Dear Sir,

I am highly disappointed in the proposed 2004-05 budget cuts to educa1ion. Taking away basic aid status and slashing our school budgets is a recipe for educational disaster in our school. The future lies with our children. They must have access to high quality educa1ion.

My husband and I have worked hard to be able to live in a school district that provides high quality education for our children. Cutting funding in districts like ours will have a negative impact on property values.

The school that my daughter attends is hardly wha1 I would describe as a "rich" school. Parents are asked to pay for books for all the classes, science supplies and for their students to participate in the performing arts among other items. If our school is to remain a world leader in technological development, cutting our school funds is the worst possible choice to make.

Education funds should not be diverted away from education.

学校生活，除了紧张的学习文化知识以外，我们也有好多丰富多彩的课余活动，其中最令我难忘的就是不久前我们班和他们班展开的一场激烈的拔河比赛。

那天，在老师的带领下，我们排着整齐的队伍雄赳赳、气昂昂地来到了操场上，同学们一个个摩拳擦掌，一副胸有成竹的样子。首先是男生组，比赛开始了，随着裁判老师一声令下，只见我们班的男同胞们个个拉开弓步，紧紧咬住牙根，憋足气，身体使劲往后倾，拼了命要把绳子中间的铃铛往自己的那边拉，我们女生则在一旁为他们呐喊助威：“一、二、加油!一、二、加油!”男同胞们按着我们啦啦队的节奏一同出力。对方队员们也不甘示弱，个个铆足了劲，用尽全部力气把绳子向后拽。当时的形势，双方可谓是势均力敌，难分胜负

“赢了，赢了，我们胜利了!”霎时间，同学们欢呼雀跃，激动得紧紧相拥，掌声与欢呼声经久不息，欢声笑语响彻天空……

轮到我们女同胞比赛了，怀着一颗颗必胜的心，我们上场了，男同胞们则在一旁为我们鼓劲加油，争夺非常激烈，那中间的铃铛在双方之间不停地摆动，铃铛离我们这边一点一点地逼近了，就差一点点了!忽然，我觉得绳子在慢慢地往对方那边移动，这时候的我，多么希望自己拥有两个人的力量啊，我憋足了气，脸涨得通红通红，咬着牙，拼命往后拉，只见那铃铛慢慢地向我方移动了一点，可是不一会儿又被对方拉过去了，而且越来越多，虽然我们使出了浑身的劲，啦啦队也在拼命地呐喊着，可是，最终那铃铛还是被对方夺过去了，我们成为了对方女生的手下败将。

一场激烈的拔河比赛宣告结束，虽然最终我们班没有赢过他们班，但是同学们在比赛的过程中所表现出来的凝聚力和集体的荣誉感至今仍让我深深地感动着……

“加油、加油!”咦?这是哪里传来的加油声?哦，原来是我们学校各班正在举行大课间活动。

操场上，人山人海，欢声不断。你瞧，两千多名师生同时汇聚在操场进行各项体育活动，简直成了欢乐海洋。同学们尽情玩乐，有的跳绳，有的打排球，有的打乒乓……其中，我们班的“8”字穿跳，更是笑语不断，精彩纷呈。42位同学，两个人摇绳，其他40人会跳的，不会跳，齐上场，如游龙一般。

前几年，妈妈买了一辆小轿车，平时就用这车接送我上学。但是车在外面跑，车身就会脏，脏了就要洗。妈妈很少到外面洗车。在空闲的时候，她会把院子里的水龙头接上皮管，给车子“洗澡”。在“哗哗”的清水冲刷之下，车子变得干干净净，但是那些变脏了的水却顺着下水道“哗哗”地流走了。

妈妈觉得这么多的水流走很可惜，就改变了洗车的方式。首先，她用掸子掸去车上的灰尘，然后在特意准备的几个塑料桶里注满清水，把毛巾浸湿后擦拭车身。等一桶水浑浊之后再换上另一桶。用了差不多三桶水之后，妈妈就拿来干毛巾擦车子，车子很快就干净了。

洗了车的浑水妈妈不舍得倒掉，而是放在院子的角落里沉淀。一段时间后，浑水变得清澈了。妈妈就用这些水浇灌家里的花草。

听妈妈说，车子一个月一般要洗四次，接皮管冲洗每次需要一吨多水，就得花2元钱。改成擦洗起码能减少一半用水，那一个月就能省下4元钱，一年就是48元钱，而且废水还能够浇灌花草，一举两得。

原来，只要我们有心节约，从身边做起，从小事做起，就能节省下那么多水。

我们国家有13亿人口，要是大家一起节约用水，省下的水是多么惊人啊!这些省下的水可以缓解我们的旱情，秀美我们的山川，清澈我们的溪水，湛蓝我们的海洋……

我们家的电视机在每晚6点到7点之间总是非常“忙碌的”，要被不停的换台，这就是我们家每天上演的“抢电视节目”。

爸爸喜欢看体育频道，各种体育新闻、体育比赛大都爱看，“抢电视”时还是不时用用在足球场、篮球场上学来的招数，要是这天他没抢到电视，那这晚的电脑就是他的啦！

电视剧是妈妈的最爱，而且每晚“抢电视”时，也正是电视台播出肥皂剧的黄金时间，所以妈妈也时常抢得不亦乐手啊！

我则热衷于科学节目，什么探索频道、动物世界，都是我每天的“必抢节目”。

看，我们家今天的“抢电视”节目又开始啦！

妈妈飞快的吃完饭，“笨鸟先飞”嘛，立刻冲到电视机前，打开电视就看了起来，我见妈妈已经抢到了电视，我也飞快地吃晚饭，心想：怎么抢呢？忽然，我叫到：“妈妈！电脑上有你的电子邮件！”“啊？”妈妈急忙起身跑去看电脑，我赶快钻着这个空子，跳上沙发，拨到探索频道，津津有味的看了起来。这时爸爸怎么还不出动啊？真不知道他葫芦里卖的什么药。我正放下遥控器拿起一个苹果来吃呢，只见爸爸潇洒的放下碗筷站起身，飞快地向我冲来，像一阵龙卷风似的把遥控器“卷”走了，悠闲地拨到体育频道看了起来，这时正在直播一场足球赛，爸爸叫到“哈哈！好球！”，今天我的抢电视计划又失败了，就干脆回屋写作业去了。

这就是我们温馨又其乐融融的家！

从沉沉的梦醒来后，我感觉自己的头变得很尖，手也没法动弹。我猛地惊醒过来，发现我变成了一架战斗机，正在工厂里!

亲爱的王老师:

您好!这六年的时光就快要结束了，但您却永远的留在我们的心中，在我们的心中留下不一样的记忆。

您为我们付出了多少心血，为我们上了多少节思想课，可是我们总是记不住您的教诲。总是嘴上说的好听，却没有实际行动，从来不好好按照您的要求去做。

您曾经说过，您以为我们虽然顽皮，但我们应该知道分寸，可是我们却让您失望了，我们就是不团结。

您说:“我知道你们贪玩，谁都喜欢玩，但玩归玩，是不是要先把学习搞好再玩。你们也知道团结就是力量，但为什么就是不团结呢?你们现在就像一盘散沙一样，怎么也聚不在一起。我现在已经对你们彻底失望了……”

您的这一席话，彻底的激发我们的斗志。我们知道我们不团结，但我们想对您说的是:“我们以前是很不团结，但自从有了你，我们确实不一样了。你说的对，我们就是一盘散沙，但散沙也是需要一个命中注定的人来聚拢我们，而那个人，我们已经认定就是您了!您就是我们的中心!我们这次深深地认识到了自己的错误，我们希望在以后的日子里，您可以再给我们一次机会，再次聚拢我们，这次我们一定会认真的去改正并化友谊为力量!”

老师，马上就真正到了分别那一天，我们相信您会在我们的脑海中留下完美的印象，永远也不会忘记你。最后，我代表全班谢谢您能让我们在一起了那么长的时间，我们一定会一辈子都你铭记着您的教诲!

Everyone have their own favorite season. Someone loves the spring the most,

while other one loves winter.The one who like summer might for its hot weather

and they can enjoy the ice-cream, while the autumn fans might love the sky

floating leaves.For me, I love the four seasons equally, I cannot tell which one

i love the most, because all of them have the special reason that makes me

adored them.

Spring is a wonderful season to celebrate rebirth and new life. When it

comes to spring, everything looks so full of vigor. The grass out from the land,

the branches grow new leaves, and the colorful flowers show up everywhere, all

of this beautiful scenery makes people feel encouraged and reborn.

Summer is a magnificent season, which bring warm to us, letting us wave for

it and releasing the passion. Summer is an exuberant season that always makes

people have stirrings to do something. Also, thinks to summer that makes

swimming and surfing much funnier and the ice-cream taste more delicious.

Autumn, fruit is fragrance and fruit. Autumn is the season of harvest, fall

chrysanthemums spit release each other, and a thriving scene. Autumn is the only

season that we could see the leaves flying in the sky. And it is especially

important for Chinese; one of a day of autumn which called mid-autumn festival

brings family together and enjoys happy family reunion.

Winter is a season makes people feel sad and cold, but a warm, toasty house

may feel great in the winter, that is the only charm that other season doesnt

have. Nothing is greater on a cold day than a hearty hot bowl of soup. Moreover,

we can make a snowman and have snow high in winter.

Every season has its own lovely charm, I love them all.

叶的离去，是风的遗弃，还是树的不挽留？在这阵阵凄凉中，落叶划出了一道道美的痕迹。

秋日黄昏，残阳如血。

漫步在林间小路上，看着那落叶一只只飞倦了的蝶，在风儿的陪伴下悄然离去，在那离开的一瞬结束了与树的告别。望着这美景，我心中的股股激流喷涌而出。

这叶儿，在离开树的那一瞬间，没有悲伤，也没有呻吟，只有默默的飘然而去，在落地的那一暖，留下永恒的微笑。

这叶儿呀，就这样默默的为大树奉献了一生。春天，鸟儿在这里栖息，为你歌唱，风儿也来为你嘻戏，轻抚着你的脸颊；夏天，你为大家撑起一片阴凉，小孩子们在你下面，嘻戏玩耍，而现在你却要离开，但我看不到一丝怨言。

就这样，你头也不回的离开了枝头，因为你知道，“落红不是无情物，化作春泥更护花。”对吗？虽然你已离去，但不久之后，在你曾经呆过的地方，还会有一片新绿再长出了，是把。

人们都说落叶是无情的，是凄凉的，是悲伤的，但此刻，我却看到了一种真正的美丽。

我弯下腰去，双手小心翼翼的捧起一片落叶，我忽然感觉到落叶还没有死，我仿佛还能感受到它的体温，还能清晰的看到它那跳动的脉搏。啊，它还没有死。它正用一种新的方式来继续曾经的美，就算死也要投进根的怀抱。

我回到家中，小心翼翼把那片落叶装裱起来，放在桌上，时刻激励着我，虽然在桌上，它不是最值钱的，但它确是最珍贵的。

其实有些人，不正像这落叶吗？为了祖国这棵大树默默奉献着自己，虽然有些人还瞧不起他们，但他们才是最美的。

后记：风儿继续舞着，叶儿，继续飘着，仍旧在空中划出一道道完美的弧度，继续绽放它们真正的美丽。

在暑假，我们托管班举行了一次别出心裁的实践活动。

到达了目的地，我们来到一块空地，开始分组玩小游戏，玩到黄昏。躺在床上，还回味着小游戏。

第二天的活动，真是我们意想不到的意想不到，吃了蜜还甜上十倍—今天活动是打CS。而且打得异常激烈。

我们兴致勃勃地穿戴好装备，开始分组了，又让我们意外的是：家长一队，小孩一队！

一开始我们迅速占领至高点，把家长打的那叫一个惨，有的，刚走上战场就被围歼，有的拼命反抗，却被乱枪"带走"，有的"瑟瑟发抖"躲在角落，有的甚至把帽子丢在地上，气冲冲的走了。但是，我们被“老狐狸”骗了。他们趁我们放松警惕，便开始左右夹击，中间广场也有“狙击手”一时间，我们被打得晕头转向，死的死，伤的伤。唯一的办法就是从包围圈冲出去，原本有20几人，冲出包围圈，只剩下了五人，从台阶往下一跳。本以为风平浪静，可谁知草丛里都有伏兵！于是乎，我们被打成“筛子”了。好像泄气的气球，不情不愿，垂头丧气地走出营地。看着家长得意的表情，我比吃了十颗黄连还苦。

这一次别出心裁的活动，让我又惊又喜，也让我知道了：做人要谦虚，像诸葛亮一样谨慎。这是我一生中觉得最好玩又最别出心裁又最狼狈又最悲伤的一次活动，虽然有那么一丝丝的不服气，也有一点伤心，但，快乐总比悲伤大，我把打CS当成了一种游戏，从不记“仇”

My winter holiday is very dull. I stay at home for most of time. sometimes I visit my friends and play basketball with them. sometimes we go shopping.

One day, we go to the kfc. We have hamburgers, chicken coke and french fries. We have sore throats. We go home and have a rest. then we feel better. We go and play computer games! how mad we are!

This is the only thing i can talk about in the holiday.
