When memory began for me, my grandfather was past sixty-a great tall man

with thick hair becoming gray. He had black eyes and a straight nose which ended

in a slightly flattened tip. Once he explained seriously to me that he got that

flattened tip as a small child when he fell down and stepped on his nose.

The little marks of laughter at the corners of his eyes were the prodnct of

a kindly and humorous nature. The years of work which had bent his shoulders had

never dulled his humour nor his love of a joke.

Everywhere he went, "Gramp" made friends easily. At the end of half an hour

you felt you had known him all your life. I soon learned that he hated to give

orders , but that when he had to, he tried to make his orders sound like

suggestions.

One July morning, as he was leaving to go to the cornfield, he said :

"Edwin, you can pick up the potatoes in the field today if you want to do that.

" Then he drove away with his horses.

The day passed, and I did not have any desire to pick up potatoes. Evening

came and the potatoes were still in the field. Gramp, dusty and tired, led the

horses to get their drink.

The feeling of being friendless was a constant source of pain to me. Those unhappy grade school days have of course long been over. I still have an abhorrence for any dismal atmosphere and lonesomeness, but hardened by experience I now find them less disturbing than they were.

在校园的这个地方里，我感到很幸福，因为学校是我们第二个“家”，在这个“家”里，我们都应该互相帮忙，不是吗？在这个“家”里，我能够爱惜“家”里的每一个成员；也会教育“家”中的小学生不要乱踩“家”中一草一木；如果我有时间的话，我就会帮助一起清理这个“家”：有时候会到门口那里去捡一些垃圾和什么的，有时也会叫把垃圾丢到地上的小朋友或家长不要乱扔，否则的话将会影响我们学校的形象。

在中午的时候，我会四处走走，看看有没有一些同学大吵大闹的，如果我看见有人大吵大闹的话，我会立刻过去跟他、她说：“不要大吵大闹，若这时被有些领导看见的话，那么你怎么办呢？三思而后行吧！”如果这个人还不听的话，那我就得采用“重刑”了——将他、她的名字记起来，也记上班级，回到教室的时候在写到扣分表上，但是如果他（她）在这之前改正的话，我就不会“为难”他（她）的，850字作文《和谐校园作文850字》。

在下午的时候（放学时），我会到别的地方去“巡逻”，看看有那些不识好歹的敢在俺的“地盘”上撒野。有一次，我开始“巡逻”的时候，看见有人在打架，我便跑过去，说：“喂，你们俩个在干什么，是不是想被扣分呀？”虽然我这样说了，但是他们连理都不理我，我便假装说：“你们，几班的，名字、班级写上。”我拿出一张纸、一只笔出来，给了他们，他们这时立刻停住了，眼框里充满了泪水，哭哭啼啼的对我说：“大…大哥哥，您…您饶了我们吧，我……我们只是在玩而已，请别扣我们班的分，我…我们都是同班的，若被扣的话，就要扣两分了，这样……这样我们班就不能当文明班级了。”当然，我并没有扣他们的分，因为我的目的只是不想学校里发生争斗，我叫他们走了，然后自己也走了。

如果校园里能够少一份争斗，多一份关爱，那该多好啊！

反对校园暴力，拒绝社会冷漠。我们都有孩子，我的孩子也会有孩子，我们应以高度社会责任感出发，有责任为下一代的健康成长倾注我们的爱，在当今青少年人生最重要转折点这个关键性阶段，随时面临校园暴力的威胁。我们更有义务维护校园平安，让青少年能拥有健康快乐，积极进取的良好心态，安心无忧的接受教育，丰富储备文化知识。呼吁全民动员，提倡关心关爱关注青少年的健康成长和良性发展。灌输引导我们身边的青少年要增强友爱互助意识。提高自身良好素质，热情帮助同学，增强应对困难、对抗邪恶的勇气，形成抵制校园暴力的合力保护自己爱护他人。告诫我们的孩子认清这种暴力摧残同学的行为是可耻的，更是一种犯罪。将来会被社会所淘汰形式。还有更为重要的一个细节投入，就是我们的家长，若有孩子住读在校的，千万要记得，经常电话问候孩子，积极与孩子沟通，时刻关注孩子情绪变化，判断是否遭遇校园暴力的侵扰，必要时亲自去学校观察，叮嘱孩子遭遇暴力时，要勇敢的大声呼救，事后火速告诉家长和老师。同样告诫孩子千万远离参与校园暴力行为。

而我们的人民教师在日常工作中也相对提高洞察力，时刻关注自己学生的变化，发现苗头不对劲时，要主动和学生交流沟通。鼓励学生勇敢站出来对校园暴力说不，并积极揭发。

如何将这种暴力行为控制在萌芽状态并彻底解决，这项工作除了更全面完善各项教育措施和奖罚条令条款，必须得到我们的家长、老师和社会团体、各界部门等积极响应，热心配合，铭记防范于未然的重要性，做好表率对他们进行健康引导，提高我们的孩子和身边青少年防范校园暴力意识，增强抵制校园暴力能力。把握正确人生观。加强科学文化知识学习，培养良好的兴趣、爱好，磨炼意志，陶冶情操，立志做新时期有用青年而共同努力。

反校园欺凌倡议书校园欺凌已经变成一个严重的社会问题，拒绝校园欺凌迫在眉睫。在此向每位同学发出倡议和呼吁：

1.校园小霸王们，请停止你们的欺凌行为!请停止威胁恐吓等语音攻击和拳打脚踢等欺凌行为，欺凌并不能赢得尊重!校园欺凌，害人害己!若想赢得同学们的敬佩，不如从小霸王变成小学霸!

2.漠视校园欺凌的同学们，请放下冷漠，用力所能及的力量，保护他人就是保护自己!冷漠围观、消极观望并不能自保：忍气吞声、缩首躲避也不是长久之计。向校园欺凌说不，需要智慧和勇气。请对身边的校园欺凌受害者在力所能及的范围内施以援助之手。祖国的未来需要你们从小学会担当。
