我一直是在同族的讥讽当中成长的。但是祖先临终留下的那句话却每天都在我耳畔响起：“当你的种子开始饱满的时候，山谷中就会有风，摇动你的腰枝，乘着风，把你的种子送出去，外面有阳光和水分!”

当季节的风再次在这个山谷中扬起，我知道，这一刻期待的太久。再次俯视山谷，跟同类们作最后一次的道别。

Although the winter holiday is very short, but we cant play because of the

上星期四我们学校举行了一次秋季运动会，我是班里的名将，当然要大显身手了，这次比赛我参加了：800米长跑和接力赛。 比赛要开始了，我匆匆赶到比赛现场，60米赛跑开始了，60米赛跑是小组赛，每5人一组，第一组就有我，体育老师一吹哨我们就想跑也不敢跑，怕抢跑被罚出场，体育老师和我们说：“我一吹哨你们就跑。”我们都点点头，体育老师又吹哨了，我们像火箭一样冲了出去，最后我以绝对的优势获得了冠军。

体育老师宣布说：“请参加200米的同学到比赛场地集合。”我听不是我参加的项目，我可以休息休息了。我有点沾沾自喜。

时间过的真快啊!一眨眼，六年的光阴就要像云烟一样的过去了，我就要毕业了。小学的生活是多么令人迷恋而依依不舍，现在我们就要各奔东西了。

我就要毕业了，在这二千多个日子里，我们就像一株幼苗，受老师的灌溉。似乎在教室里还有我们那琅琅的读书声，在操场上还有缭绕着我们的嬉戏声，在校园里还有我们欢笑的身影……在每一个脚落，我们都曾留下过难忘的回忆。

双休日，我们全校同学在沈一初举行了第18届田径运动会。

星期日的上午，我们排着整齐的队伍来到了沈一初。进场仪式开始了，首先，每个代表团的同学高举着牌子进场了。接着是一、二年级的全体同学进场。等轮到我们班时，所以同学都集中精神，迈着有力的步伐。大家齐声高喊我们班的口号：“奋力拼搏，拥抱胜利！”等到全校学生都进场完毕后，开幕式开始了。首先是全体起立，升国旗，奏国歌。接着由张书记宣布“沈家门第四小学第18届田径运动会开幕。”

八月十五，是中华民族最重要的节日之一—中秋节。

Like tangible cultural heritages such as the Great Wall and the Forbidden

City, intangible cultural heritages like Peking Opera and

Confucius-commemorating rituals are equally crucial. We should make our utmost

efforts to preserve intangible heritages because, without their physical form of

existence, they are in greater risk of extinction.

According to UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible

Cultural Heritage (2003), all forms of social customs and habits, folklore,

performing arts, rituals, oral traditions, festivals, traditional crafts and

various knowledge and practices about nature and universe can be classified as

intangible cultural heritages. As a country consisting of a great diversity of

ethnic groups and with time-honored history and civilization, China abounds in

intangible cultural heritages. Cultural heritages connect modern people with the

historical past, allowing them to acquire a cultural and historical identity.

Without cultural heritages, we would be rendered absolutely rootless and we

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

is also pathetic to see elderly people in possession of such legacies pass away

without transmitting them to the younger generation. Faced with those

challenges, we should both preserve and renovate our ancestral heritages so that

The Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional festival of the han. It is a very important festival in our hometown, so every year the Dragon Boat Festival is very busy.

The Dragon Boat Festival is the most indispensable, nature is zongzi, every year the grandmother of the Dragon Boat Festival and everyone will pack hundreds of big dumplings! 当然，最好玩的时候还是包粽子的时候。包粽子时，男人负责把肉切成不大不小的块儿;女人负责洗红豆、糯米之类的;小孩负责把大盆洗干净，再把大人加工好的东西装在大盆里;而老人们则负责指挥。一切准备好之后，就开始包粽子了。大人们干得格外卖力，而小孩们呢?却在一旁玩着，总是在大人们不注意时，偷一两颗蜜枣往嘴里塞，表面上似乎一点儿事都没做，可心里却暗暗自喜——因为蜜枣太好吃了!

最后一步就是煮粽子，烧火的外公总是把火候把握的很好，味道很香、很浓，如果在第一时间内吃粽子，你看到的肉粽子总是嫩地流油，看到的蜜枣粽子总是金黄柔嫩;看到的八宝粽子总是很可口，我们可爱吃了。

去年，要不是为了去盐城替舅舅、舅妈照顾表哥，外公外婆可能在包粽子哩。我突然有些“厌恶”舅舅、舅妈，他们家的经济条件不错，为什么不找个保姆?把我的欢乐端午节和粽子都“夺走了”，我好生气呀!也好怀念那味香色美的粽子呀!
