In China, people usually have three meal a day, they are breakfast, lunch

and supper.People usually have breakfast from seven to nine in the morning.

There are many kind of food for them to eat, such as nuddles, eggs, fried dough

sticks and soy milk. They have lunch at about twelve at noon, usually have

vegetables, meats and rice. They have a short rest after lunch. Supper is about

at six in the evening. All the family eat together, they eat the same kind of

food as the lunch. Some people like to have some fruits after the meal.

啊!一听说要过国庆节，放假七天，我就兴奋的不得了，在同时，我也在打着国庆假日的计划。

第一天我去了姥姥家，虽然弟弟不在家里，但是我觉着还是很有乐趣。下午妹妹来了，我们一起玩吹泡泡、玩小火车、水枪大战…总而言之我们玩的非常快乐，玩的津津有味。下午弟弟回来了，我们又多了一个伙伴。晚上我们还看了星星。

第二天我在家里写作业。上午在家玩电脑，下午写作业。晚上妈妈回来了，我们一家三口还去吃了一顿火锅。

第三天我该去看看奶奶和爷爷了。到了奶奶家，我和小伙伴一起玩，。到了下午我还陪奶奶去摘豆角和冬瓜。奶奶说这些都是她自己亲手种的，粮食来之不易让我一定不要浪费粮食，要学会勤俭节约。

第四天我去补课了，这是我每周星期六，星期天都需要做的事情。我的英语成绩一直不是很好，所以补补英语，对我以后的在英语这方面应该是特别有帮助的。

最有趣的应该是第五天了，我去了妈妈工作的地方。妈妈在商场卖服装，我看到妈妈那么忙，那么累，真的很辛苦。偶尔我还帮妈妈介绍衣服给顾客，妈妈夸奖我说现在我长大了，也很懂事了。

最后二天是我大整理的日子，我把书包整理了一下。还有一些无用的书，我都把它整理好，放在书柜里，这些书我一定要好好保存，让我以后复习的时候用。

苦瓜也有甜味，“梅花香自苦寒来”说的也就是说在寒冷的冬天里，梅花也能绽放出美丽的花朵。

Last week Chang Feng Park held a flower show.

I went to visit it with my friends.I was very glad to see so many beautiful flowers in the park.I was really amazed to see a sea of colourful flowers.They told me that some rare flowers came from Taiwan.Thousands of people stopped and watched them carefully.

I took many pictures there.Taiwan has always been a part of our country.I am sure sooner or later we can go there to see many more beautiful flowers.What great fun it will be.

My family

I have a happy family. My name is Shenzhang Chi . I’m tweleve years old,I’m

from Xiaoshan. I like lion eat, sleep and read books. My father is a teacher, my

mother is a teacher too. They very love me. My father likes sleeping read

newspaper and watch TV. My mother is very beautiful, she likes watching TV,

reads newspaper and drawing picture.

Today, I opened my free forum and I was very happy because could do a lot

My Grandmother

My grandmother is a kind-heart granny who is popular among my neighbors.She takes a walk outside every day, so she is familiar with many people.She is so experienced in looking after babies, so some young mothers who have problems would like to ask her for help. My grandmother is always ready to help them.My grandmother loves me very much. 我们坐了四个多小时的火车，我真希望一下就能飞到厦门。火车终于到了!我飞快地跑下火车，出了车站一看，哇!真美!到处高楼云集，环境十分优美。

第一天，我们乘船来到了有“海上花园”之称的鼓浪屿游览。鼓浪屿又被誉为“钢琴小岛”，这是因为岛上培育出了许多又名气的音乐家。来到海边，我和妈妈都迫不及待地脱了鞋，把脚伸到海水里，海水轻轻地吻着脚面，啊!周围的风景真是如诗如画!只可惜天凉没有游泳，不过我和妈妈在沙滩上垒了很多“城堡”，我真希望我能一直住在里面!导游阿姨还带我们去了钢琴博物馆，里面钢琴好多啊!有世界最早的四角钢琴和最早最大的立式钢琴，有古老的手摇筒钢琴，有产自100年前的脚踏自动演奏钢琴和八个脚踏的古钢琴等。我暗暗下决心，一定要好好学钢琴。

第二天，我们来到了焦美学村，那是著名人物陈嘉庚造的，他建了很多房子，人们都说他建的房子是“穿西装，戴斗笠”。意思是说，房子的下部分是西方风格，而房顶却是中国的古代风格，是让中国人把外国人踩在脚下的志气。

好时光总是过得很快，几天的时间眨眨眼就过去了，我还意犹未尽。如果有机会，下次一定再去厦门好好看看。
