖。

不知不觉中，嫩绿的草芽已破土而出，从土壤中冒出尖尖的的小脑袋，从远处看，绿茸茸的草丛一片又一片;路边的小树枝头上，长满了一个个鼓鼓的小花苞，正含苞待放呢……处处一片生机盎然，真叫人神清气爽。

一个周末的清晨，我睡眼朦胧的推开窗户，忽然间一股股怡人的清香迎面扑鼻而来，满目的杏花映入眼帘，我在一阵惊喜中发现，杏花开了。

四月，四月的春天竟如此这般烂漫，我伸了个懒腰，仰起头尽情地呼吸，生怕错过这一季的清香怡人。

可惜的是，杏花的花期并不长，只努力盛放了两周，一场静悄悄的春雨绵绵不绝的下了一个晚上，气温也随之下降，杏花不易受凉，第二天便蔫了，雨淋过的花瓣纷纷扬扬的撒了一地，枝头上，只有一些坚强的花瓣零零散散的，执着的，顽强的开放着……

事情发生在3年级时，自认为什么都好，因而过分自信的我，不知什么原因，竟然在期中考试时失误了。虽然这对我的打击很大，但直到现在我仍然清楚地记得当时难过的心情，我越来越没有信心，学习成绩也大不如从前……转眼间，几个月过去了，期末考试即将来临。我非常紧张，一回想起期中考试的失败，就感到有些恐惧和不安。一天，放学后，我心事重重地回到了家，一个人静静地躺在床上，想了好久：不能总是这么消沉，期中考试早就过去了。一次失败，并不能代表以后都会失败，何必这么在乎结果呢?可我对期末考试一点把握也没有，我该怎么办?现在努力还来得及吗?我什么都做不好，我很没用是吗?我转念一想：不，不是的，从前的我不是这样的，只要还有一点点希望就不应该放弃，无论怎样，我都会努力复习，至少也要试一试……我尽力克服了自己的恐惧，终于我重新找回了自信心。并在不懈的努力下，期末考试取得了全班好成绩。

With the development of our society， energy in the world bees more and more

limited， so it is quite important for us to save energy and to protect our

都说蓝天白云，可是现在的天，真的是蓝的吗?

抬眼望去，看见的不是一片湛蓝的天空，不是朵朵飘着的白云，不是那样美丽而悠然的颜色，而是让人心情变差的灰色，雾蒙蒙的，灰暗，模糊，天空和白云的分别不再清晰，无非不是深一些和浅一些的区别罢了。在夜空中，没有星星，天空仍然可以看出那灰蒙蒙的颜色，没有星星，连月亮都若隐若现，有时直接看不见，这是一种可怕的颜色，令人感到痛苦的颜色。

我见过湛蓝而美丽的天空。在青海，那里的天空是那样的蓝，那是一种纯洁的蓝，是一种幽深的蓝，很神秘，很美丽，好像是世界上最美的颜色，世界上有很多颜色，但他们都无法跟那样的天空相比，湛蓝的天空，悠悠的白云，本来应该随处可见的景色，现在已经是很少见到了。那里的夜空，很美，深蓝、又微微发紫发黑的天，上面点缀着美丽的钻石，星星点点的，好像最美的布料。星星布满天空，天空好似一件绝美的衣裳，这样的地方，也很少了吧。

Ah! Christmas morning! Children like to wake up early while its still dark and sneak into the living room to check the presents----find any with their name on it, shake them to guess whats inside, and then maybe theyll go back to bed and pretend they are still asleep when their parents come to wake them with a "Merry Christmas!"

But almost no one I know gets completely dressed or eats a regular breakfast first thing Christmas morning. They just put on a robe or wear their pajamas and go to see whats under the Christmas tree. Some Christian families have a tradition of reading the Bible story of Jesus birth. Maybe its to remind the children that Christmas is Jesus birthday.

Someone will begin to take the presents out from under the tree, see whose name is on the package, and then pass them around. Some families wait until all the presents have been given out before opening any of them, while others open each one as it comes to them. There are many "thank you" to the ones who gave the gifts, new clothes are tried on to see if they fit, and of course the most interesting toys will immediately be played with.

Usually among the Christmas gifts will be some especially delicious candy or cake or cookies which everyone tastes. These sweet things may be the only breakfast many people eat Christmas morning. After the gifts have been opened, the room will be tidied up except where the children are playing with their toys. Everyone will wash and get dressed for the day.

Some people may go to a Christmas morning church service around ten oclock if their church didnt have one on Christmas Eve. But most people will just watch TV. Well, most men will. The children may play outside or inside with their new toys, but the mothers will be in the kitchen preparing Christmas Dinner.

后面有几个人超过了我，我心存不甘，加快脚步，超了前面两个人。最后十秒，我终于到了终点。只剩下休息和疲惫的我在操场上坐着。烈风仍然吹着，我的头发仍然很乱，我的情绪仍然很坏。我躺在操场上，没有杂念的闭上眼睛，嘴里呼着气，四肢恢复正常，没有疼痛，舒心愉悦。

这其实就是所谓的挫折，现实中不可缺失的一部分，这也是人必须经历的。可是雨后的彩虹才是最美的，可是没有经过大风大浪的人却又是不完美的。可真是应了那句，“乘风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”。

就是再困难的事情也是没坚持不可以解决的，有时候，坚持是面对挫折的解药，也是通向成功的一把把钥匙。挫折后的成果由时间解释，会给出合理的答案。也要坚信这个答案不会有错，会让你更加愉悦。

有句话说得好，“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东西南北风”。

也许，挫折磨难只是暂时，可以用坚持来解决，你要克服挫折，就会有最后的成功。经历挫折磨难终会获得成功，挫折也是前进的难题，但可以锻炼人的心性。
