我的爷爷奶奶是地地道道的安庆市望江县农民。奶奶9岁丧母，和父亲相依为命，过着吃了上顿不知下顿的日子。奶奶在18岁时与苦命的爷爷喜结连理。爷爷奶奶是典型互补型的，爷爷耕地，奶奶锄地；爷爷背着犁，奶奶牵着牛。如同天上比翼鸟，如同地下连理枝。

我的爸爸出生后，给爷爷奶奶带来了莫大的幸福和希望。爷爷奶奶为了把爸爸抚养成人，爷爷冒着投机倒把、割资本主义尾巴的风险，去东至县深山老林砍伐树木到镇上卖钱，然后把那些血汗钱留给爸爸做学费。奶奶为了补贴家用，天天到湖中心齐腰深的水里打猪菜，回来喂猪，以至于后来患了风湿性关节炎。

Today I had a good time. It was my grandpas birthday. Our family went back to his home to celebrate his birthday. My mother cooked many delicious food and we brought a big birthday cake. We got together to have a big family dinner. We gave grandpa some presents and said, "Happy birthday to you!"

In the afternoon we went boating in the park. We enjoyed ourselves, and my grandpa had a nice time on his birthday.
