On the New Years Eve, everyone will get together and have a big meal. They wont go to bed until 12. On the New Years day, everyone will wish others "Happy New Year". Children can get lucky money. They will wear new clothes. The children are the happiest, because they can wear new clothes and get lucky money.

中国是一个泱泱大国，更是一个文明古国，她那无比灿烂的中华文化更是绵延了五千年之久，辽阔的疆域造就了各地不同的风土人情。

而我的家乡，素有“江北小苏州”之称的济宁，也有很多风俗习惯。

每当过年时，人们都会穿上新衣、新鞋，以新的面貌迎接新年的到来，北京的舅舅一家也会赶回来过年。终于到了大年三十这一天，只有这一天是这么的与众不同，平时车水马龙的大街上如今空空荡荡，家像一块吸铁石把人们吸附在它的身边，千里万里遥远的儿女们都要赶回家过年，人们都在为团聚忙活着，有的剁肉馅、有的擀皮子、有的包饺子，而爷爷在准备给佛祖与祖先的供品，即是祭奠也是能多讨吉利。我还会在饺子皮中包上糖，传说谁吃到，他这一年都会甜甜蜜蜜，幸福快乐！而姥姥如果发现自己碗里有糖饺子总会悄悄夹到孩子们的碗里鼓励你多吃，而谁吃到就会兴奋的叫起来，大家也为他高兴。

吃完饺子，全家人都会坐到沙发上看电视，每年的春晚成为全中国最关注的节目。接近12点了，新春来临了，噼里啪啦的鞭炮响了起来，预示着新的一年里红红火火。

俗话说，正月十五前都是年。正月十五元宵节的传统是看花灯、吃元宵。如今又增加一项新的项目——放许愿灯，特别是今年中国的元宵节和西方的情人节是同一天，公园里满是放灯的人，天空中密密麻麻的升起了一盏盏灯，像满天的星斗那么壮观，映亮了整个夜空。

民俗民风，就是我们生长的血脉，是我们心里抹不去的最美好的回忆。

过春节是我童年记忆中最快乐的时候，有伙伴玩，有不同的零食吃。如果做完了作业，那就更好，想干什么就干什么。

记得过春节时，我妈妈买了些好吃的，接着就请一些亲戚朋友来到家里做客。那时，大家玩得可开心了！我和我的小伙伴们有时做游戏，有时玩电脑，有时写作业，还有时会在楼顶上小心翼翼地边看烟花，边玩烟花大战。可有趣了，大家都玩得乐哈哈的！

春节的那天，大家来到我家吃团圆饭，喝团圆酒，还包了许多红包给我们这些小朋友。哥哥就有七百多，我比哥哥多，有一千多块钱。哥哥打算自己用一百，其余的全部都留到奶奶过生日的时候用。我就打算把这些压岁钱存起来，奶奶过生日时，也会用一些钱买礼物，包红包送给奶奶。

春节很快就过去了，我们真想每一天都是春节。小伙伴们依依不舍，不舍得让春节这么快就离去，不想离开这美好的时光。

很快又进入了新的学期。在新的学期中，我们大家决定，一定要好好学习，天天向上，用优异的学习成绩来迎接下一个春节。

as we know, our country suffered heavy snow last spring festival. everything was covered with heavy snow. it made the buses, trains and planes stop. millions of people couldnt go home. many people suffered trouble. there was no food, water or light in some places. our government called on people to fight against heavy snow. as a student, i think we should learn from those heroes. we must study hard at school. we should learn all kinds of knowledge to make our motherland stronger, better and richer.

During my high school years, I have found chemistry, physics, and mathematics interesting.Actually, I am interested in many subjects such as biology, history, geography, Chinese, and English.But somehow I cannot remember the historical events or the facts about geography in detail. I cannot remember biological terms well, either.On the other hand, chemistry, physics, and mathematics are easy for me because they seem logical to me.After considering my interests and talents I feel that science or engineering might be the best choice for my career.I would like to study science or engineering in college.After graduation from college I hope to go for higher education overseas.Eventually I would like to return to school to teach.This is my career plan.
