随着国家的改革开放，我们的生活有了翻天覆地的变化。

我常听爷爷奶奶说，现在的生活条件就是好！衣、食、住、行、用，都很方便。不像我们小时候，生活条件非常艰苦！做衣服要用布票买布，然后拿回家自己做，并且一件衣服要缝缝补补穿好多年。饮食也没有什么营养，平时连一顿肉都吃不上，每顿能吃饱就不错了。只有过年的时候才能吃顿肉和饺子、穿上新衣服。住房条件也很差，过去农村住的都是土房和草房，每家都有七八个人，才住两间房，有的家里一家人都挤在一个大通炕上，过着饥寒交迫的日子。爷爷、奶奶上班离家很远，可他们买不起自行车，只好步行。那时候，谁家要有一辆自行车，在大家眼里就算富户了。奶奶告诉我，她家买过一台收音机，当时村里人还当它是稀世珍宝呢！后来，有一家买了一台12寸的电视机，全村人都挤在他家看电视，热闹极了。最不方便的要数交通了，乡间小路和进城的公路都是土路，每当下雨的时候就特别泥泞，难走极了……比起过去，现在的条件多好啊！

现在的我生活在一个幸福年代里，衣服款式多，想穿哪件穿哪件。每天不仅吃得饱，还讲究营养搭配呢！住房也由土房、砖房换成了楼房。大人们上班有骑自行车的，骑摩托车的，还有开小轿车的。每家的摆设更是应有尽有：电视机、冰箱、洗衣机、电脑……交通更是四通八达，不仅乡乡通了公路，还有一条条高速公路从村边通过，出门方便多了。市区的道路也拓宽了，行人和车辆各行其道。出门呀！想做啥车有啥车，而且公共汽车线路和站点遍布全市，方便极了。

现在，我们要珍惜这来之不易的幸福生活，好好学习，天天向上，不辜负家长和老师对我们的期望。长大了，也要向老前辈一样，全身投入到建设祖国的事业中去，为祖国的美好未来贡献自己的一份力量。

爷爷奶奶，总是那么和蔼可亲，像是我的开心果，见到他们，真叫我心花怒放!他们会教我怎么走路、刷牙、吃饭……等等，他们还会拿着相簿，指着爸爸小时候的照片，快乐的重温旧梦……。

我长大后，就没有再给爷爷、奶奶照顾了，在爸妈要接走我的时候，我看着爷爷奶奶那泛红的眼眶，可是嘴角还是带着淡淡的微笑，我看着爷爷、奶奶，依依不舍的离开了!

现在我还是会常回爷爷、奶奶家，虽然不行天天看到爷爷奶奶，可是他们永远是我最好的童年伙伴，永远最疼我这个乖孙子!

国庆的时候，我爸爸去接老奶奶、老爷爷、我姥姥、姥爷来西安。我们去了大明宫、世园会、白鹿园。

第一天，我们去了大明宫。大明宫是古代皇帝生活和办公的地方，是当时世界上最大的宫殿群，后来毁于战火。2007年，西安市政府为了保护大明宫遗址，把这里建成了大公园。大明宫很漂亮，有大片大片的草地，有很多大树，有喷泉，还有唐代人的雕塑。大家都在里面游玩，很高兴。大明宫里面，一会上坡，一会下坡，我们先到租车那里租了两辆车，我一看，哇，这么多坏掉的车呀！他们为什么不维修呢？大家还要排队等车子。我们租了两辆车，比赛谁骑得快。我那辆车子一直落后，但是，最后还是我们先到终点。

第二天，我们去了世园会，我们到租轮椅的那里给老爷爷、老奶奶他们租了两辆轮椅。进世园会的时候，里面的工作人员正在检查游客有没有带打火机和刀子。一进世园会就看见广运潭，河水碧波荡漾，旁边树立着长安塔。我们还去了自然馆和长安花谷。自然馆里边有大螳螂，有大蜘蛛，一看吓我一跳，再一看原来是假的，做的真像。我还看见了见血封喉树，身上有伤口的人，一碰到这棵树就会毒死。长安花谷里面有五颜六色的花，人也不多。我还买了长安花，长安花就是一朵石榴花。他额头上有一朵小石榴花，火红火红的皮肤，两只大眼睛就像对着我小。我在荷兰馆外面还踩了水车，好多小朋友在那排队，没人只能踩一小会儿。水车一会快，一会慢。

第三天是重阳节，也称为老人节，重阳节的时候要带老人到最高的地方，到了以后就能高寿，于是，我妈妈、爸爸就带着老爷爷、老奶奶到白鹿园去玩。到了以后我们站在上面向下看，哇，高楼都变得好低呀，我就像个大巨人。啊，真险呀，我爸爸站在砖头上摔倒了，差一点就掉到了山沟里了。我们看见有两个人在抓野鸡。

我的爷爷奶奶没有和我住在一起，他们住在乡村。

家离地有一亩多地，只要有时间，爷爷奶奶就会到地里种菜、耕地，每次都忙到晚上，回到家里满头大汗，可是奶奶爷爷从没说过辛苦。
