我最想推荐的是清烤扇贝，这也是我最喜欢的一种吃法。不仅是因为它的制作简单，还因为它的美味。制作清烤扇贝只要三个步骤便可完成：一用刷子清理扇贝的壳;二用蒜蓉制作酱料;三把酱料淋在扇贝肉上，放在炉子上烤。其实有时候，简单的制作也同样是那么美味，没有过多的调味料，反而保持了更多的原味。

干贝因预热后收缩，所释放出来的汤汁更能让人感到海鲜的“鲜”味，如果再在上面加入大蒜末，那就更好了，因为这样会抑制住扇贝本身过分的腥味。做到了鲜而不腥，肉质不仅香嫩还吸附着汤汁，咬起来是既甘甜又富有嚼劲，让人吃了有种飘在云端，仙境般的感觉，几乎人人吃了都赞不绝口。

而我每年也只有那么一次机会能吃到清烤扇贝，就是在八月十五中秋节那天。那时候，家里会聚集许多亲朋好友，我们会一起到楼下烧烤，食物是应有尽有，但我却惟独钟爱扇贝，所以，每次扇贝的配料和烧烤工作都是由我负责，更让我感到自豪的是——每当我端上一盘香喷喷的扇贝时，盘子都会一扫而空，连汁都不留。

虽然每年只能吃到一次清烤扇贝，但在我看来，那已经足够了，因为每次吃到扇贝时，并不单单是只有扇贝的美味，它还蕴含着另一种独特的味道，那是一家人围在一起聊天、赏月，是一种亲切，一种家的味道。

我家养了一只小狗，我非常喜欢它。它的眼睛黑黑的宛如两个黑宝石，它的皮毛白白的好像一床毛毯子，它的四条腿犹如四根毛茸茸的小柱子，它的尾巴摇啊摇，似乎在向你挥手表示欢迎。

my home town is a beautiful place. it stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice.

but in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. many people had no work. they lived a hard life.

in 1949 my hometown was liberated. since then great changes have taken place there. the streets have been widened. factories, schools, hospitals, cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. the life of the people is greatly improved.

i love my hometown. all the more i love its people. they are working hard so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.
