四年级的时候，我又遇到了姜笑光老师。她不仅注重我们的学习，还十分关心我们的身体。那年冬天，我三天两头地感冒，上课经常因为咳嗽而呕吐。姜老师看到了，语重心长地对我说：“昂然啊，光学习好不行，还要注意锻炼身体”。后来，在平时的千米跑中，老师让我在外圈跟着走。渐渐地我开始能坚持跑下来了，天长日久，我的身体强壮了很多，跑操对我来说再也不是什么难事了。

刚上五年级的时候，我的思想比较浮躁，学习态度不认真，这种苗头被我的班主任邹翠华老师发现了，她多次找我谈心，教育我要有一个好的学习态度。她还主动和我妈妈沟通，帮助我端正学习态度。后来，我上课认真听讲，积极发言，老师也经常表扬我的进步。

不仅如此，邹翠华老师还经常鼓励我们多读书，她经常对我们说：“只有养成好的读书习惯，才能写好作文”。有时，她自费买来一些适合我们读的好书，送给学习进步的同学，这让我们十分感动。

人们常用蜡烛成灰泪始干来形容老师，把自己的知识传授给学生，照亮我们前进的航程。我希望老师是幸福的、快乐的，能在未来分享我们成功的喜悦

元宵节是我国的传统节日，每年元宵节要吃汤圆，放烟花。

妈妈煮好汤圆了，我迫不及待的夹起一个放在嘴里，妈妈大叫;“小心点，别烫着。”咬上一口馅慢慢地流了出来，粘粘的。甜甜的味道好极了!

元宵节可少不了观花灯。吃完元宵，我和爸爸来到阳头广场。这里的花灯可真多啊!有“奔跑”的老虎。“吃草”的兔子。还有在“游动”的鱼儿。真是五花八门!都成了灯的海洋。光的世界!爸爸给我买了一个兔子花灯。只要一按按纽。兔儿便会唱起欢乐的歌。我连忙拿起我的老虎灯加入闹花灯的行列，之后我和爸爸去放烟花。

放烟花可有趣了。烟花的种类真多!有的还有的在放甩炮……人们正看得起劲，忽然，一个淘气的小朋友扔甩炮，人们吓得四处躲藏;我跟着爸爸放礼炮它喷着火焰天空冲去，“啪”的一声爆炸了，放出五彩的鲜花。

元宵节真有趣!

眼睛是心灵的窗口，是获得各种知识的重要途径。生活中我们处处都离不开眼睛，如果没有眼睛，世界将会变得一片黑暗，如果我们的眼睛出了问题，学习和生活将会遇到很多困难。尽管这样，我们有很多人还是不爱惜眼睛。在我的周围，已经有越来越多的同学带上了“小眼镜儿”，我的视力也逐渐下降，后来被医生诊断为假性近视。所以，保护眼睛这一点也被越来越多的人们重视起来。

在学校里，老师常常会交给我们一些保护眼睛的有效方法，例如写作业时手要离笔尖一寸，肚子要离桌面一拳，头要离书本一尺，要在正确的地方看书，而且还要经常做眼保健操。但这些却最容易被同学们忽视。

到底是什么让戴眼镜的人飞快增加呢?这个问题在我的脑海里不停地转悠。后来，我观察了很长的时间，也从网上查了资料，最终得出了结论。第一大原因：不用科学的方法去保护眼睛。有的同学长时间的看书、上网、看电视，使眼睛经常处于疲劳状态，并且不注意眼睛卫生。虽然我们学校要求同学们都要按时做眼保健操，但一部分同学还是不好好做，有的还躲在桌子底下。第二大原因：基因遗传。有的父母是近视眼，并遗传给了自己的孩子。不过这种情况好象不多，“小眼镜儿”往往是因为不爱惜眼睛造成的。

最后奉劝大家：我们一定要爱惜自己仅有的这一双眼睛，使我们的每一天都充满光明!

Nowadays, with the improvement of the people’s living standard, some people form a habit of raising small or domestic animals as pets. Does anyone have the same opinion of raising animals as pets? No, some people object to the idea of raising animals as pets. To them, animals have their own right to live a natural life like human beings. On the other hand, the way people raise animals as pets have a negative influence on the surroundings such as dogs’ barking at midnight, dogs’ chasing people on the street and so on. What’s more, some animals will transmit some diseases.

In my opinion, I do not like the idea to raise animals at pets. Animals have their own right to lead a life as they like. We should not deprive them of their natural right. In this way, we will live in a peaceful world in harmony with the other living creatures.

如今，随着人们生活水平的提高，有些人养成了饲养小动物或家畜作为宠物的习惯。一些养小狗或猫作为他们的宠物，而其他人饲养各种鸟类或鱼类作为他们的宠物。甚至还有一些人饲养蛇和其他不寻常的动物作为他们的宠物。

任何人都有相同的意见，饲养动物作为宠物吗?不，有些人反对将动物作为宠物饲养。对他们，动物有他们自己的权利，生活像人类一样自然。另一方面，人们饲养动物作为宠物的方式对环境有负面影响，如狗的叫声在半夜，狗追逐人在街上等。更甚的是，有些动物会传播某些疾病。
