Reflection after going home

"When a good student is difficult, when a good leader is more difficult, it is even more difficult to be a good leader." I have realized the meaning of this sentence, or the old saying, reflect on yourself. Hope they can be positive later!

秋冬已过，同样逝去了一切快乐与烦恼的上学期。春节已过，留不下酸甜快乐的寒假。又是一个新学期，开学了……

重新分组

这个学期，更要有新的面貌，老师便让我们换新组，接触新组员。等老师发下名单来，我就焉了：我们组的三位男生都是搞怪大王，女生也有点不尽人意。再看看其他组，都是一样的表情。组长们的眉头都紧锁着，眼神中也都有些失望。看来，大家都有难题喽！希望以后新的组员更会积极向上！

组员风波

一波未平，一部又起。老师又安排了新的任务……装饰墙面。我的兴奋劲又提起来了，又可以与一组同学大展身手一番了！我早早的选好墙面，就与组员们讨论设计方案。咦，怎么一个个都无精打采的？不管了，先说吧！不管三七二十一，我把老师给我讲的内容一五一十的告诉了组员们，让他们想想办法。可我听到的是：“这些事你自己就能办了呀，何必我们再出谋划策？”我自己就可以？难道我们不是一个组的吗？我耐心的说：“以后大家同在一个组，咱们团结一心，把咱们的组搞好，把学习搞上去，让咱们的组成为班里最优秀的组。这次的墙面大家你一个点子，我一个点子，这样大家不就能齐心弄得更加完美了吗？”我苦口婆心地说着，可组员就是无动于衷，我的心里无名火已经上到嗓子眼了，我强忍着，我想：我也不是十全十美的，同在一个组，就应该好好相处，团结一心，这样才有可能提高大家的协作精神和团结的意志啊！我感觉到组员的懒惰，我不知他们是怎么想的？难道为小组做一点贡献就这么难吗？为什么都要推卸责任呢？为什么都在一组就不能团结一心呢？我的一片热心被当头浇了一盆带冰的冷水！让我从头凉至脚！

回家后的反思

“当一个好学生难，当一个好的组长更难，当一个好组长好学生更是难上加难！”我算深刻明白了这句话的含义，还是那句老话，也反思反思自己吧！希望他们以后能积极向上！

It goes without any question that career plays a key role in our life. In the very first place, career can give us an aim to live on. Without career, much of our living time will be certainly wasted. On the other hand, family is also an indispensable part of life, as many people will admit. Family is always regarded as a place where we can escape from troubles in life. In addition, we can obtain a sense of belonging to from family. Without it, anyone will feel lonely and desperate.

In my opinion, career and family are not in opposition to each other. Rather, they can enhance each other so that one’s life can become better and better. Therefore, it’s not a choice between right and wrong, but one between ideal and practical.

John is the most diligent student in our class. He is one of my friends. As a matter of fact, he gets along with his classmates. He might spend just five to ten minutes talking to you once in a long while, but he talks with enthusiasm and energy, and he likes to share his thinking and ideas with you. He is honest; he does not like to waste his time and energy. He never appears sleepy and tired in the classroom. He always hands in homework on time and also does well in his examinations, yet he has time practicing playing football and his violin skill. I admire him. I hope I can be as diligent as he is; John is persistent, attentive, and energetic.
