文庙广场的管理中心是一个大中型喷泉场，每每夏季华灯初上的情况下，只听“扑”的一声喷泉打开了，这时候，喷泉似一股怒火照射苍弩，好像要把天上喷出来一个大窟窿眼。陡然间，水花四溅，立在远方犹豫的人们认为天空起了像牛毛，似花针的毛毛细雨，而立在喷泉里边的小孩子呢?她们此时已经享有着在大豆般大的雨滴下玩乐时，奇特刺激性的觉得。这喷泉实在太美好了，他们好像在跳着一曲曲风姿绰约的巴蕾舞。
