幸福是什么？它又是如何获得的？这个问题看起开是如此的幼嫩，似乎任何一个还痛都可以回答，但这世界上却没有一个人可以给出一个完美的答案。幸福其实就是对自己的内心的一种产述，是心灵变化的美的图案，幸福由心而生，也由心而灭。我想起以为名人所说：世间的快乐和痛苦，不是**控在别人的手里，而是掌握在我们自己的手中。我们是自己幸福的最终决定者。我们若从爱心看待这世界，那么这个世界将会成为一个处处充满爱的天堂；如果我们若以悲愤的眼光来看这世界，那么这个人世界将会成为一个怒火焚烧的地狱。所以要想使这个世界成为天堂或地狱，那都取决于我们自身了。

因此，幸福就是一个过程，心灵上获得满足的过程。现在的许多人往往把财富的增长看成幸福感的增强，其实幸福与物质生活无关。而真正的快乐，只能来自于内心对生活，对世界的体会与感受，而不是来自于物质的享受，所以只有快乐才会感受到幸福。所以，幸福常常是很简单。简单到一句话、一首诗、一个眼神，一句问候等。幸福本来就没有绝对定义，平常的一些小事也往往能震动人的心灵，幸福是因感觉而生的。同样一个人，不同的时候有不同的幸福，当他饥饿可口时，他会觉得一块番薯，一口凉水就是幸福；幸福就是冬天泡个热水澡，夏天与家人同吃冰西瓜。幸福就是把自己的工作做好，又能拥有轻松的休憩时。

所以人生的幸福大多是主观的，无法从别人身上得到的，是不受外物所影响的，真正的幸福就蕴藏在自己的身上，幸福的源泉就来自于幸福的满足感。刚知足常乐，因而幸福是无处不在的。

拥有温馨的亲情是一种幸福，这是无容置疑的。对这种身边的幸福，我很长时间里却熟视无睹。我是经过意外受伤后的痛苦洗礼，才深切感受到拥有温馨亲情是多么幸福。

两年前春季的一个星期天，我到室外和小朋友玩耍，不小心扭伤了脚踝骨，脚脖肿得很粗。爸爸妈妈带我到医院拍片后，医生告诉我们，扭伤处有两小片碎骨，必须打石膏固定，在家静养一个月。为了我早日康复，可忙坏了爸爸妈妈和爷爷奶奶。腿不能行走，他们就轮流背着我上卫生间。脚脖痛疼和离群索居的烦闷，使我心情烦躁起来，他们就鼓励我要坚强，并用讲故事给我听，一起做游戏，来分散我的注意力，调节我的心情。亲人们的精心看护，我每天完全沉浸在那甜丝丝的爱的海洋中。为了能跟上班级学习进程，家里开设了“家庭课堂”。他们轮流当老师，爸爸妈妈教我英语，做过报社编辑的爷爷教我语文，当过教师的奶奶教我数学。脚上石膏拆掉后，他们每天带我到户外进行康复锻炼。我伤愈后到医院复查，医生说没留下任何后遗症。

回到学校正值期末考试，考试成绩在班级名列前茅。有的同学说我聪明，耽误了一个多月的课程还考得这么好。其实，这是与亲人的关爱分不开的。是浓浓的亲情给了我心灵的慰藉，给了我战胜伤痛的力量，也使我真切地品味到了幸福。亲情是一种幸福，就在我们身边。只要我们用真心去感受，时刻都能发现它。

一、母爱似海

“唉!怎么又下雨啦!爸爸有病不能来接我，这下又该淋成落汤鸡啦!”我背着书包心里不停埋怨着，随着熙熙攘攘的人群冲进了“雨帘”。校门外，前来接学生的家长络绎不绝，望着那一张张温馨的笑脸容进那欢乐的伞下，真是羡慕不已。

我，仍继续孤寂的走着，走着，无依无靠。任像牛毛，像花针，像细丝的秋雨落在我身上，任那飒飒秋风撩乱我的头发，我却依然走着……无意间，一个身穿红色上衣，留着短发的形象映入我的眼帘。“妈妈!”我心头微微一振，“是她吗?是她吗?”心中奄奄一息的火把似乎重新点亮了，揉揉眼睛，“对，是妈妈!”心灵的窗口对我的判断给予肯定。“妈——妈!妈——妈!”我放开喉咙尽情地呼喊着，尽情地让眼中的泪花流淌着，尽情地让脑中兴奋因子活跃着……尽情地偎依在妈妈温暖的怀里。在风中，她的脸是那么黝黑，她的手是那么粗糙，然而，她立在那儿却是那么挺拔，那么坚定……

二、父爱如山

又是一个澄碧的天空，路旁的麻雀叽叽的叫个不停。我向往日那样高兴的与同学走出校门，“爸爸!”我叫道，眼里洋溢着欢乐，但这次爸爸却与我步行而走，我心中一阵不悦：“怕骑摩托车费油，还是费事?”想着，想着，便加快了步伐，与爸爸隔一定距离。一路上，心中的扫兴与怒火不停地交织、升华。终于到了家，我把书包一扔，看起电视来，“咦，爸爸这会儿该到家了!”正想着，门“吱呀”一声，爸爸提着水果走了进来，微笑地说：“闺女，在学校泡一周了，多补补!”我无奈接过苹果，发现爸爸却拿了一个小包去了卧室，我随后悄悄跟了上去，却发现爸爸正在吃药，随后是阵阵剧烈咳嗽，我的心一下子紧张起来，刚才对爸爸的怨气全都跑到九霄云外去了，而那阵阵咳嗽却像刀割一般刺痛我的心脏，使我无法呼吸。我哭了，无言的流着泪，这泪中有理解，有关怀，更有无限的感激，这泪中昭示着父爱的伟大。

这就是感动，她像初春的暖风，能融化心灵的坚冰;她像盛夏的浓阴，能消除心灵的烦躁;她像深秋的枫叶，能浸染心灵的底色;她像隆冬的白雪，能荡涤心灵的尘埃。这就是爱——一道亮丽的风景线，母爱如光，天涯海角依旧闪烁，父爱如山，异国他乡依旧炽爱。这更是父母爱的始点，爱的巨点!

三、爱意悠悠

为了我们的成长，爸爸妈妈无私奉献了他们的大半生，我们已经渐渐长大，在爱的抚育中渐渐长大……
