serious than ever since. There are different kinds of pollution. Such as, water

pollution, air pollution and noise pollution and so on. It seems that we live on

a planet which is full of pollution. Where all these pollution comes from? To a

large extend, the environmental destruction is the heavy price that we pay for

the rapid development of economy and the growing population. In order to have

more fuel, people cut down trees and dig more corals. But the growing needs for

energy are hardly to meet. Countless private cars on the street, the gas

times in order to control the needs of gasoline, but it’s still not working.

Overusing the natural resources has already affected the ecological balance.

However, the factories still release the toxic air into the sky and the polluted

water into the rivers. People still lack of the conscious of protecting the

environment. I think it’s time for all of us to do something.

The government should put forward some more strict laws to prevent the

environment from being further polluted. And they should let people know more

about the importance of environment protection. And we should find the balance

between the economic growth and environmental protection. Plant more trees in

the deserts and stop cutting down the forest. Forbid the factories to pour the

waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public

transportations to work. Both government and ordinary people should join hands

together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way, our earth

could be a better place to live in.

充满奖牌和掌声的生命，有他们的幸福与满足;充满失败与落寞的生命，也有他们努力的理由。因为金牌只是一种标准，不能代表所有。

金牌拿到手软的林丹和“千年老二”李宗伟便是这样的两种人，但他们都有一个发自内心的声音：既然努力被自我和很多人认可了，金牌也就不重要了。更难得的是李宗伟能怀着这样的心态继续走下去逐渐看开一切，为努力找到了一个更真实的方向。

在远方，有着穷其一生也可能达不到的目标，有的人坚持不懈直至筋疲力尽，有的人采取各种手段，有的人中途放下，但有的人在路途中重新诠释自我的目标，带着简单的心态走向远方。这样的人更值得我们佩服、尊敬。

当年的繁华都城长安，是多少文人才子的向往之地，渴望在那里有所作为，为国为民。杜甫也不例外，然而在这长安十年中，他经历了太多太多，安史之乱，人民流离失所，他笔下的诗也更多的写到百姓，写到社会现实。他依旧写诗，却不再歌颂帝王将相，而是更多写到心中所感。于是他写诗不再为了一官半职，而是为了人民疾苦。还有这样一个人，多次被诺奖提名却始终擦肩而过，他就是村上春树，但他依然潜心创作，不受任何干扰，一笔一笔写出属于他的文字。

如果一味苦苦追求，最后很可能伤了自我。就像李斯贪图富贵权利，将亡之际才体会到“牵犬东门”的完美。《飘》的作者成名后一味追求名与利，再也没能潜下心来写出一部好作品了。

为什么不看一看李宗伟不变的努力，与他错过的金牌，在他落寞的背影下释怀了，“其实世界冠军对我来说已经不是很重要了，我想的是接下来看看能不能再多打两年，慢慢享受羽毛球吧”。他已经从内心深处把残酷的比赛、一向以来的失败变作做打羽毛球享受，那么还有什么不能放下呢?在朝着既定的目标努力的同时也学会调整心态、看开一切吧。

我曾教过一个姓童的学生，三天两头犯错误，我一次次地和他谈心，教育他，却没有收到多大的成效。

有一次他又打了同学，性质还有些恶劣。怎么才能打动他的心，让他知道老师都是为了他好呢?想了想，我把他叫到办公室。

我给了他几张纸和一支笔，说：“你把我们这几天数学课上学的内容，照着课本抄两页，字体要工整。写完后，我来检查。”等他写好后，我拿到手中连看都没看，就撕得粉碎。然后又给了他一张纸，说：“写写你现在的感受吧。”等他写完，我看了看，开始和他谈话。我问他：“谈谈你今天在办公室的感受吧!”他回答说：“我很生气。我辛辛苦苦地写了两页，而且很工整，平常我写作业都没写过这么工整的字，可你连看都没看就撕了，我心里很难受。”我说：“你是不是觉得老师没有尊重你的劳动成果呢?”他点点头。我语重心长地对他说：“那你知道我的感受吗?我并不比你好受，甚至比你更难受。我一次次地和你谈话，就好比我在这一张张纸上，写了一页又一页工工整整的数学题，可你却连看都没看，全给我撕得粉碎。你尊重了老师的劳动成果吗?”

这时他抬起头，看着我慢慢地说：“老师，我知道错了，你是为了我好，才管教我的。从今天开始我一定改正我身上的缺点，一定听你的话，做一个堂堂正正、顶天立地的男子汉。”我接着他的话说：“你已经和老师一样高了，也确实该懂事了，以后的人生路是要靠你自己走的，一定要分清是与非、好与坏。”

从这之后，他犯错的次数逐渐减少，而且越来越懂事，毕业后参了军。当我再一次问起那件事时，他说他这一辈子都忘不了。

先有了心灵的“唤醒”，才有了教育和引导。

It is generally believed that there is a good supply of fresh water. But to our disappointment, the fact is just the opposite.

As we can see, the world population is growing rapidly day by day. So enough fresh water is needed to feed such a big population. What’s more, with the development of industry, factories and vehicles produce poisonous gases or wastes, which consequently results in the pollution of water. Though fresh, a good amount of it can no longer be used. Only quite limited fresh water resource is available to human beings. So it’s high time for us human beings to take quick action to protect water resource. Stop pollution and save water, otherwise, we cannot survive on the earth.

With fresh water, the world will be prosperous.

美，或许不只在外表，也许在心灵之中，更为长久。在外貌上的美，或许只能加以欣赏，可做到心灵中的美，才值得真正的发自内心的敬佩。世间人人都宣着我为人人，人人为我的高尚品质，可真正做得到的，或许，少之甚少。

雨不停地下着，颗粒般落下，散发出清脆的声音。来往的行人无不手撑着雨伞，眉头紧锁，对着这令人厌烦的天气发出强烈的不满。而在茫茫人海之中，只听见听见重物捶落的声响，四处的人都停了下来，似乎在寻找着声响的来源刹时，叫喊起来：“有人倒地了。”叫喊声迅速传播在人海之中，行人看向那位叫喊的男子，又转头看向另一外——倒地人的所在地。在拥挤的人群中，我吃力的朝着大家所转的方向看去，果然的，一位中年男子倒在地上，眼睛紧闭着，雨水打落在他的衣物，他浑身湿透着，但似乎并没有起身的意思。

人群以那名中年男子为中心围绕着，不少的人与身旁的朋友议论着，也又有些人想上前帮忙，可去意似有似无。在人群的议论声中，不少的人认为这是一个骗子，但也有不少的人认为着这位男子是真的病了，他可能需要我们。

我额眉紧锁着，并不想被这些议声所打扰。

过了一会儿，男子并没有再次站起，继续躺在雨水当中。在人群深处，一位西装革履的年轻人跑了过来，他似乎先前并不知道这里的事，可当他收到朋友的消息后，便马不停蹄的赶来。只见他冲进人群当中，在扰乱的人群中不断窜进着。可当他总算到了前头，几个人便拉住他，说道：“你可别去啊，不一定是骗子呢?”可他丝毫都没有迟疑用力抱开，吼道：“你们懂些什么!”

这句话在空气中回荡着，人群安静了下来。看着那位年轻人，周围一点杂乱的声响都没有，耳里只响着那句话“你们懂些什么”……大家都愣住了，只有年轻人迅速脱下上衣裳，披盖在那位中年男子身上，雨水迅速浸透他的身子，他眉头紧锁着，双手不断按压着中年男子的胸口，嘴不停地说：“心肺复苏、按压胸口，双手直立……”

良久，人群又开始动了，可并没有议论声，取而代之的是协助、帮忙、呼叫。

美或许会迟到，因为它还在来的路上奔跑着，但它永远不会消失。
