水在体温调节上有一定的作用。比如炎热季节，环境温度往往高于体温，机体就靠出汗使水分蒸发带走绝大部分暑热，来降低体温，使人免于中暑;而在严冬，由于水贮备热量的潜力很大，机体不会因外界温度低而使体温发生明显的波动;每当感冒、发热时，多喝开水能帮助发汗、退热、水利尿冲淡血液里细菌所产生的毒素;喝水还能滋润皮肤，入睡前喝一杯水，当你憨憨入睡时，水能渗透到每一个细胞里。细胞吸收水分后，皮肤会更加娇嫩，细腻，光滑。同时还可以排出身体的毒素，使人更加健康。

水对气候具有调节作用。大气中的水汽能阻挡地球辐射量的60%，保护地球不致冷却。海洋和湖泊在夏季能吸收和积累热量，使气温不致过高;在冬季则能缓慢地释放热量，使气温不致过低。水的威力无穷大，侵蚀岩石土壤、冲淤河道、搬运泥沙、营造平原、每时每刻都在改变着地表形态，俨然成了地球的缔造者。

水，孕育出生命的出现，得以繁衍，无论是生活、工作、学习、休闲都离不开水，可谓是功不可没!可现如今人们无暇顾及水的贵重，污染、浪费、糟蹋水比比皆是，看!有人洗手时水龙头就一直开着;有人把水乱泼乱洒以此来取乐;一瓶甘甜的矿泉水，喝了一半就扔了;有的工厂只顾自己的利益，把污水、工业废水排到河里!原本清澈的水源变得浑浊，大片大片漂浮着泡沫。。。我们赖以生存的水正在被污染、被浪费，她哭了。

电视、报纸、杂志均作报道，缺水是世界城市面临的首要问题，目前全球有46%的城市人口缺水，水资源的储备、灌注、分配和调节亦是全球的重要议题。为了让全世界都关心淡水资源短缺的问题，第47届联合国大会决定将每年3月22日定为世界水日。

我认为，我们应该节约水，节约水可以从小事做起，比如我们在洗手时，没有用到水的时候，就应该把水龙头关掉。洗脸水可以用来洗脚;养鱼水可以用来浇花;洗衣水

可以用来拖地等。要知道，水是宝贵的!

黄河之水天上来，奔到流海不复回。生命之源，它亦能载舟、也能覆舟。我们要珍惜水，节约水，不要让眼泪成为我们的最后一滴水!

人的一生充满遗憾，充满天章，充满拼搏。这些增添了人生的多彩，把人生勾勒成一幅多彩的画卷。

充满遗憾的美丽人生

“如果你为错过太阳而哭泣，那么你也会错过繁星。”泰戈尔如是说。昭君出塞，茫茫大漠上无处不吟唱着悲歌，但昭君出塞是为了自己的祖国，为国为民。又有谁说她的人生不美丽呢?邰丽华双耳失聪，听不到任何声音，但是她却从绝望的谷底舞到了艺术的巅峰，用指尖勾勒出人间最唯美的舞姿，一次又一次给人们带来震撼，又有谁说她的人生不美丽呢?海伦凯勒是一个既听不见也看不见的人，她没有见过大海的蔚蓝，也没有见过太阳的灿烂，她没有听过人们的欢笑，也没有听过鸟鸣的愉悦。所有的一切，对于她来说，只是一张白纸，但是她却描绘了最绚烂的图案，又有谁说她不美丽呢?她们的人生因缺憾而炫目，因缺憾而精彩。

充满挑战的灿烂人生

爱因斯坦曾说过：“踩着别人脚步走路的人永远不会留下自己的脚印。”蝴蝶，若没有拼尽全力挑战那只茧，怎么会拥有绚丽夺目的双翅。雏鹰，若没有鼓足勇气挑战脚下的高崖，怎么会拥有俯瞰万物的能力?种子，若没有坚持不懈挑战头顶的重石，怎么会拥有枝叶参天的繁茂?挑战自我，才可以超越局限;挑战自我，才能动力无限;挑战自我，人生亦将景致无限。

充满拼搏的绚丽人生

叶诗文拼搏人生，成为世界冠军;成龙拼搏人生，成为世界巨星;比尔。盖茨拼搏人生，成为世界首富……他们的人生在拼搏，也许很苦很累，甚至一些人认为短暂的人生应及时行乐，对他们一点也不理解。但他们用拼搏写出了最美的故事，这样苦这样累的人又何尝不是绚丽多彩的。

曾国潘有言：“山可移，海可填，日月既往，不可复活。”时间总在匆匆行走，我们要在这短暂的人生中，谱写美妙动人的乐谱，描绘绚丽的画卷，使我们的人生更加精彩，更加绚丽，更加精彩。

初春的天空白云飘浮，偶尔有凉风袭来，令人心旷神怡。

下午闲来无事，就去找奶奶玩耍。只见奶奶拿出一把芝麻大小的黑色种子，笑眯眯地对我说：“咱们来种菜子，怎么样?”我兴奋地点了点头。我抓起几粒菜子瞅了瞅，这菜子又黑又小，手一摸，滑溜溜的。不知咋的，好奇心驱使我伸出舌头，舔了舔，酸酸的，我赶紧捂住了嘴巴。奶奶笑了起来，说道：“这是种子，种地用的，不是吃的，当然不好吃啦!”我吐了吐舌头，跟着奶奶来到田埂上。

奶奶左手握着小铲子，右手捏着菜子，利索地走进菜田。奶奶让我倒一点水在泥土上，把土润湿，接着铲着湿土，裹在种子周围，我有些纳闷。奶奶告诉我，这是为了它在生长发芽的时候有充足的水分。我这才恍然大悟。接着，奶奶把裹着湿土的种子放入挖好的泥坑中，最后用铲子拍一拍，就种好了。

看着奶奶轻而易举地种下了小种子，我也蠢蠢欲动。我也学着奶奶的样子，左手握铲子，右手捏种子，用铲子挖点湿土，把种子放在上面，试图给它裹上湿土。可是，菜子就像个不听话的孩子，在我手里直打滑，湿土不是裹不上去，就是裹上了又华丽地掉下来，根本经不起折腾。我急得头上直冒汗。站在一旁的奶奶，看着焦急得不知所措的我，疼爱地笑了。她接过我手中的菜子，往上面洒一点水，用手搓了搓，泥就听话得服服帖帖地粘在菜子上，像一颗迷你的光滑的灰色汤圆似的，可爱极了。最后我把“迷你灰汤圆”放入挖好的泥坑中，填平，就大功告成了。

我一鼓作气，和奶奶一起把菜种子都种好了，奶奶拍拍我的脑袋，直夸我能干呢!
