抛开外界因素，校园暴力之所以发生，还是在于孩子自身。现在的学生法制观念越来越薄弱，甚至根本不懂法。知乎的一位答主曾经也是一名施暴者，他分享了他们的逻辑：不见血等于没事；见血了等于又要请家长了；受重伤等于又要赔一大笔钱了；而死人则等于完蛋，要进局子蹲三年。这样的逻辑不是一个懂法者所能够有的。而通过大量的事实，被施暴者大多对于这种欺凌采取忍气吞声的做法，对于这种欺凌丝毫没有拿起法律武器保护自己的勇气。也正是这种自卑感和恐惧感助长了这种不正之风。

我们仔细分析不难发现，校园暴力其实是社会的一个缩影，弱肉强食是生存准则。而校园暴力实则比社会更加残酷，校园暴力所发生的对象是还未成熟的孩子，无论是施暴者还是被施暴者这样的事件只会给他们尚未确定的三观造成扭曲。也会给被施暴者留下心理阴影，这样的伤害可能是一辈子的。

校园暴力现在仅停留在道德层面，而未上升到法律层面。我国对于未成年人犯罪采取教育、感化、挽救方针，坚持以教为主，惩罚为辅的原则。14年湖南的一起案件中，一位女生对班里同学进行长期的殴打造成其精神失常，治疗花费超过30万，一名花季少女就这样毁了，而对方仅赔偿1。5万元加上一纸检讨。这是因为执法人员被错误的社会舆论所误导，常有这样的声音“不就是学生打架吗，教育教育就好了，怎么能判刑呢？”。而在美国，这样的事件处理丝毫没有同情。前几年，中国留学生在美国欺凌同学的事件被网络疯传，在美国法律下，这几名留学生最高可能会面临终身监禁。我们可见美国对于校园欺凌事件的重视程度，我国对于校园暴力愈演愈烈的趋势也因做出一点改变。

校园暴力的发生不是哪一个人的原因，而是多方造成的结果，所以想要解决这一问题，也要多方共同努力。
