《平凡的世界》，它的内容如它的名字一样，这是一个平凡的世界。几十年的时光，在路遥笔下铺展开来，没有一点的矫柔造作，没有一点为了作品而作品的嫌疑。给我们展示了一副普通而又内蕴丰富的生活图景。一个平凡人的奋斗历程，一个平凡家庭的奋斗历程，一个平凡人的成长过程，一个平凡家庭的成长过程。

从孙少平，到孙少安;以及田晓霞，田润叶;少平的师傅以及师娘，少安的山西老婆。还有那个山村里面所有的人际关系，世故的，淳朴的，农村特有的风情和地域色彩。里面包容了路遥太多的写作功底和技巧。他对农村的热爱，对中国中华民族传统美德的赞扬，都在作品中得到了很好的显现。他崇尚艰苦奋斗，坚信承受苦难是成功的必然。他不忘记歌颂中国农民那一颗质朴的心，敢于拼搏，敢于吃苦的精神。不忽视属于农民的那种特有的爱情传达方式，以及由于文化差距而引起内在素养不同而造成的爱情悲剧。

中国是一个农业大国。中国的世界就是农民的世界。而路遥，用敏锐的眼光注意到了这点，取材于中国西北部一个普通的农村，然后在农村与城镇之间的冲突与矛盾中展开整个故事情节。用这样一个具有代表性的小小世界折射出整个中国，整个人类的平凡的世界。

人物的刻画也极其独到。注重人物的现实性。比如，孙少安，是个耿直，质朴的农村男子，他善良，能吃苦，有责任心，同时血气方刚，真心地爱着润叶。但是却因为他身为农家，而润叶却受过高等教育，所以他在润叶面前表现出退缩，爱，却没有勇气，爱，却自卑。这样的心理矛盾，路遥刻画得细致入微，尤其逼真。同样，也很符合现实状况以及现实心理。他，最终错过了润叶。但是，同样因为他的小农意识的局限，他娶了山西姑娘以后，生活便代替了爱情，一切平淡了，生活便是真实的生活了。

另外。路遥取材于农村，但是写的故事并不是单纯的农村。还有城镇。写的是生活在农村的人以及城镇的人，还有这些人之间的冲突与矛盾。

我本是热衷于读书的，无论是字字珠玑的鲁迅，还是才华横溢的巴金，亦或外柔内刚的张爱玲，只要是能作为精神食粮的作品，我都会毫不吝惜地拿来品味。

重温《平凡的世界》一书，让我再一次感受到生活的本色就是平凡，我们每一个人，对于这个浩渺的世界来说，都十分渺小、脆弱、微不足道，但是，每一个平凡的人都有一个不为人知的不平凡的世界，每个平静背后都有激情澎湃，无声胜有声。

路遥构建的这个平凡世界，基于广大农村，因而可以轻易地引起同是出生于农村的我的共鸣。小说跨度比较大，讲述了后期到改革开放之初黄土高原农民的生存状况。虽然是80后，但是对于那段艰苦岁月我是知之甚少的，《平凡的世界》作为当时农村的缩影，填补了我一部分空缺。我不光从这里面了解到当时的社会面貌，更多的是从里面的人物身上获得一种精神——奋斗。

孙少平，学生时代的“非洲人”到成年时代的“揽工汉”，他经历的是艰苦卓绝的人生奋斗。他不畏困难，努力拼搏，在痛苦与磨砺中，形成了一种对苦难的骄纵感、崇高感。他的苦难哲学、对劳动的认识，对生活的理解都给我启示：平凡的人不一定有平凡的人生，只要敢想敢拼，那么心中就能装下梦想，装下整个世界。

执念的坚持很容易受到外界的影响而改变，我们其实都在社会或是周围的影响下改变着什么。如果我们都能像孙少平一样，在任何情况下都不放弃追逐自己的梦想，执着于完成自己既定的人生目标的话，我相信许多人的人生一定会和现在的状态不一样，会好很多。也许我们都需要精神上的洗礼，对于信念的执着和努力奋斗的精神，我们都应该向孙少平学习。

当然，除了努力打工艰苦生活但是不忘学习的孙少平，自己创业的孙少安，这里面所有的人物都饱满鲜明，有代表性。比如矛盾纠结但是最终幸福的田润叶和李向前、发奋学习终有所成的孙兰香、痴情汉子金波、可爱的跛子女……所有人物形象丰满而真实，耐人寻味。他们虽然平凡，但是有拼搏精神，让人崇敬。

在奋斗的路上，我们既要仰望星空，又要脚踏实地。最后我想起一位哲人说过：“也许每个人心中都有一个风筝，无论它意味着什么，让我们勇敢地追”。奋斗吧，我们平凡，但不能平庸。

于连这种对于野心的坚持，也许是不少还奋斗在基层，没有有钱人家的“关系”的我们，值得学习的一部分。但是他这种过度的自私，还有失去了“真心”这一点，绝对是我们应该摒弃的部分。我们应该学会用正确的方式实现自己的梦想。

首先简单说说我看完之后的小结，《平凡的世界》我国著名作家路遥的经典代表作，里面主要描述了在中国70年代中期到80年代中期近十年间的广阔背景下，当代城乡社会生活。当中艰苦奋斗的劳动与曲折无奈的爱情、无数次的挫折与永不放弃的追求、无法想象的痛苦与每次成功的欢乐、日常生活与巨大社会冲突纷繁地交织在一起，让我边读边哭、边读边笑。其中最主要是以孙少安和孙少平两兄弟为中心，以及在双水村的大家伙，于生活中林林总总的复杂的矛盾纠葛，刻画了当时社会各阶层众多普通人的形象，极度深刻地展示了普通人在大时代历史进程中所走过的艰难曲折的道路。

无论是孙家两兄弟曲折的奋斗史和凄美婉转的爱情故事，还是少安和田村书记他们干部之间的政治斗争和期间的尔虞我诈，都让我压抑于心而难以言表。但是他们俩兄弟的每一次受挫后重振的那股精气神，让我越读越有一股熊熊热火燃烧于胸，生命满希望，坚持不懈是王道!而读完小说之后，孙家两兄弟的每一个小故事都不时出现在我脑海中，那样的热血那样的催人奋进。那是因为他们告诉了我一个道理，即使生活给了你一击左勾拳，别泄气，爬起来继续作战，只要每一次都勇敢站起来，就总有战胜的一天;即使黄河今年满上滩淹了庄稼，别伤心别放弃，只要年年都种庄稼，天灾人祸也好，总有一天会有收成。

另外我还想讲一下少平的大哥，那位 13岁就辍学帮家里忙的孙少安“能人”。他不仅年幼就和父亲一起支撑着那个风雨飘摇的家，并且在18岁那年被推选为双水村生产队长，弟妹俩也正是在他的庇护下才得以完成学业，姐姐一家也因此能够勉强度日。但是生活总跟他过不去，曾几何时，痛苦、烦恼、迷茫在他的内心象洪水一般泛滥。但他不屈服于命运精神让我每每肃然起敬，虽说家里的贫穷落后生活不济，他从未对家其厌恶或嫌弃。即使田书记整天算计着他，但是他任然挺下去，一心一意为人民服务，为双水村贡献自己的一份力。他是一个责任感令人起敬的爷们!他不仅肩负起了养家的担子，还在自己第一次创业时，招揽全村村民到自己的砖厂上工，以及慷慨捐资助学。虽然说“一切都太苦了，太沉重了，他简直不能再承受生活如此的重压。”但是他以乐观的心态和宽广的胸襟面对着生活给予他的一切磨难，顽强的意志和坚韧的毅力使他度过了一道道艰难的坎。这个负重前行的跋涉者，我从头到尾陪着他走过了一遍生活这条路，其中的痛苦难耐，真的不是一般人能有的，在一次次的挫败下任然能翻身而起，又一次次的艰苦奋斗不懈努力，这种毅力不仅影响了那一代人，那同时也是对每一阶段的每一个读者的鼓舞啊!

无疑孙家两位男主人翁给我留下了很深刻的印象，他们告诉我人只要活着，就要努力“劳动”，艰苦奋斗一生，即使生活一片黑暗也要坚信未来一片光明。就像路遥说的那样，至少我们曾真诚而充满激情地在这个世界上生活过，竭尽全力地劳动过，并不计代价地将自己的血汗献给了不死的人类之树。在我们这个飞速发展的新时代里面，时代变迁而精神始终不变，每当我们受到挫折遇到困难的时候，都应该秉承老一代那种吃苦耐劳的精神。我相信在往后的日子里面，少安好平都会在我耳边不停地提醒我，不管事情的结果如何，只要永远把艰辛的劳动看作是生命的必要，艰苦奋斗，生活会在最后关头给予你一个大大的微笑。

就像那个小故事里面讲的，虽然在黄河边的田地时刻都有被淹的可能，但是我还记老父亲说的那一段话：“出汗不一定打粮食，可打粮食一定要出汗。今年淹了还有下年，下年淹了还有下下年。我们是庄稼人，庄稼无收也要年年种，总有能收成的时候。”从路遥笔下的由孙家两兄弟为典型代表的老一辈身上，从我一页页翻过的曲折跌宕的故事里面，我读懂了一个人生的哲学就是：在生活里面，即使没有收获的指望，也应该坚持不懈地努力，相信生活前路一片光明，然后心平气静地继续年年耕种。

《英语教学方法与策略》读后感

为了提高自身的英语教学质量和效率,我从学校图书馆借来《英语教学方法与策略》一书,利用业余时间认真地进行了研读,获得了不少教益。

这本书由鲁子问和康淑敏两位专家编写,由华东师范大学出版社出版,可以作为英语教学设计方向研究生教材,也可以作为中小学英语教师设计培训教材使用。我认为在英语学科骨干教师研修班接受培训期间读读这样一本书是再合适不过的。这本书介绍了教学方法与教学策略的相同与差异,提出了教学方法与策略的选择与整合的方法,介绍了英语教学方法的实践操作方法,包括情景教学法、交际教学法、任务教学法和自主学习教学,然后分析了英语教学过程的策略及实践操作方法,并从英语知识教学的策略及实践操作方法、英语技能教学的策略及时间操作方法两方面对英语教学方法与策略的行动研究提供了系统的指导。

编者用六章分别讲了教学方法与教学策略、英语教学方法的实践操作、英语教学过程的策略及实践操作、英语知识教学的策略及实践操作、英语技能教学的策略及实践操作和英语教学方法与策略的行动研究。

该书对相关理论进行了系统、简要的讲解,主要的内容是对英语教学实践的指导与分析。每一节都采用“准备-学习-实践”三部式结构,不仅讲解理论,而且注重教学实践。在每一节的理论讲解之后,都设计了“实践分析”专栏,以强化理论与实践的直接联系。在看每一节的时候,我都是跟着该书的编排形式在不断地调整自己的思维。在准备环节,编者会给出一个案例,让读者思考,遇到此类教学问题该如何解决,此时,我的大脑就会回忆我在教学中有没有遇到过,我又是如何解决的,然后思考怎样才能解决得更好;在学习环节,编者给我们提供了最系统的理论知识,此时我就很认真地研读每一条理论,认真理解每一个概念,为今后的教学活动积累必要的理论知识;在实践部分,我仔细地看了每个实践活动,对于一些比较有价值的活动自己在教学中也尝试着使用。

本书的优点是:1)语言浅显易懂。不像平常的教育着作,带着很多专业术语。2)内容很实用。书中不但简要地介绍教育理论,还举出大量的课堂活动例子,很适合各个层次的外语教师参考。3)描述很细致。书中谈到英语教学中很多细节的东西。4)编排符合读者习惯,发人深思。书中每一章节都会在适当的位置上安排一个文本框,给出一些名词解释或让读者讨论或思考一个问题。如:请讨论,您如何看待Practice makes perfect.它与数量原则有什么关系?训练中如何把握训练的量?

这本书让我羞愧于自己在教学理论和策略方面知识的匮乏,更让我明白英语教学的成功应体现在“培养学习者在真实的情景中有效使用英语的能力”我是一个率性而为的人,很多时候只是随心而教学,不会严格遵循某一教学模式。所以一直以来,教学成绩都没有取得重大突破,而我本人也一直为此烦恼,这本书教会我许多有理论支持的教学方法。如:语法翻译法、直接教学法、认知法、自然法、社团教学法、沉默教学法、全身反应法、暗示教学法。从书中我悟到了想成为一名优秀的教师必须充分认识到“教必有法”的原则性和“教务定法”的灵活性特点之间的统一关系。教师不应拘于一法一策,囿于一方一圆,而是要因地制宜,因材施教,将各类方法加以组合和调配,在吸收、借鉴已有教学方法的基础上,创造性地发挥,逐步形成富有教师个人特色的教学风格。在教学实践中,我根据教学环境、教学目标、教学内容、学生的需求和自身的教学风格适丰富了一下教学方法和策略,收到了一定的效果。

我最受启发的是书中的如下观点:呈现学习任务时,应当向学习者描述任务中的问题发生的物理背景、组织和社会文化背景。并且,问题的呈现必然是有趣的或吸引人的,目的是引导学习者的积极参与。让学习者体现到伸手可及的成功;教学活动的设置应考虑学习者的兴趣,需要和情感;老师可以和学习者商量课堂活动的内容并建议学习者把他们感兴趣的学习材料带回班上。让我陷入长久的沉思的是这个观点:“personalities and relationships are important for motivation”即:教师的性格及其与学习者之间的良好关系在调动学习者学习方面很重要。文中提到“即使我们不能完全改变自己去满足不同学习者的需要,但我们可以主动了解学习者感兴趣的话题,如:流行音乐,年轻人喜欢的电影,新车,科技的发展等。看到这里,对于学生为什么没有积极参与我自以为精心准备的课堂活动,我似乎找到了答案:设计活动时,我只是从教材内容和个人兴趣出发。当学生冷淡对待活动时,我只会埋怨大的学习环境不好,埋怨学生不配合,极少去思考是否学生对内容感兴趣,是否活动的难度适合学生,课堂指令是否清晰等因素。文中还指出:即使学生会使用老师准备好的语言结构,也明确活动的目的,但如果他们缺乏信心,也不会积极参与…所以,对学生及时得体的鼓励相当重要,借用李阳老师的话就是鼓励学生 “Enjoy losing face. Enjoy making mistakes ”总之,要踏上英语教学的成功之路,进行方方面面的准备工作是必要的,

对于以后的教学,我将努力改变陈旧的教学理念,尝试新的教学模式,自始至终把学生放在中心位置:把激发学生的学习热情放在首位,发挥交际教学的优势。是时候改变沉闷的课堂气氛,还学生一个愉快的学习环境了!是时候彻底解放学生,还学生一个可以自主学习的空间了!

其实,单纯阅读只是一个浅层理解词句的过程,我们可能在阅读中很感动,很受启发,但是,几个星期或几个月后,可能我们的思维又回复原状;若把我们的所思所想写下来,联系我们的教学或生活实际加以变通,可能会更长久地影响我们;而如果把我们学到的经验及时应用在教学中或生活中,我们的学生或我们自己则会终身受益,这才是阅读的目的。“热爱阅读、高效阅读、创新阅读”让我们互勉!

In winter vacation, I watched a movie called Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. It is very interesting. Though I watched this movie before, I still felt moved this time. The movie is very famous, and won seven Oscar Awards. The plot is like following:

Long long ago, Snow White stayed happily with her parents. But the queen was jealous of Snow White and she sent the hunter to kill Snow White, but the hunter let Snow White escape. One day, the queen dressed up as an old farmer’s wife and gave Snow White a poisonous apple. Snow White ate the poisonous apple and felt into a deep sleep. The Seven Dwarfs was very sad and put her in a coffin. By and by, a prince saved Snow White and she woke up. They got married and lived happily.

I like this story. It tells us a truth: People like beauty and good. The wicked never kill the good! We are happy the prince and the princess were married and lived happily. We hope they can live forever!

After reading Jane Eyre, I think Jane Eyre is a great woman. Through a serious of troublesome situations between Jane Eyre and Mr. Rochester, the author set up a great female image before readers: insisting on maintaining an independent personality, pursuing individual freedom, advocating equality of life and being confident before hard conditions.

Her early life at Gateshead was terrible, everyone seems harsh on her. She survives her parents at an early age, and has to live with her ugly aunt and three cousins. She suffers large quantities of bad conditions that others may not experience. However, she does not give up in despair, she does not destroy herself mentally, instead, Jane Eyre is filled with unlimited confidence, and she is a strong spirit, a victory over the inner personality.

She is then forced to send to Lowood Institution, unfortunately, life there turns out to be terrible, too. She is still under physical and spiritual punishment. Mr Brocklehurst insults her to be a liar before all pupils and teachers. But there she meets one sincere friend Helen Burns and one sincere teacher Miss Temple. They always treat her well. After two years teaching life at Lowood Institution, she plans to leave there to pursuit her own life and happiness. She was in a position of governess through a letter from Thornfield. Her life was totally changed after that. There she met a lovely girl, Adele and her master, Mr. Rochester. She has a special feeling about them. With the development of the plots, Jane Eyre succeed a large sum of money from his uncle, and through all bitter things which was caused by Rochester’s wife in Thornfield, Jane Eyre and Mr.Rockester finally get married and lead an ideal life.

I think Jane Eyre is an autobiography of Charlotte Bronte. Although the story is made up, the heroine and peoples life and the environment in the story were taken from the details of real people around and experience. Charlotte Bronte described a young girl’s struggling life to express her inner thought: everyone is equal regardless of his or her gender. The uniqueness of Jane Eyre is not only lies in its truth and the strong artistic appeal, but also lies in the particular female image. The love story of Rochester and Jane Eyre vividly shows the fire of passion and sincere heart strongly reveals their notions of love. She looks down upon the upper class who only use their power to do what they intend to do and laughs at their stupid to show her independent character and beauty dream.

In the actual fact, she wasn’t pretty, even herself knows that, and of course, the ordinary appearance make others have bad opinion on her, even her own aunt dislike her. And some others even thought that she was easy to look down upon and tease, but she was totally much more than “the plain and ugly tutor”. Her idea of equality and self-respect impressed us extremely much and make us feel the power inside her small body.

In my mind, a person’s beauty on the face can only make others feel that he or she is attractive or charming, if his or her mind isn’t the same noble as the appearance, beauty of this kind cannot last for a long time, because other people will one day find that the beauty which had charmed them was only a superficial one, it’s not sincere, they will not like the person any more. For a long time, only a person’s great virtue, a noble soul, a beautiful heart can be called as an everlasting beauty, just as Albert Einstein said: “A person must be held accountable for their biological survival or all of the meaning or purpose, from an objective point of view, I think it is ridiculous. Everyone can have a certain ideal, which determines the ideal and his efforts to determine the direction. Every girl can be a princess, even though she lives in a low attic, even though she is in shabby clothes, even though she is not beautiful, nevertheless, she can be a real princess at heart.

A Little Princess is a touching novel written by Frances Hodgson Burnett—a famous novelist and dramatist. It obviously contains lots of fancied plots, but the parts it talks about creating miracles, can really reach the bottom of my heart. The book can bring me into a world that is more than reality while reading it. The extraordinary story makes me ponder a lot and gives me a deep impression that every girl can be a princess.

In my opinion, it is impossible for every rich girl to act like a well-behaved princess, but Sara, the heroine of the novel, did it! She was an imaginative little girl who had such intelligent small face and such perfect manners. Sara was a very nice girl who had a gentle, appreciative ways of saying, such as “If you please” “Thank you” which was very charming. So, not only her teachers and classmates liked her, but also her servants liked her. There was a time when Sara became a poor and pitiful servant insulted by the snobbish headmaster of the school. In spite of this, she had never complained to anyone about the horrible suffering she had endured. Sara was confident, brave, optimistic and kind-hearted just like before and she had never given up her enthusiasm of life. No matter when, Sara acted like a princess, and on account of this, she had accomplished a GREat deal of miracles over and over again.

After reading this outstanding book, I was shocked by Sara, a little girl who suffered such unimaginable pain and tortures, but still had an opposite attitude towards life. What impresses me most is that Sara put on her act of being a princess when she wore thin bottom shoes, wading in the street of London. From my point of view, her spirit of being so strong-minded when she was in hard times is worth admiring.

Truly, every girl is a princess coming into common life. The “princess” I mean is not a princess living in the palace and being regarded as the apple of everyone’s eye.
