第二道菜：青椒炒鸡蛋。先把青椒切成两半，把青椒籽挖出来，再把它掰成小块，奶奶说这样既安全又入味，把青椒块再清洗一遍。把鸡蛋打碎放到一个碗里，奶奶教我时觉得很容易，可是鸡蛋怎么也不听我的话，先是磕不破，最后磕破了却流的我满手都是，终于把鸡蛋打进了碗里。把鸡蛋搅拌均匀，这活儿也是看着简单，做起来难，鸡蛋随着我的筷子不停地转来转去却不碎，最后手都酸了才算搅开了，放入热油锅里炒成块状，然后把青椒倒进去搅拌两下，放点盐，焖一焖等青椒熟了就完工了。

如今，剪纸钱的已不再是奶奶，而是母亲。奶奶为爷爷剪了几十年的纸钱，不知道奶奶生前有没有想过有一天也会有人为她剪纸钱，如果奶奶想过这些，不知道奶奶想到这些会是什么心情。尽管母亲没有奶奶几十年的经验，剪起纸钱来依然有模有样。有一天，看到母亲在剪纸钱，习惯性地搬着一个小凳子凑了上来，我揭开一张纸，取下母亲手中的剪刀告诉母亲：“让我来吧！”母亲抬起头来疑惑地望着我，这时，我的鼻子已经酸了。母亲不知道，这十几年来，在奶奶的身边，我已经把剪纸钱的技术掌握得炉火纯青了，尽管没有一次奶奶让我亲手剪纸钱。跟奶奶学了十几年的剪纸钱，如今，这第一次却要为奶奶剪，想到这些，我的手生涩了，感觉到剪刀不那么听使唤。几十年来，奶奶每次剪纸钱的时候，总是要跟爷爷（纸钱）絮叨几句，就好像爷爷一直坐在她旁边。奶奶是要告诉自己爷爷一直在看着自己剪纸钱，这样，剪刀动起来才不会很吃力。

又到了清明。但是今年的清明，我和哥哥都不在家，家里只有父亲和母亲，当然是母亲剪纸钱，父亲去祭祖。我不知道父亲今年父亲去看爷爷、奶奶会不会有更深的顾虑。可是对爷爷、奶奶，我的心里却有着更深的歉疚。父亲的头发几乎全白了，爷爷、奶奶的坟头的草比以前更深了。我不知道，十年，二十年，乃至五十年以后我是否还能找得到他们；我不知道，五十年后我是否还能记得祭祖的日子；我不知道，五十年后我是否还记得祭奠爷爷、奶奶的时候要带着我亲手为他们剪的纸钱。
