As we all known，food safety problems are more and more popular in our

country，because more cases about food safety problem have appeared.

Firstly，As the old saying goes，the food is what matters to the people。 Food

plays an important role in peoples life。So food safety influences peoples

health and life。Secondly，some producers only think about earning money without

thinking about ensuring food safty。they produce unqualified food.Thirdly， some

food supervisory departpents dont perform their duty pletely。This behavior make

some producer ignore the safety of production.

If we want to solve problems that is illustrated former，we must call on the

supervisory department to manage the food market.And the producers must paly

their roles。 Lastly， we hope that there is law that punish illegal acts.

座位真的那么重要吗?对有些人来说，座位真的很重要。他们经常把两个无关的词“座”和“成就”联系在一起。但我同意其他人的观点。把位子和成就混为一谈是愚蠢的。

盼望着，盼望着，秋天到啦!

天空湛蓝湛蓝的，像大海一样深远而又宁静。朵朵白云犹如扬帆起航的轻舟，慢悠悠地漂浮着。一会儿变成一匹四蹄生风的白马，一会儿变成几只活泼可爱的小白兔，一会儿变成令人闻风丧胆的狮子。……秋天的天空真是美丽极了!

田野里的庄稼也成熟了。高粱喝了好几个月的“酒”，醉得脸都红了;稻子的杆被沉甸甸的果实压弯了腰，好像是给人们鞠躬;再远远望去，整片稻田犹如金色的海洋，随风上下起伏;玉米咧开嘴巴笑了，露出了满口的大金牙!秋天的田野是沉甸甸的收获!

我走到果园里，一股果香迎面而来。葡萄、橘子、柿子、苹果、石榴……挂得满满当当。我轻轻摘下一个红红的大苹果，狠狠地咬了一大口——啊!这味道简直比蜜糖还要甜!秋天的味道是甜的!

最后来到树林里，枫树上的叶子火红火红的，远远望去，还以为树上着火了呢!松树仍是绿意盎然的，只不过树枝奇形怪状的，看上去像一个个怪物……大部分树都已经全部脱下了夏装，迎接凉爽的秋天。原来秋天的山林也可以五彩斑斓!

啊!我爱这丰富多彩的秋天!

天边染上了一抹红晕，夕阳拉长了我的身影。独立寒秋，我静静地望着夕阳的余晖，眼神坚定。幽深的夜空或许阴暗，漫长的前路可能艰险，拥抱信念，向自己竖起大拇指，说一声：我可以。

小学时的成绩如跌宕起伏变幻莫测的山峦，磕磕绊绊中我开始明白郭敬明的伤痛，“青春是一道明媚的忧伤”。学如逆水行舟，不进则退。桃李春风里有不努力而蹉跎岁月的悔恨，晴天丽日下有努力了所获寥寥的伤感。

深深夜色，睡意全无，在挣扎了几番后，我最终还是在“大红灯笼高高挂”的试卷里深深地低下了头。朦朦胧胧中感觉到一双手在轻轻抚摸我的额头，用力挑开已疲惫不堪的眼皮，发现弯腰站在我身边的是泪眼模糊的母亲。我猛然清醒，抬起头依旧向母亲咧嘴微笑，希望用它向母亲传递我的不屈与抗争，传递我的轻松与坦然。我相信我会在高高挂的“红灯笼”中不断成长，学会什么是坚强，什么是无畏，什么是跌倒了重新爬起。

疯狂英语创始人李阳说：“赶快把错误犯完，之后便是一片蓝天。”不就是摔一跤吗，拍拍身上的土，向自己竖起大拇指，说一声：我可以重新爬起!

我会在摔跤中成长，在爬起后学会生活。当呼晴的鸟雀第一声啼鸣惊破我的幻梦，当清晨的第一缕阳光点亮我那走过黑暗的眼睛，当第一缕微风拂过我稍带疲惫的面庞，我会深吸一口新鲜的空气，向自己竖起大拇指，欢迎这充满挑战因而美好的一天。所有的狂风，所有的暴雨都来吧，在生活中我快乐地向前，多沉重的担子，我不会发软;多严峻的战斗，我不会丢脸。乐观的看待自己摔的每一跤，抬起头向自己竖起大拇指，大声呐喊——我可以重新爬起!

九月的微风，吹走了烦躁，拂去了浑身的炎热。给操场上军训的我们带来了一丝清凉，按耐住我们浮躁的内心。不经锻炼，何时才能够成长?不经努力，怎么会获得成功?骄傲的我满怀信心地开始训练，却才发现军训很苦很累。

第一天，教官就给我们来个下马威—站军姿。本以为十分简单的一个动作，却让体质虚弱的我差点中暑。在烈日下暴晒的我们，个个汗流浃背，坚持站了一小时，仿佛腿已经不是自己的了。可这只是小小的一部分，在教官的口令下，我们完成一个又一个动作。平时看来简单的蹲起、稍息、左右转就像沉甸甸的石头，试图将我们压下去。

军训是苦的，但当我们嘴里喊着口号，昂首挺胸地大步向前走着，心里却充满着骄傲。在第一天汇报时，我们班获得了第一名。看着红艳艳的锦旗，每个人脸上都洋溢着笑容。这就是我们努力的结果，我相信努力和坚持不会白费。看着天空中几只小鸟飞过，教官带领我们唱起了军歌，我们迎着微风，将胜利和喜悦填满歌声。明天的我们，会更加努力训练。在回宿舍休息的路上，我忍不住向同学感叹道：“我觉得军训就像一杯咖啡，入口虽然苦涩，但咽下去却是香甜可口的，给我们留下了令人回味的美好回忆。”

脑海中浮现出来会是天堂般的开头的中学生活，却是这种独特的方式开启。我忽然想起《孟子·告子下》中的一句话：“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为也，所以动心忍性，增益其所不能。”对于这句名言，经历了军训百般艰辛的我真是深有体会呀!
