我想：塘下镇的环保工作做得太不到位了，人们的环保意识也太差劲了，每个人只考虑到自己的切身利益，而不注意保护大家的利益。其实只要我们多走几步，把垃圾集中起来处理，街道就会干净得多;工厂在排放污水的时候，把有害的物质处理了，塘河也就不会污染到没有鱼虾的安身之所了;大家都知道保护小树，在春天的时候，多植树，让树叶来阻滞灰尘，那么空气中的尘土也就不会这么多了。

现在大街上都是随处可见的垃圾。有的被风吹得满天都是，有的被风吹到了河中，还有的吹到了居民家的院子……有一些人不仅乱扔垃圾，还随意破坏大自然的花草树木，使它们不能再生，丢掉生命。这些现象已经严重毁掉了我们的生活环境，因此，我在此发起倡议：

五、不用一次性东西。有些人经常点外卖，造成一次性筷子的大量使用，这使大自然的树木不断减少。

六、不把垃圾扔进河里。有一些人经常把垃圾扔进水里，这一些垃圾随着水流漂进海洋变成了“海洋垃圾”，出海的渔船发动机经常失灵。

在这我倡议大家保护环境，不破坏花草树木，垃圾要进行分类。在各个街道多安装垃圾桶，让我们行动起来，一起保护我们的家园吧！

我正坐在沙发上，望着瓦蓝瓦蓝的天空，刹那间，金光四射，一下子把我带到了2020年。

我正在大街上散步，走着走着，在不知不觉中，我来到了西湖，西湖变得焕然一新，原本，在柏油马路上，总是会有一些游人扔掉的垃圾，现在怎么看都看不见了?我禁不住往旁边一瞄，有两个垃圾桶，一个绿的，一个黄的，而且每隔10米就有一组。原来，这是一种高科技的垃圾桶，只要它看见有游客扔垃圾，或者是路面上有垃圾，这个高科技就伸出“手”，把垃圾“扔”进桶里(不可回收的扔黄桶，可回收的扔绿桶)。

欣赏完西湖的美景之后，我又继续散步，我一下子就走到了道路上，发现这里的树木很多，各种植物也很多，而且警察都是聪明的机器人……这时，一只小鸟不小心受了伤，一个小孩看见了，连忙给它疗伤。原来，人们得知地球母亲已经危在旦夕了，便很后悔，决定拯救地球母亲，就在路旁到处种植树木，保护小鸟，请机器人来当保安，对不保护环境的人加以处罚。

“丁零零……”一阵电话铃声将我惊醒。回想着刚才做的梦，心想：我一定要保护树木，让地球更美，让空气更清新!

去年冬天，总是能从天气预报上看到“某某地方有雾霾，与前几年的“某某地方天气晴朗”完全不同，我不禁想问：这样的天气是怎样形成的？

走到大街上，我看到各种车辆川流不息地行驶，每辆汽车的后面都有一条长长的烟雾，大街上每分钟就有几十辆汽车驶过，这样一天，会有多少汽车尾气排放到大气中呀！

我继续向北走，看见“太钢”那边的工厂排放出许多浓黑的烟雾，不到几分钟，原来湛蓝的天空变得黑沉沉的，空气中也有了几丝刺鼻的、难闻的气息，使快步走开。

看完这些后，我终于明白了这样的天气是谁造成的——是人类！我想如果再这样下去，人类还会有几百年的生存时间呢？所以，我问大家呼吁：保护环境吧！这样也是在保护我们自己哦！

我现在生活在深圳的某小区。位于南山区蛇口，南靠海上世界，北靠深圳湾体育馆，东靠深圳湾口岸，西靠四海公园。这里的环境很好。树木不断增加，使空气新鲜。不过有些人不爱惜这里的环境，比如：抽二手烟会污染空气，而且人吸入这样的空气会对人的肺部受到损害。乱扔垃圾会让人感觉很脏，不整洁，等等。我曾想过几年以后的环境：没有人再抽烟了，也没有人再乱扔垃圾了……树木会越来越多，汽车排出的不再是废气，而是弥漫出奶香的味道。更多的人骑单车，人们流出的汉水散发着香味，这样城市里的空气更清新了。

马路两边种植着各种哦不同的果树：荔枝树，龙眼树，芒果树……想吃的时候直接摘下来就可以吃。每天我们早上都可以看到不同种类的鸟儿，听着美妙的鸟鸣声，像一首首动听的歌儿，嬉戏在这美好的大自然里。在池塘边我看到鱼儿在玩耍，游来游去真快活。

Over the past few decades, the increasing amount of industrial wastes and household garbage has become a major problem in many countries. People have questioned what caused this problem and what can be done to improve the situation. In my opinion, two of the most critical causes of this waste material problem are the increased consumption and a shortage of space for landfill.

To begin with, modern lifestyle has contributed greatly to the increasing amount of waste and garbage we produce everyday. In other words, we have turned into a materialistic and mass-consumption society where we use more and throw away more than ever before. Moreover, countries are running out of space to store garbage and waste material. In fact, securing land for waste disposal raises controversies in many countries.

To solve this intractable problem, every citizen needs to participate in producing less garbage. For example, we can bring our own personal shopping bags instead of using plastic bags provided by stores and shops. Besides, the government can enforce stricter laws on companies to use biodegradable packaging or use recycled material. Indeed, this alone can eliminate much of the waste which is sent to at land fills. Companies can also contribute by developing new raw material which is recyclable and will ultimately lead to less garbage. The world is not only hungry,but also thirsty for water. This may seem strange to you, since nearly 75 % of the earths surface is covered with water. But about 97% of this huge amount is sea water, or salt water. Man can only drink and use the other 3% -- the fresh water that comes from rivers, lakes,underground, and other sources. And we cannot even use all of that, because some of it is in the form of icebergs and glaciers. Even worse, some of it has been polluted.

However, as things stand today, this small amount of fresh water, which is constantly being replaced by rainfall, is still enough for us. But our need for water is increasing rapidly-- almost day by day. Only if we take steps to deal with this problem now can we avoid a severe worldwide water shortage later on. A limited water supply would have a bad effect on agriculture and industry. Let me give you just one small exampie of how necessary water is to industry. Did you know that to produce a single ton of steel, it takes about 91, 000 liters of water?

We all have to learn how to stop wasting our precious water. One of the first steps we should take is to develop ways of reusing it. Experiments have already been done in this field, but only on a small scale. For us, the systems are as important as the spacecraft.
