今天中午，我跟爷爷奶奶学做了两道菜：西葫芦炒虾仁和青椒炒鸡蛋。

第一道菜：西葫芦炒虾仁。先拿出虾仁，用牙签把里面的虾线挑出来，再清洗两遍。我问爷爷：“洗一遍不行吗？”爷爷说：“洗两遍才能洗干净虾身体里的脏东西。”我按照爷爷教我的方法认真清洗，洗完两遍后把虾先泡在水里。把西葫芦切成一片一片的，放进开成最大火的油锅里，翻炒两遍，放入些许盐，再翻炒，把虾仁捞出来放入锅中接着炒，稍盖一会儿锅盖，等虾仁变色，一盘色香味俱全的西葫芦虾仁就可以上桌了。

第二道菜：青椒炒鸡蛋。先把青椒切成两半，把青椒籽挖出来，再把它掰成小块，奶奶说这样既安全又入味，把青椒块再清洗一遍。把鸡蛋打碎放到一个碗里，奶奶教我时觉得很容易，可是鸡蛋怎么也不听我的话，先是磕不破，最后磕破了却流的我满手都是，终于把鸡蛋打进了碗里。把鸡蛋搅拌均匀，这活儿也是看着简单，做起来难，鸡蛋随着我的筷子不停地转来转去却不碎，最后手都酸了才算搅开了，放入热油锅里炒成块状，然后把青椒倒进去搅拌两下，放点盐，焖一焖等青椒熟了就完工了。

这次实际动手操作，让我感觉到做菜不是一件容易的事，想想以前爷爷奶奶做好了菜我还挑食，有时候嫌不好吃，真不该那样。另外，我觉得今天的菜比平常好吃了很多，可能是因为自己亲手做的吧！做菜的过程与其说麻烦不如说有趣，学会做菜真好，看着自己亲手烹饪的菜肴，心里有一种说不出地愉悦感和成就感！

我的奶奶是我们这个大家庭里最重要的成员。奶奶她81岁了，但一点都不显得老。奶奶是一个慈祥的老人，她的身子骨硬朗的很。黑发间渐渐生了些许白发。可她一直是勤俭节约过的。
