Each day thousands of tons of gases come out of the exhausts of motor vehicles. Smoke from factories pollutes the air of industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside. The pollution of water is equally harmful. The whole ecological balance of the sea is being changed and industrial wastes have already made many rivers lifeless.

Now environmental protection is more pressing than ever before. As we know, massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even poses a great threat to mans existence. Indifference to these problems will mean committing suicide. Therefore, effective measures should be taken and laws passed to conserve environment. Otherwise,man is certain to suffer from the serious consequences caused by this lack of care for his living surroundings.

为深入开展农村环境卫生综合整治工作，建立健全我乡农村环境卫生长效保洁机制，共同营造清洁、整齐、优美、舒适的生产生活环境，乡政府向全乡农民朋友们发出如下倡议：

一是从我做起，优化新环境。从现在做起，从自己做起，从细节做起，积极革除陋习，培养良好的卫生习惯和生活习惯;主动做好门前“三包”(包卫生、包绿化、包秩序)，房前屋后每天清扫干净，户内外物品摆放整齐有序;生活垃圾分类收集，袋装入桶，定时定点放置;积极开展改水、改厕、改气、改绿活动，切实做到居家净化、庭院美化，努力营造卫生整洁的人居环境。

二是热心公益，建设新家园。爱护公共环境卫生，不在道路、街道两侧和公共场所乱搭乱建、乱摆乱占、乱扯乱挂、乱停乱放、乱扔垃圾，保持路面整洁、畅通;不向河道倾倒垃圾、排放污水;不践踏、破坏公共绿化带;积极支持和参与公共环境卫生整治活动，使自己的村庄达到“六无”标准(无暴露性垃圾、无水面垃圾漂浮物、无乱贴乱画、无乱堆乱放、无污水横流、无杂草垃圾)，共同创建和谐优美的村容镇貌。

三是齐心协力，倡导新风尚。开展农村环境卫生综合整治，人人有责，家家受益，大家要齐心协力，从现在做起，从自身做起，从身边不良行为管起，对影响村居形象的不良行为进行劝导和监督，以实际行动约束自己，影响他人。要积极向身边的人宣传文明、卫生的行为规范，让环境卫生知识家喻户晓、老少皆知，营造人人关心、大家共管、共同创建美好家园的良好氛围。

朋友们，让我们立即行动起来，积极投身于农村环境卫生综合整治活动中来，用我们的热情和真诚，用我们的辛勤和汗水，把__乡装扮得更加亮丽!

自古以来，地球妈妈无私地向人类提供各种宝贵的资源，用甘甜的乳汁哺育了无数代子孙。人类只有一个地球可以生存，而地球正面临严峻的环境危机，“救救地球”已成为世界各国人民最强烈的呼声。

金钱创造了贪婪，磨灭了人们心中珍惜自然资源，保护生态环境的良知；对财富的过度迷恋，同样也萌发了自私自利的幼芽。人类对保护自身赖以生存的环境的漠视，是家园遭到迫害，不懂得及时补救挽回的罪魁祸首，对地球的伤害都将演变成对人类自身的伤害。

种类繁多，郁郁葱葱的植物，不仅美化了地球上的山川，也给这个星球的珍惜动物提供了栖息，繁衍的场所。这些植物能给人类带来氧气，给人类带走二氧化碳，为人类提供肥沃的土壤……但是依然有那么一些没有良知的人去破坏宝贵的森林资源。我们曾经学过一篇课文，名叫《一个小村庄的故事》，文章中的村民们不就是为了眼前“不错”的生活，几乎砍光了树木，结果毁坏了家园吗？

水是人类生存不可缺少的必备条件，水又是无可代替的资源。可是不久之后我们将面临严重的缺水问题！因为地上的淡水资源极为有限。中国水资源只占全球水资源的7%，人均水资源只有世界人均量的31%，而且据报道，目前有的地区以有90%的河流污染。所以我们应该树立新的用水观念，做到合理用水，科学用水，节约用水。

在历史的长河中，水之所以能保持它清澈，纯净的本性，离不开世世代代的努力。是祖辈的呵呵，水源才不至于被破坏：是祖辈的不懈努力，水源才不至于被污染。他们保护家园，捍卫纯洁的精神，将在时间长河中闪闪发光，不断提醒人们应该爱护水源，就像尊敬人类的祖先一样。

可怜的地球妈妈啊！她无私地为人类提供宝贵的各种资源，使人类不断的繁衍，使大地生机盎然。但那些无知的人们却在破坏唯一能生存的空间。看啊！地球美丽的蓝衣服，绿衣服不见了，却穿上了枯黄的旧衣服；昔日震耳欲聋的大瀑布不见了，取而代之的却是逐渐枯竭，奄奄一息的小溪！

人类在破坏环境的同时，也在不知不觉地伤害自己，因为地球只有一个。所以从现在起，从今天起，爱护身边宝贵的资源，让我们的天更蓝，草更绿，水更清，让我们手挽手为地球筑起一道绿色环保大堤吧！

在新的世纪里，我们渴望美丽的地球，绿色的家园，湛蓝的天空，清新的空气。但是，由于人类的肆意破坏、污染、浪费，使地球变得千疮百孔、遍体鳞伤。人类受到了大自然的惩罚，逐渐意识到了环保的重要性。我们应该吸取教训，好好保护环境、清洁环境、美化环境，从我做起，从现在做起，为了地球，为了人类的将来，也为了让我们永远拥有一个美好的生存环境，我真诚地向大家发出如下倡议：

1、共同建设“节约型社会”，节约一滴水，节约一度电，节约一张纸。节约用水，用完水后及时拧紧水龙头，避免大开水龙头，提倡用脸盆洗手、洗脸；节约用电，电器不使用时应关闭电源；节约用纸，多用手绢、抹布，尽量两面使用纸张。

2、为减少空气污染、节约能源，尽量使用公共交通工具、自行车或步行。

3、为保护森林、矿产等自然资源，尽量购买使用再生材料制成的、可多次长期使用的商品；减少使用一次性纸杯、一次性木筷和餐盒等。

4、减少使用塑料袋，它是白色污染的元凶。

5、发展经济不能以破坏环境为代价，要把发展经济与保护环境放在同等的位置。

6、加强环保的宣传教育，从小培养环保意识，积极投入到保护环境的活动当中。

7、自觉保护生态环境，积极参与绿化美化活动。

地球只有一个，她的生命是脆弱的，不能因为我们为着眼前的发展和获得微小利益，以肆虐的行为，无“度”的获取，使原本已经脆弱的躯体更加脆弱！记住，保护地球，就是保护我们自己！

不管是《忆江南》“日出江花红胜火，春来江水绿如蓝”，还是《望洞庭》“遥望洞庭山水翠，白银盘里一青螺”，每每读起这样的诗句，那番绿水青山的美丽画卷总是令我向往。

记得读幼儿园时，妈妈带我到安海水心亭边散步，看到有人在桥下游泳，当时我很困惑：桥下两侧都浮着杂物，此人怎么敢在“脏”水里游泳，难道他不怕细菌吗？妈妈告诉我，听说晋江安海白塔边水心亭古港昔日千帆竞技，海水盈盈。今日安海桥畔水质如此，实在不该！爸爸告诉我，安海的水以前并不这样，在他们小时候，溪里的水清澈见底，还能到溪里抓鱼呢！但后来不管是坝头溪还是可慕溪，都变成了淤塞严重、雨季时常发生涝害的臭水沟，其附近村庄都不敢用溪水浇灌田地，一浇连农作物都活不成。真希望安海的水能回到以前——“碧水长流”。听完爸爸妈妈的话，我真希望自己有魔法：魔法棒一挥，黑水沟通通变得清澈见底！

长大后，读到《佐贺的超级阿嬷》一书，里面有条河，佐贺的外婆称那条洗菜的河是她家送货上门还不收运费的超级市场，从上游送来什么菜她家就煮什么吃。我边读边想：那条河一定是很干净的，不然河里的东西怎么能吃呢？现在，居住在农村的我，连井里的水都不能用来煮饭、烧水喝，只因水源被污染了。那“河”这“井”一对比，让我越发羡慕佐贺了。

最近《海王》这部电影也让我为水忧心忡忡：丢向大海的垃圾一个不少地还给人类，战舰、塑料垃圾、化工污染物形成了垃圾海啸。看完《海王》，我发现原来很多的黑脏乱是我们自己造成的，这不仅仅是在安海、晋江，这是世界共性的问题。还好，晋江很早发现了这个问题，也下大了力度整治。瞧，安平桥因绿水满盈引来白鹭栖息，亲水栈道迎来人山人海的游客争相亲近，坝头溪水清岸绿实现了华丽转身，可慕溪水净河畅焕然一新……安海，乃至整个晋江都因水的改变而让整个城市颜值大提升。“晋水入金”，甘甜优质的晋江水，从龙湖水库奔涌向前，通过27。935公里水陆管道，源源不断地流向金门，实现了“两岸一家亲，共饮一江水”的愿望。“晋水入金”让我为晋水新颜大大地打call！

晋水，新颜！这何止是现在需要，也是我们一辈子的追求。
