happen but can‘t make things happen for various reasons. The most important

reason is that they just refuse to create and innovate. With the accelerated

pace of our society,more and more people recognize the importance of creation

还有一次，老师在教我们画画，我们兴奋不已，立马就拿起纸笔画了起来，但是由于一个同学不小心把墨泼到我的画纸上，我叫了起来，老师走了过来，一声不吭。她慢慢地用笔和水渲染出来，把那些墨画成了一枝枝美丽的梅花！老师真是神笔马良啊，她竟可以把矛盾化解。到了后来，我们学了很多知识，才知道老师说的那句话的寓意了，“化干戈为玉帛”，就是变战争为和平。在我们的生活中也是的，我们可以用和平的方式相处，来避免一场“战争”的发生，这也是老师给我的启发啊！

是啊，有种学校叫天堂，有种教室叫豪宅，有种老师叫天使，有种小孩叫学生。但是我们却是将要离开这天堂的小孩，让我们把爱和心留在这所学校吧！让她永远青春，永远充满活力！

学校美景一走进学校，一尊孔子像耸立在勤政楼前，校园里一排排郁郁葱葱的树木傲然挺立，好像就是时刻保护我们的士兵。九曲桥的造型奇特，衬托着薄雾，更仿佛在仙境。绿油油的湖水有如一块明镜，映出你的倒影，有如一块翡翠，剔透无暇。寒风吹过湖面，露出一道道波纹，而那几只小鹅却丝毫不觉寒冷，在湖中央嬉戏玩耍。学会学习学生的主要任务，就就是学习。学习不光就是学习知识，还要学习学习的方法。就好像钓鱼，以前老师把钓上来烧好的鱼给我们吃，但就是我们毕业了，谁来钓给我们吃?谁来烧给我们吃?所以我们要学习“钓鱼的方式”以及“烧鱼的方法。”所谓“授之以鱼，不如授之以渔”也许，在这点上我的感悟比较深刻一点，在此总结出三大特点：语文，多阅读;数学，做习题;英语，多背诵。

除了要有正确的学习方法，还要学会把握时间。上帝给每个人的时间都一样，但就是每个人使用的效果却都不相同。如果你没有崇高的理想，就不能战胜自我的惰性，“有潜力把握每一天时间”的人，才能站在巅峰。生命里最完美的事物就如深山中的野兰，开在百布蛇环视的山谷。但就是，从来不会有采兰人因为百步蛇，就就是去寻找兰花地坚持与勇气。勇气和坚持都就是不随波浪流的，勇气与坚持都需要在最纷乱的时候，持续静心。有了这点，我相信必须能学好，不信，你试试?

学会做人我，一个天性活泼，开朗的“假小子”，也许就是因为太霸道了，一向会和同学发生争执。记得，七年级第一学期，我时常和生活老师发生争执，把关系弄得很僵，此刻回想起来，这些都就是我的愚蠢表现。俗话说得好“在家靠父母，出门靠朋友。”以后的日子里，我努力改变自我，同学和老师也渐渐改变了对我的看法。三年的初中生涯，我结识了许多肝胆相照的朋友，更感受到了友谊的温馨和可贵。

这些就就是我在这短暂的三年中在康桥学校的所思，所做，所想吧!至少我就是这样认为的，人生能够说很漫长，但也就是很短暂的，就就是那么几步，也许就决定了一个人的一生命运。

家庭、学校、社区及公安加强协作。家长要重视道德教育，注重家教，注重家风，教育孩子要遵纪守法，违反法纪要承担责任。落实学校分管副校长职责，切实增强学生遵纪守法的观念，同时要充分发挥校规校纪对校园欺凌行为的惩戒作用。学校应成立心理咨询室，心理辅导老师要及时疏导学生的心理问题。在校园范围内应普遍安装监控摄像头，不留死角。学校应和家长、社区、公安等共同成立反校园欺凌小组,专门负责预防和处理校园欺凌问题，畅通学生申诉渠道。

净化影视、游戏及网络空间。相关管理部门应加强对影视、游戏及网络中的暴力、欺凌、色情等内容的审查管理，减少其对学生的不良影响。同时，大力弘扬社会主义核心价值观，树立先进典型，使学生在潜移默化中实现道德素养的提升。

要求各校成立校园欺凌预防工作委员会，整合家庭和社会资源，成立一支由校级领导、职能部门代表、学生代表、家长代表、社区代表、学校法制副校长等组成的工作小组，共同协作，明确职责，专门负责管理校园欺凌问题。同时，该市重点在建立健全机制上着手，要求各县(区)教育局、各市属学校建立校园反欺凌预警机制，通过公益广告、宣传橱窗、电子屏等形式对校园反欺凌进行宣传，做到早发现、早报告、早控制、早解决，把校园欺凌事件控制在萌芽状态;建立安全联络员机制，每个班级指定专人作为安全联络员，主要负责收集本班学生矛盾、团体关系等不稳定因素，了解学生思想动态，并将收集到的信息及时反馈给班主任

信息收集情况实行“周收集、月通报、年考评”;建立校园反欺凌应急机制，包括早期预警、及时上报、事中处理以及事后心理干预等全方位机制，做到在校园欺凌事件发生后，各部门、各处室能形成合力，确保发现、报告、指挥、处置等环节的紧密衔接，做到快速反应、科学应对、果断处置;建立校园反欺凌考核机制，将校园欺凌行为防治、反欺凌工作等纳入学校优秀班级、班主任、德育导师考核中，学校的欺凌行为综合治理情况纳入市、县(区)美丽校园、平安校园、生态校园的考核中。
