I always feel tired after eight classes a day, so my dream school starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. There are three lessons in the morning and two in the afternoon. As people are so busy with their work, they go to work directly in the morning without eating breakfast. Some people think not having breakfast does no influence on their body health. Some believe breakfast is important to peoples body health. In my opinion, Im convinced that we should have breakfast because it is good for our body health.

First of all, breakfast offer us the energy we need for the day. Before breakfast, our body has consumed all the energy we get from previous meal. I like many kinds of sports, such as swimming,Running, table-tennis and badminton.

但是我最喜欢的是跑步。跑步是人们保持身体健康和释放压力的运动。

Besides, it’s very easy for me to running. I can run in the morning or after class. And I can run alone. I don’t have to find a partner to run with me. After running, I always feel good and relaxed. It has become a part of my life.

Yesterday was May 20th. It was my birthday. My father bought me a beautiful dress and my mother cooked delicious dishes. My parents hold a birthday party for me.
