Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

Last year, my father bought a lovely pet for me. She has four white paws

and a white and yellow tail. She has two small ears, two green eyes and eight

whiskers on her face. Her name is Sally and she is one year old.

Do you know what it is? A cat? Yes, it is a cat. She has very short fur and

she is quite small. She weighs about 2 kilograms. She is usually very friendly

and quiet. We never frighten her or pull her tail or ears. She likes walking

around me and playing with me.

If she is hungry, she will miaow. Usually, she eats food from a tin, but

her favorite food is fish. She likes juice if it is not too cold. She likes to

chase and catch mice and sometimes she plays with butterflies. Sally often plays

校园欺凌的残酷，有时让成年人也触目惊心。这些恶劣事件无疑直接伤害了受害者的身体，更给其幼小的心灵造成不可磨灭的创伤，甚至引起部分受害者产生自杀心理。然而校园欺凌的“受害方”不仅是直接受伤者，也包括了“施暴者”和冷眼默视的“旁观者”。施暴者在长期施暴中心理发生了极大扭曲，极有可能养成冷漠、自我中心甚至暴力狂躁的恶性人格;而旁观者常年旁观暴力事件，可能会对欺凌行为产生麻木心理，或者对同学关系产生不安与恐惧。校园欺凌就这样散射性地对一代学生产生或多或少的影响，足见其大害矣!那么为什么这种恶劣的社会现象，会在本纯洁美好的校园发生?

一是施暴者家庭教育的缺失。荀况曾言“人之性恶”，所以必须“有师法之化，礼义之道，然后出于辞让，合于文理，而归于治”，施暴者童年没有接受良好的品德教育甚至本身就是暴力的受害者，导致形成了缺乏同情心和善意的个性，直接引起暴力。二是受害者法律意识不足，没有认识到校园欺凌的恶劣性质，往往使其不了了之。三是社会风气的扭曲。成人方即家长、学校往往“好面子”，不愿将事情闹大毁了自家脸面，却忽视了孩子的需要。三者互相影响，只会让校园欺凌愈演愈烈。

然而我们不缺乏极具保护意识的家庭，但校园欺凌仍在发生，只因在我国相关法律尚不完善甚至存在部分空白，法律往往迟到或者缺席。但依我之见，法律不应迟到，更不应缺席——且对于某些事件，迟到即意味着缺席!

对于校园欺凌，法律不能宽容更不能纵容。校园欺凌不得停止，往往是因为社会对事件性质不够重视，而法律的严苛恰恰能引起公众的关注度。法律惩戒可以使失足少年意识到事件的严重性，助其避免再犯，更让受害者得到应有的人身保护，也使旁观者自觉远离暴力事件。

对于校园欺凌，法律不能片面更不能偏袒。校园欺凌有关法律一般集中解决肢体冲突方面的“硬暴力”，忽视了对受害者心理伤害更大的“软暴力”、“冷暴力”，法律的保护范围应该有所改变，才能提前阻止“硬暴力“的发生与恶化。

对于校园欺凌，法律不能迟到，更不能缺席!受害者可能在迟到的法律前已结束了年轻的生命，施暴者也许在缺席的法律下成长为更恶劣的人……让法律起到它应有的作用，还人们记忆中纯真美好的校园!

我的校园生活，能够说快乐也能够说充满了忧伤。

我仿佛就是一朵蒲公英，随着风飘落到何方。哪里对我好，我就降落在何方。哪里不需要我了，我就随风飘荡直至天涯海角。

我对我这个年龄段的人，就是抱着嘲笑与开心去交往。

嘲笑就是因为，他们会说某某某很有心计、城府我们最好远离他。

每当听到这类似的话，我都会在心底里嘲笑他们。心计、城府、都用在了我们这个懵懂叛逆的孩子上。

这个年龄段的人，就算有城府、心计又怎样?他又不能盗取你的几个零花钱，也不能骗你去死，再说你也没那么笨吧?

总就是有几个“元老”会说，远离他，很有心计、城府。唉，这都就是自我愚弄自我。

最纯净的友谊就这样被他们玷污了。呵~太天真了，时常让我想起人就是多怪的，你就是摸不透他的。开心就是因为跟他们在一齐整天说说笑笑确实蛮开心的。当然抱着嘲笑的态度较多点。还组织了帮派。搞笑，真搞笑。

我承认我也有过帮派。但就是它就是以学习、开心为主题。但就是我退出了，因为这个家族的性质变了，从学习，快乐转化为混混帮了。其实，我在那里并没有很了不起的说他们，自我同样也在反思。

我的同学不明白用天真还就是用可爱来形容。呵呵，太愚弄自我。竟然也有人说我有心计丶城府。呵~我听到了顿时一片嘲笑丶心底里也有一丝丝鄙夷。

我就是什么人，我自我清楚。也用不着你们对我指指点点，我就就是我自我仅此而已。

当然，我哪里不足你们能够当面说我。我比你们任何人都了解自我，否则我的生存有何好处?

这就就是初中生活，即将陪我走掉这三年的竟就是一丝丝后悔和不解的他们的心计与城府?

其实，一个人的道德品质全部体此刻他那言语上以及他的内心世界。最后我也奉承那些人一句话：一个人就是怎样样的，也轮不到你们评价，首先你们就要看好自我的车位。

那些曾被他人的言语所伤害到了的人，你们别太在意别人说的话，别人说的话只能作为参考。

你不必听天气预报员报告风从哪里吹来，领导的鬼话别太相信，看好自我的车位就就是了。反正你能够随时转型，就就是不能倒退。记住，世界并不掌握在那些嘲笑别人的人的手中，而就是掌握在那些被别人嘲笑的人的手中!
