通过这次的培训学习,使我受益匪浅,提高了自己 的教学水平。使我对阅读课这种课型教学有了新的认识和了解。

阅读课教学老师应注意的几点:

1、 如何让学生有读的动机? 如何让想读、爱读,这是阅读课首先需要思考的问题。选择内容有趣、难度适中、适合学生口味的阅读材料,读前恰当设计几个小问题,结合学生的已有知识进行简单 的背景介绍等都可能有帮助。

2、 明确阅读课的目的。 获取信息、学习和应用所学语言知识、通过读来训练读的技能是几个主要方面都要落实到具体教学环节过程中去。

3、 交给学生读的方法。 把常用的阅读策略有计划有步骤地交给学生,比如浏览,扫描,题目,主题句,抓大意、找细节、判断态度等。各种技巧的安排要循序渐进,结合不同的阅读内容在阅读中渗透。而且多数技巧都需要教师不断提醒,不断示范引导才会逐渐被学生掌握。

4、 不同学生要有不同要求。

让他们各有收获。基础好的,要求速度和深度,基础不那么好的可以慢点,问题要简单点儿,只要能读懂一点,就是收获,应该收到肯定鼓励。有必要时,可以把用不同难度的材料来训练不同的学生。这样他们才不会过早放弃。也要积极想办法帮他们把基础补一补,帮他们及早赶上来。

5、循序渐进,莫要急躁。

阅读能力的提高是一个综合过程,需要时间 和积累,一般不会短期明显见效。对于阅读教学,教师最容易犯出现的问题就是求成心过于急切。这种急切的情绪会不自觉地带到课堂上,通过教师的言行举动神态传递无意中传递给学生,使得很多学生产生“阅读难”的印象,继而产生畏惧心理。特别是哪些基础不难么好的孩子。所以,阅读教学,教师首先要沉住气,不要急。眼睛要顶着学生的进步,心理存着学生的困难和问题,时时调整教学进度和教学方法,有计划的逐步训练提高学生的阅读能力。

6、词汇和句子的积累是阅读顺利进行的基础。没有语言素材的基础,阅读能力的训练提高就是无源之水,无本之木,不可能走远。所以,一方面阅读能力只能通过实际的读来训练,另一反面,阅读能力的提高有离不开语言知识的积累和丰富。阅读课也并不是只讲阅读技巧,只讲获取信息。重要的词语、句式、惯用法等也是阅读教学的有机组成部分不应该被排除到阅读教学课堂之外。

7、精心设计问题。阅读后的问题和活动设计最需要动脑筋。阅读课的成败 在很大程度上取决于这个环节。首先,问题要有层次,有非常简单的表层问题,在文章中可以很容易地找到答案。让学生体验到阅读地成就感。也有稍微隐蔽一点地问题,需要学生对阅读文本表面意思之后的实际意思的理解 。更复杂的问题可能涉及到文章主旨,作者态度等,需要学生综合全文来考虑,要求自然就高些。不同的问题,可以给不同的学生回答。其次,有难度的问题,教师应该耐心示范如何通过文中的点滴信息进行推理提炼的过程,不经教师明确示范就要求学生自己去探究,有时候太费时间而效果也不见得好。最后,阅读一般不会是一次就完成的。通常情况下,师生共同寻找问题答案的过程中,需要不断地回到阅读文本中去,这个过程就是学生的学习发生的过程,也是师生真正交流的过程,在这个过程中教师应该敏感 地捕捉到学生阅读中存在的困难,并及时提供应对措施。

每次阅读课之后,教师需要总结反思。材料是否合适?时间控制是否得当?学生的困难在哪?进步在哪?哪些学生有困难,哪些困难是普遍的?教师设计的那些方法效果好?以后 如何改进?这样不断根据上课学生情况反馈进行反思,日积月累,不断总结,把好的方法技巧记录下来,时间长了就是自己的教学路子。慢慢就会成为阅读教学的专家了。

一、心得体会

在培训中给我印象最深的是北美教师那生动幽默的教学方法和以学生为主体的教学理念。北美英语教师擅长用艺术性教学,艺术性教学指的是把教学活动作为创造性的,给人带来美感的艺术活动来对待,充分发掘学生的学习语言潜力的一种教学手段。在英语的艺术教学过程中,教师把一般性的听、说、读、写教学活动上升为美的创造和欣赏,使学习过程变得愉快、轻松。学生的动机、兴趣、情感、自信心等非智力因素自然得到开发。艺术性教学是通往良好的语言环境的重要途径。常见的艺术化教学形式有:游戏、表演、猜谜、唱歌等。

此外北美教师在课堂上常用TPR教学法,TPR即全身反应法,我觉得这种教学法在课堂上实施起来容易,且能让学生边做动作,边学知识,学生学得比较活跃。医学界认为人只有不断地运动,促进血液循环,脑部才能得到足够的营养。小学时期是学生脑部发育的关键时期,老是让学生像木头一样,上课要一本正经地坐着,会严重阻碍他们脑部的正常发育,影响他们的思维能力,这不利于他们的健康成长。另一方面,儿童教育心理学认为:小学生是好运动的,即使是小学高年级学生,若要让其坐着而手脚不动是困难的,这不利于他们的学习和发育。我想,全身反应法使课堂成为让学生动起来的课堂,这样,课堂上动起来,会在一定程度上缓冲学生的疲劳。

在教学中北美教师注重面向全体学生,为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。鼓励学生大胆地使用英语,对他们学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度,为他们提供了自主学习和相互交流的机会以及充分表现和自我发展的空间,鼓励学生通过实践,合作等方式发展听、说、读的综合语言能力。

北美教师非常关注学生的情感,课堂上注重营造宽松、民主和谐的教学氛围。在教学中他们的言谈举止,音容笑貌都能体现出对学生的尊重,把英语教学与情感教育有机地结合起来,创设各种合作学习的活动,促使学生互相学习,互相帮助,体现集体荣誉感和成就感,发展合作精神建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道,做到了教学相长。

北美教师注重拓展学生的文化视野,发展他们的实践能力。在教学中北美老师常用简笔画、唱歌、演剧等方法进行教学,简比画是一个很好的教学方式,通过几笔简单的勾画就能让学生直观,生动地感受到他们的内涵意义;演剧、唱歌也是特别好的方法,课堂唱歌、演剧不仅活跃了课堂气氛,也加强了英语口语的练习,同时也能培养学生的独立表演能力和团队精神,同时也体现了成功的乐趣,从而达到了用英语交流和做事的目的。

二、建议与意见

另外对于小学英语教师的培训我有一些不成熟的想法:由于小学英语教师大多是转岗教英语,水平参差不齐,大多没有经过正规的英语专业学习,因而在培训中,首先狠抓语言基本技能的培训,培训可采取分班教学,循序渐进的办法。培训的内容应涉及英语阅读、中西方文化差异、儿童心理学、英语教材教法理论、英语课堂教学设计、课堂活动组织、英语授课、活动教学等。其次,加强口语特别是语音的训练。小学英语教师除了要有娴熟的英语教学理念和技巧之外,良好的英语口语能力也是不可或缺少的。第三,集中与分散相结合培训。如暑假开学前集中几天培训为开课做准备。内容可讲字母书写、语音语调、教唱英语歌曲、简笔画等基本功训练,及熟悉英语教材的特点。学期中集中几天解决小学英语课的课堂操作,并进行课堂模式研讨会,优秀教师现场作课。进行集体说课、备课等活动,使绝大多数转岗英语教师尽快进入角色,在大胆的摸索中,逐渐掌握小学英语课每部分的操作力度,体现愉快教学。期中、期末各可集中培训一天,分散培训他们对教材重点、难点及考试评估形式的掌握。并要求以各乡为单位试出一份期末试题,以审查他们对该教材的重、难点的理解及对一至四会内容的把握。

总之,本次培训对我来说的确是受益匪浅,从中不但开阔了我的文化知识视野,同时也吸取了不少新的教育方法和理论,但是在我心中还有一点遗憾,就是有恨——恨这次的培训时间太短太短,太短了!自己所学远远不能满足教学的需要,在此我衷心的希望在今后的教学中多开展一些类似的培训活动,多给我们一些学习的机会,以便使我们的小学英语教学再登新台阶。

写作是一个由浅入深、由易到难、由简到繁的训练过程,任何一个环节出问题都会影响学生写作能力的培养。因此,盲目的训练往往多做无用功,我们必须在平时就十分注重方法与技巧。

1、注意多种训练方法相结合。

与任务(task)相结合。目标明确, 如写“我的梦中小屋”,有目的的引导学生画画、描述、说明想要的小屋。调动学生的积极性,所以在培养学生这方面的能力时,我尽量与教学的多种任务相结合,而不是纯粹布置一篇作文。贯穿这节写作课的也是一系列的任务。

2、平时注重解题技巧的养成:

1). 准备工作 ①.仔细审题,明确要求 ②.紧扣要点,寻求思路。

2). 写作之中 ①.开门见山,紧扣主题。②.语言正确,规范地道。尽量使用学过的、最熟悉也最有把握的句型、结构,应尽量避免中国式英语。要养成正确运用标点符号的好习惯,切忌一点到底的错误方法。③.重短轻长, 就易避难。④.过渡自然,表达流畅。注意前后句、上下文尽量过渡自然,正确使用and, or, but, because, so, then, after等词,保持行文的流畅。不重复使用可置换的词,如描述“我的梦中小屋”时,可以用firstly, secondly, then, after that等表示先后的序列词。

3).成文之后

鼓励学生学会批改自己的习作。

①.一般语法项目的检查——英语中的人称、时态、单复数、习惯用法等都是非常重要的,即使在朗读中好像全理解,但在动笔的实践中就往往出错。如我们这篇作文多用一般现在时,第一人称。

②.注意语序——英语中的疑问句、感叹句和宾语从句都是通过语序的变化来构成和体现的,不注意会出现错误和意义上混淆。本篇作文要注意感叹句的语序。

④.书写规范,卷面整洁。卷面不整洁,使人无法看清你写的究竟是什么,那么就可能按错处理。所以在写时,我让学生一定要先打草稿。

四、教学目标。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的:要求学生背诵并默写,培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词,2个常用句子或习语。实施:利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查,保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度:规定晨读内容,加强监督,保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度:对英语学习实行量化制度,每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会,让进步的同学体会到成就感,让落后的同学找出差距,感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围,培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

传统的英语教学模式中,学生自使自终是被动者,即使是一些很有天赋的好学生。久而久之,也缺乏了创造力。不少学生的学习参与意识差,不愿主动思考和提出问题,更不主动解决问题。依赖于教师现成的说教答案,因此,教师必须更新教学观念,树立心的学生观和教学观。我认为,新的学生观最本质的内容就是在教学中真正能够树立合作教学的观念新的学生观念作根本的出发点就是尊重学生,在英语教学汇总充分发挥每个学生的主体作用,使他们真正成为学习的主人。

(三)渗透情感与学生建立良好的师生关系

情感具有迁移作用。亲其师,则信其道。学生对老师的情感能改善学生对所学学科的倾向性。只要师生建立起相互信赖的感情,学生对老师所提出的要求就容易接受。我们的教学活动能就比较顺利地开展。学困生并非自然固有。学困生渴求得到尊重与关心,信任与理解。教师只有用真诚的爱才能使他们感到温暖,消除自卑,树立信心,才能使他们自尊、自爱、奋发进取。我认为,对于学困生,只要我们真诚地给予关心和帮助,他们也会以爱和敬意来回报我们。他们是不会让老师失望的。

(四)赏识教育让学困生树立自信心

自尊心是一个人对自身的评价,对自身存在的价值和态度的体现。任何学生都有自尊心和荣誉感,每当自己在学习上取得点滴成绩时,总希望得到老师的表扬,学困生更是如此。差生由于羞怯心理,往往在课堂上不敢开口,因此,我对学困生从不大声呵斥,而是具体深入地分析他们之所以差的原因,然后对症下药,循循善诱,在加强辅导的同时,根据学生的发展情况进行有弹性的鼓励。实践证明:利用语言表扬、神情暗示、肢体示意等多种方法,给予学困生以的鼓励是行之有效的,能使他们对自己充满自信,树立学好英语的信心。

另外,学生在学习策略和情感态度方面也存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:许多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,学习缺乏主动性、自觉性;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习和课后复习工作,学习没有计划性和策略性,也不注意知识的积累和巩固。

最后,学生对新教材缺乏一定程度上的了解,还不适应新课改指导下的一些教学方法。在课堂上,习惯像以往被动地接受所传授的知识,不善于发现和总结语言规律,学习的主体性不突出。

三、教材与教辅的分析

1、内容与结构

每一单元除了关注阅读、写作、听力、视听说等语言实践活动,还关注语言知识、情感态度、文化意识和学习策略等。其中,教材加强了文化意识的提高和学生学习策略的培养,是相较于以前教材很大的不同。

2、教材的特点

首先突出学习者的发展,包括注重学习策略的培养和使用;注重提高学生的语言认知能力;为教师和学生提供个性化的选择;其次努力提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。具体为:为学生提供更多的体验真实语言的机会;精心设计教学活动,使学生看到明确的目标和明确的成果;为学生发展语言运用能力提供详尽的语言支持;重视复现。

3、教材的重难点

该套教材强调学生综合语言运用能力的培养和提高,所以重点在于培养学生用英语获取信息、处理信息的能力;用英语分析问题、解决问题的能力;用英语进行思维和表达的能力。难点在于学生在情感态度和学习策略上的改变,达到用英语思维和表达的目标。

4、教学目标

⑴总体目标:激发学生学习英语的兴趣,树立自信心。在整个教学过程中,让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累,并形成正确人生观、价值观,有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力。同时培养自主学习能力,积累学习方法。

⑵具体目标:结合学生基础知识过于薄弱的实际,在教学刚开始的阶段,注意高一和初中知识的衔接,例如复习音标和字母拼读规律,积累基础词汇、词语搭配、句型,熟悉不同单元呈现的语法规则,掌握实际用法。希望第一学期后,学生能培养学习的兴趣,养成较好的学习习惯,对基础知识有一定的掌握。

5、教学措施

⑴让学生每天积累几个单词,利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查,保证效果并坚持下去。

⑵认真贯彻晨读制度:规定晨读内容,加强监督,保证晨读效果。

⑶实行过程性评价,调动学生积极性,通过不同方式的检测,让进步的同学体会到成就感,让落后的同学找出差距,感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围,培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

该书提供了英语教学中最基本最实用的表达句式。Part1中介绍英语课堂中常用句式。Part2中介绍在指导学生4种技能及词汇、语法、发音时需要用到的表达方式。Part3中介绍在练习、游戏、文体活动、分组活动等各项活动中需要用的英语表达。Part4中收录了教师与学生之间常用交流句式。此外,在附录中还为学生们整理了不同主题的英语课堂常用语,这样更有利于师生之间的互动交流。

在课堂用语的表达中,常常存在一些问题。比如,在课堂中往往表达比较随意,用语不够规范。再则,表达时词汇单调,显得乏味,不能给学生很好的丰富语言的范例。久而久之,对于学生能力的提升没有正面的帮助。正因为知道教师课堂语言的重要性,如何在这方面得以改进提高,是非常重要的!

那往往哪些因素在影响着我们教师的语言呢?首先由于教师采用的教学方法不同,每位老师的教育背景和教育理念不同,采用的教学方式也各异,因而呈现出的教学用语也不一样。其次,教师的性格,教师的情感也起到一定影响。再则,学生英语程度的高低,也会影响教师课堂用语所花时间的长短。

怎样可以帮助自己提高这方面的能力呢?首先,还是要规范自己的英语表达,先做到正确无误,不能有中式英语。尽量避免受母语的影响,在表达时,句式,语法要多吸收纯正的英语表达,使自己在课堂中能流利地表达自己的想法。

其次,要深入浅出,根据学生的年龄和知识特点,选择适合他们层次水平的语言,但要略高于学生的水平,这样有利于提高学生的能力。逐渐乃至全部使用英语去讲解新学的词汇,句子等等,让学生使用英语的能力得到提升。挖掘教材中隐性的一些话题,让学生拓展思维,去进行互动交流。

再则,教师语言要生动风趣,幽默灵活。这样的课堂,教师往往能利用自己的教育机智,让课堂变得更加活跃,消除学生的紧张情绪,创造更好的语言交流氛围。

然后,教学语言也可和板书,肢体语言相配合。让课堂中的表达更丰富,让学生更显而易见地明了自己的表达,更容易地互相交流。

接着,尽量用“积极语言”代替“消极语言”,给学生更多的鼓励与肯定,培养学生的学习积极性。每一个人都有自卑的心理,尤其是学生在回答后,如果给他太直接的否定的答案,可能会使他产生消极的学习情绪,换种表达,可能对学生来说,有意想不到的效果。

作为英语老师,我们的语言真的非常重要,相信我们多些学习,更关注下自己的课堂用语,对学生的学习起到积极的正面作用,相信他们也会更爱学英语。
