我一回到乡下，便会缠着外婆，让她亲手给我做塌饼吃。每次开始做，她总要先去洗手，再将需要用的工具仔仔细细地清洗干净。她从来不会因为任何事而省略每一个细节。至今依然清晰地记得外婆将反复揉捏成的又光滑又柔软的面团擀成薄薄的面皮儿，放置在木板中央，然后再利落地将拌好的馅放在上面，用勺子压实，每一步都是那么细致。每每此时，我都欢呼雀跃着围在灶台前，围在外婆的身边，围在氤氲的蒸气里，围在弥漫的香味中。至今那垂涎欲滴的感觉仍回味在我的记忆中……

当然，看着外婆娴熟的动作，我自然也是安静不下来的。我总是会拽着她的衣角，望着她，央求道：“外婆，外婆，你让我试试好不好?我保证不捣乱。”外婆对于做塌饼可是分外认真，从不让他人帮忙，因为不放心——但她仍然会答应我的要求，在一旁慈爱地笑着指导我。

外婆做塌饼的手艺可是一绝，乡里人都夸赞她做得好吃。每次外婆做塌饼，都会做很多，一部分留给我，还有一部分给邻里。我总能把塌饼都吃完，从来不会浪费。听外婆说，小时候每当我哭，外婆便给我塌饼啃，我便不再哭闹，家里人都说我是塌饼的忠实粉丝。

当然，我们也经常送给邻里自家做的美食。可是，我却从来没有见过他们道谢，仿佛这是理所当然的。我问外婆为什么大家如此奇怪，她却只是一笑，回了句“正常，正常。”细细想来，道理实在很浅显：这就是家乡人啊，热情，爽朗，却也憨厚，朴实;这种礼尚往来，不是客套，而是一种习惯。

我对我的家乡印象非常深刻，最让我记的清晰的是家乡四季的橙子树。

春天，橙子树开始发新芽，这些嫩绿的小叶芽调皮地从树枝里钻出来，一眼望见了这美丽的世界，它们欢乐地向我们招手，跳跃，一会儿又晃动着它们的小脑袋，好像在向我们赞美自己：“我又穿上一件新衣服了，瞧，我多漂亮呀!”春雨沙沙地下着，从这些调皮的小绿叶中冒出一个个白胖胖的小花蕾，花蕾长得很快，不几天就开花了。花儿一开，清白的花瓣就在绿叶的衬托下，显得格外美丽，那浓郁的花香不时招来几只小蜜蜂，它们在忙碌的传粉，采蜜。一阵微风拂过，花瓣片片落下，好像大雪纷飞，又像鹅毛飘扬。慢慢的，在花朵的底部，露出一个个小玻璃球那样大小的浅绿色的果实，这就是小橙子。

夏天到了，嫩叶渐渐长大，颜色逐渐变成深绿。叶子越长越多，一片一片地增加着，密密层层地挤在一起，几乎看不到树枝。小橙子不甘落后，也慢慢长大了，一个个圆溜溜，皮青青的，高高地挂在枝头。

转眼夏去秋来，橙子已经熟透了，那一个个橘红色的橙子夹在树叶里，十分耀眼，很远也能看见它。摘一个尝一尝，酸酸甜甜，好吃极了。

不知不觉，冬天来到了，西北风呼呼地吹，许多树木落光了叶子，但是家乡的橙子树却像苍翠的松柏，永不失风色。它顽强地与风雪搏斗，保持常青的绿色。

我爱我的家乡，更爱家乡的橙子树。

我家乡——溆浦是着名的“国内水果之乡”。这里不仅景色好，而且美食更好，比如牛肚炖蘑芋、龙潭腊肉、葛面……但我最爱吃的则是——小江河鱼。

小江河鱼的品种有多种，先说说干炸的小江河鱼。要准备小江河鱼一条，再准备料酒、葱、姜、蒜末、花椒粉、盐等调料。随后把小江河鱼去腮去内脏。拿一只碗，将小江河鱼用葱、姜、料酒、蒜末、胡椒粉……搅匀腌20分钟左右。然后把锅中放入适量的油，油起泡后再将腌制好的小江河鱼放入其中炸一分钟左右。然后等油再次烧开，再放入其中炸一分钟左右。干炸小江河鱼就做好了。

完工的小江河鱼色香味三样一一俱全。小江河鱼肉质细腻，辣汁渗透，韧性十足，就像是一杯滋味甘醇的美酒，让人回味无穷。所以曾有一位旅客品尝小江河鱼时，即兴赋：远来小江赏知音，旅游美景看不尽。溆水沅水恬鱼好，一路春风香满唇。

这儿的山一片碧绿，绿得娇美，绿得灿烂。而且走进一闻一股淡淡的茶香。山上种满了茶叶。当你走上山顶，便可以触摸到洁白无瑕的云彩，而且空气又是那么的清晰与新鲜。在那份新鲜中还带有浓浓的茶香，从上往下看，满山的碧绿，绿得像无边无际的茶海。其中还有流动的小船，船儿就是那些采茶的人们。这真像一幅美丽的画卷，我在其间自由的走动。是多么自在啊！把烦恼抛到了九霄云外。

水美

水是那么的清澈，清得可以看见水底的鱼虾在游动，清得可以清清楚楚的看见四周景物的倒影。小河的夏天，是孩子们的乐园。四五个结在一起，一起奔向小河。扑通、扑通孩子们一个又一个的跳下了水。不知是谁家调皮的孩子，打破了杨柳梳妆的镜子，但是添加了那调皮的孩子们的欢笑声。

这就是我的家乡，无论时间吹过了多少岁月，它依然是那么的美丽。我爱我的家乡，更爱家乡的山水。
