经过老师的细心辅导，我的成绩突飞猛进。在期末考试中，我有了信心，并且考进了100多名，或许这对其他人来说，才进100名没什么了不起，甚至还觉得很差，但是对我来说已经有了一段的进步。我想在接下来的日子，我会更加努力用心的学习，考出好成绩。

老师的角色是千变万化的。在生活中，老师是心灵的医生；理想的路途，老师是向导，是引领我们前进的航标。

弹指一挥间，三年的初中生活从身边溜走了。然而记忆却毫不褪色——我初一时的语文老师，一个坦诚、执著追求事业的普通教师，一个随和可亲的大伙伴，成了我永远珍藏的记忆珍宝。

那是开学的第一节课。铃声一响，我们这些新生都伸长了脖子，瞪大了眼睛直瞅着门外——个魁悟的身影跃进视野。我定睛一看，不由得倒抽了口冷气：“来者不善!”只见他满脸胡子拉茬的，头发就像鲁迅先生的一样。一根根精神抖擞地竖着。唯有那同胡子一起挂在脸上的笑容和两片厚得像酒瓶底似的镜片隐隐让人感到一丝安慰。

“我姓王。”转身写了一个大大的“王”字，“大王的‘王’”，他补充说。我们一下子“哄”了起来，老师也笑了。笑声中，我才发现他并不怎么可怕，两只躲在镜片后，的眼睛更是盛满了平易近人的笑意。

不知不觉地，下课的铃声响了。我似乎第一次发现。四十五分钟原来只这么短。

奇怪的是，下课了，王老师并没有马上走，而是直向讲台下走来——是不是说我们笑得太厉害了呢?那实在是老师太幽默了呀!正想着，他已经微笑地走过我的桌边。我转身以看。几个男生正拉开架式准备走象棋!——糟了，一定要没收!果然老师拿过一粒棋子掂了掂：“你们也会走呀?好，咱们以后比试比试怎么样?”不过，我的心一紧。老师却把棋子放下了，“要么不下，要下就要下好，就要有充裕的时间考虑。下课十分钟太短了，到外面去走走，对学习和身心都有益!”一番话。直说得当事者直点头，我倒愣了：要和学生比棋?怎么就没有一点“老师相”呢?

同普天下的中学生一样，刚升入初中的我们大都怕作文。为此，王老师可说是费尽心机——先在班上组织兴趣小组。然后带领我们走向社会，过一回记者瘾，游风景名胜，添几分热爱山河之激情。而每每发现同学的“佳作”，他又是要“作者”朗诵，又是向外投寄，让我们品尝、分享成功的喜悦。“一份耕耘一份收获”，我们的作文水平提高很快，在校作文竞赛中，我们班频频获奖。

记不清是在一个星期几的下午，语文老师春风满面地走进教室，手里挥动着一个大信封——我们班同学的一篇作文发表了!教室里一片沸腾，大家直嚷着：“请客!”那位同学红着脸一言不发，王老师倒乐哈哈的。

在新的学校呆了近两个月，不久刚举行了一次月考，学生都反映成绩不理想。借分析试卷的机会，我布置学生对我两个月的初一语文教学提出自己的意见，学生们踊跃参与，各抒己见。现归纳如下，并加上自己的感悟，以期指导今后的教学。

1、 上课速度要放慢，课文讲解要详细些。

感悟：中学的学科增加了，学习任务也加重了，可学生还停留在小学的阶段，要求老师咀嚼慢磨可见与小学的接轨工作没有做好。

2、上课要让学生把手放在书桌上，以防学生在下面做小动作。

感悟：还是小孩子的思维，或者说小学的许多做法在学生心中留下了深刻的印象，甚至是一些错误的做法也被学生视为法宝，习惯的力量大得吓人！

3、 上课不能接电话，请假也不能耽误课程。

感悟：曾经有两次在课堂接电话，后来我不再带手机进教室了，不想学的记忆那么棒。老师实在是一个高标准的职业！

4、学校的图书馆要对学生开放，允许学生借阅图书，开拓学生的视野。班级要办图书角，争取成立班级图书馆。

感悟：学生的知识来源渠道太窄，尤其是农村的学生。他们对知识充满了渴望。可惜学校图书馆暂时没有办法满足他们的要求。“书香校园”的建设任重道远！

5、 多布置作业，甚至抄作业做，对未完成作业的同学要严厉惩罚。

感悟：对最后一点我赞成，可前两点我有自己的看法。大概是小学的“题海

战术”功勋“卓著”，小学毕业考试的成绩让学生们体会到了它的巨大功能，令她们念念不忘。到初中之后学习的难度增加，他们又想起来对自己用这一狠招。我的可怜的学生！

6、 多讲课本上的课后习题。

感悟：自己的确对课后的“研讨与练习”关注不够，大部分是要求学生自己

完成，事后的检查也没有。学生是在提醒我不能丢了教材！

7、不能拖课，要将课间十分钟还给学生。

感悟：以后无条件执行！

8、上课声音洪亮，多讲普通话。

感悟：自己是外乡人，普通话有时讲的不标准，带有很重的地方口音。本来一进新学校，我自己格外注意这个问题，不想还是出问题。还是要加强普通话训练，“说”是教师的重要基本功之一！

9、多写正楷字，一笔一画的写！

感悟：本来自认为自己的字写得不错，周围同事也是这么说的，可在学生面前却行不通了。究其原因是，自己的字连笔多，有时字多或者一急，就显得潦草。这真是一个不应该出现的意见。

10、课堂上多训练朗读。

感悟：与自己的想法不谋而合。在教学中我一贯主张读中感、读中悟，甚至仿照韩军的名文写了《没有朗读，语文教学找不到回家的路》一文，表达自己的观点。可能问题出在自己的朗读水平不高，对学生朗读指导不到位上。

11、多举行如书法、朗诵等形式的竞赛。

感悟：以赛代练，以赛代学，在丰富多彩的活动中学习语文，是大家的一致追求。我在今后要多动脑筋，丰富他们的学习与生活！上次的“这就是我”语文实践活动，以“赛”的形式，鼓励学生全程参与，气氛热烈，学生的热情十分高涨！

12、多用多媒体和扩音器。

感悟：现代化的东西大家都喜欢！

13、平时测验要写作文，可以训练学生作文的速度，提高写作水平！

感悟：有两次单元检测，我考虑到时间的关系，就不要求他们作文，没有想到他们自动请缨。我的感觉是：喜从天降，何乐而不为！写作是语文教学的重点和难点，次数训练是基础，所谓量变导致质变嘛。学生都懂这个道理！

14、抓好预习，利用多种机会养成学生自学的习惯。

感悟：教学的最高境界就是：教是为了不教。好的学习习惯会让他们受益终生！“地球人都知道”！

15、不准对学生瞪眼睛，不准大声批评学生，不准打断学生的发言，不准拐弯批评学生。

感悟：学生是聪明和敏感的，我们每个老师都要当心呀！

今天是开学第二周了，上周因为军训，所以体育课就改上了自习，今天体育课正式开课了。得知了这个消息，我们全班同学欢呼起来。

我们迅速来到操场组织站排，但因为没有体委，再加上不知道怎么站，所以等到老师来到这里时，我们也没能站好。我们见到了我们体育老师。老师身高大约一米七五左右，一脸严肃的表情，一看他，我的脖子后就嗖嗖的冒凉风，他手里拿着一台笔记本电脑，一看就知道又要练操了。

果然，集合了队伍后，老师放起了音乐，我们开始做了起来，虽然这操“训”了一周了，但是我们还是有一些毛病，老师耐心的给我们纠正了错误。我渐渐的不怕这个老师了，不但不怕，我发现这个老师并不像他的表情那样严肃，反而有些风趣、幽默。

比如老师在强调纪律时说：“千万不要乱跑，万一上厕所掉下去怎么办啊?我们还得救你”说罢，我们哄堂大笑，就连领操的老师也笑了。笑罢，老师又说：“你别笑啊，万一你真掉进去了呢?”我们又是一阵大笑。还有很多老师开玩笑的例子，一节课就在笑声中度过了。但是，我有些不明白，老师在开玩笑的时候，脸上却偏偏没有一丝笑容，就好像铁打的一样，无论是在军训中，还是在体育课，我都没看到老师笑过。

我非常喜欢这位体育老师，也喜欢上他的体育课。
